I have accidently applied CLEAN command in diskpart. After that I have created new partitions and installed windows. Is there any way of recovering the lost data even after creating new partitions and installing new windows?
Please guide me. If you know any good software for recovery, kindly, let me know.

Please tell me a way to solve this problem
You can try following ways:
Update Windows: (WinKey->Check for Updates)
Change web browser
Disable startup items
Enable High Performance mode
Update Anti-virus
If any of above doesn't work then track manually that where is the disk more utilised.

I have got instant block after downloading single page.
