Solr Not Working after Publishing it on Godaddy - remote-access

I built a website on visual studio using c# language, I used solrnet on my website and I connected to its server by http://localhost:8983/solr, everything were OK until I published the website on godaddy, I wasn't able to connect to solr anymore.
On Godaddy I replaced localhost:8983/solr/temp with publicIp:8983/solr
Error:
SolrNet.Exceptions.SolrConnectionException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 00.00.00.00:8983 at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.DoConnect(EndPoint endPointSnapshot, SocketAddress socketAddress) at System.Net.ServicePoint.ConnectSocketInternal(Boolean connectFailure, Socket s4, Socket s6, Socket& socket, IPAddress& address, ConnectSocketState state, IAsyncResult asyncResult, Exception& exception) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at HttpWebAdapters.Adapters.HttpWebRequestAdapter.GetResponse() at SolrNet.Impl.SolrConnection.GetResponse(IHttpWebRequest request) at SolrNet.Impl.SolrConnection.Get(String relativeUrl, IEnumerable`1 parameters) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at SolrNet.Impl.SolrConnection.Get(String relativeUrl, IEnumerable`1 parameters) at SampleSolrApp.LoggingConnection.Get(String relativeUrl, IEnumerable`1 parameters) at SolrNet.Impl.SolrQueryExecuter`1.Execute(ISolrQuery q, QueryOptions options) at SolrNet.Impl.SolrBasicServer`1.Query(ISolrQuery query, QueryOptions options) at SolrNet.Impl.SolrServer`1.Query(ISolrQuery query, QueryOptions options)

on godaddy server still solr should be on localhost:8983/solr
Try that on godaddy server IE
If you still want to publicly access solr you need to enable ports in Advance Firewall Settings

Web Deploy to Azure Stopped Working even with downloaded publish profile

My Web Deploy Publish from Visual Studio 2017 to my Azure web app was being finicky yesterday, and today just stopped working completely.
Yesterday the error in Event Viewer was

After looking at many inconclusive posts on the matter, (and since this error ERROR_CONNECTION_TERMINATED is not listed on the official troubleshoot website they provide in the error), I did the following:
(1) Restart my computer
(2) Restart Visual Studio
(3) Open Visual Studio as Admin
(4) Redownload the Publish profile from Azure
None of this worked.
In the publish profile window, when I click "Validate" for my credentials, they pass. Only when I preview or run the publish does it error out.
What finally worked was
(5) Set Application setting to false in Azure WEBSITE_WEBDEPLOY_USE_SCM
I looked it up and am not sure what it did, and why I needed to do it, and why it worked fine before without this setting. It feels like a hack fix and I don't like it. Should I keep this application setting?
UPDATE:
Not sure if the SCM setting helped. I was able to publish once, and no can't again.
First, Close the firewall and the local proxy-based software.
Second, Make sure you have install the web deploy handler and all of the options has be installed.
(Add the option not be selected.)
Thrid, Make sure you dont have IP restrictions for Management Service.

Why does kestrel keep throwing this debug ssl exception?

I have a Service Fabric Setup and I have a microservice that registers on port 443 and uses https. I have a reverse proxy in my cluster setup. The reverse proxy is secured with a certificate.
I also use the same certificate when starting up my microservice:
new ServiceInstanceListener(serviceContext =>
new KestrelCommunicationListener(serviceContext, "EndpointHttps", (url, listener) =>
{
ServiceEventSource.Current.ServiceMessage(serviceContext, $"Starting Kestrel on {url}");
return new WebHostBuilder()
.UseKestrel(x =>
{
int port = serviceContext.CodePackageActivationContext.GetEndpoint("EndpointHttps").Port;
x.Listen(IPAddress.IPv6Any, port, listenOptions =>
{
listenOptions.UseHttps(transportCertificate);
listenOptions.NoDelay = true;
});
})
.ConfigureServices(
services => services
.AddSingleton<StatelessServiceContext>(serviceContext))
.UseContentRoot(Directory.GetCurrentDirectory())
.UseEnvironment(environment)
.UseStartup<Startup>()
.UseServiceFabricIntegration(listener, ServiceFabricIntegrationOptions.None)
.UseUrls(url)
.UseSerilog(Logger.Serilog)
.Build();
}))
};
Everything seems to work fine and my site is secure in the browser and the api works. However my log is getting filled up with the following statements (these are just debug messages but they are filling up my log):
133649 Failed to authenticate HTTPS connection. Debug System.IO.IOException: Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.

