My website has suspicious GET to the site
http://p3nlhclust404.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net/SharedContent/HostingRedirect.html
The problem is that I get this error in all local projects in wampserver, and also in my hosted website (ovh hosting).
Why is my site making requests to this suspicious domain? Is this a security incident?

I guess you solved your problem by now, but just in case someone else is stuck on this weirdness in the future, I had the same "issue":
I'm using <name>.webdev.comfor my WAMP virtual hosts and I mistyped it wevdev somewhere. wevdev.com and all its subdomains redirect to that http://p3nlhclust404.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net 404 page.
Maybe you made the same typo!

I am developing an application in mean-stack. The only the difference is that I want to host my application in IIS rather than express.js. Is it possible or feasible to do so? What are possible advantages and disadvantages? Thanks in advance.
It seems to be possible: Hosting node.js