Does anyone have any idea why it would do this? Any other logs I can look at or suggestions on how to debug?
Thanks.
This is very likely due to the fact that you're running Service Fabric with the standard template, which sets up a Azure Load Balancer with a health probe for the ports that you've set up to use. The standard probe is generally TCP and will probe the endpoint every 5 seconds. You can remove the probe if that's a viable option. I personally use a less aggressive probe interval.
Note that changing the load balancer rules generally takes a long time, anything from a few minutes to near half an hour.

Ensure that that the SQL Server Reporting Services is installed properly and that it is running and also make sure the appropriate ports (443) are open on the system. You may consider restarting the system and re-trying the operation.

Error on new build template after migration from TFS2012 to TFS2013

I recently migrated from TFS2012 to a brand new hardware running TFS2013. I was using a slightly customized template to build and deploy my solutions to IIS. They still work ok on TFS2013. Now I want to use the new template "TfvcTemplate.12.xaml" so I setup a new build. When I try to execute it I get this error:
TF215097: An error occurred while initializing a build for build definition \MyProject\Build_Test:

That IP address "192.1.1.10" corresponds to the old server (TFS2012), which is wrong. It seems like there's still some configuration remaining from the migration, pointing to the previous server. Keep in mind the migrated templates build just fine.
Any ideas?
Reinstall the Controller and Re-Select it in the build-Definition
Please Check in Visual Studio under "Build" -->Actions\ManageBuildControllers... that your Controller is available
Ensure that your Controller is set in the "Queue new build"-Action.
You can try to create an empty workflow (With a write to build Message - Activity) to check the connection to your Controller

MOSS 2007 SSL error when configuring Search Settings

We’re getting the following error message when we click on “Search Settings” for a Shared Services Provider: “Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.”
This is a new server environment with two web front ends, one database server, and one index server, all running Windows 2003 x64.
Does anyone have any thoughts related to if this could be related to 64-bit, or what could be causing the error.
Here are the full details from ULS:

I guess you find this exception in the index server, right?
Are you able to browse to 'https://mushni-sptwb04q:56738/Shared%20Services%20Portal/Search/SearchAdmin.asmx' from the index server?
It seems like SSL is not properly provisioned on the front-end servers. This might solve your issue:
Remove the SSL certificate of the front-end servers
Remove the index server from the farm
Move the search and index roles to one of the front-ends
Join the index server back to the farm
Add the index/search roles to the index server
Apply the SSL certificate (you can generate them using SelfSSL) to both front-ends
Be careful with SelfSSL, its better to use Use SSLDiag. SelfSSL has a bug where if you use it to assign certificates to multiple sites on the same box, only the last site will work. You can run SslDiag from the command line like so:
ssldiag /selfssl /V:999 /N:CN=<hostname> /S:<siteId>
Use metabase explorer to find the side it.
Could be an SSL issue.
Do have a look into profiles settings, do you get any error when accessing to the User Profiles settings for that same SSP?
I'm having the same problem. The "Office Server Web Services" (henceforth OSWS) site is available through HTTP on my app server, but not via HTTPS. It doesn't matter where I try to hit the HTTPS URL from, it just flat-out fails (read: no HTTP error code).
However, I have come up with some more information. When the app server was joined to the farm, it gave OSWS a different site identifier than exists in the rest of the farm.
I tried changing the site identifier, but that didn't work. I've also tried installing the IIS diagnostics toolkit. That pointed me towards the certificate that MOSS installed when the machine was joined to the farm. The line of interest is this one:
#WARNING: AcquireCredentialsHandle failed with error -2146893043(0x8009030d)
Unfortunately, it looks like Microsoft has embedded some information in the certificate that would prevent me from using SelfSSL or similar tools. Here's the subject (suitably scrubbed):
CN={hostname},L=951338967,OU=SharePoint,O=Microsoft
The "L" parameter matches the original (and incorrect) site identifier that the site was given and not the one that matches the rest of the farm.
My next step is to see if I can generate something that looks appropriate and install it with winhttpcertcfg.exe
We are also running x64 windows and moss 2007 with .net 3.5 sp1,same issues. I suspect this is the culprit.
To resolve this issue download the IIS6 resource kit and run the following command
Selfssl /s:(IIS ID of the Office Server Web Services site) /v:9999
Cheers,
-Ivan
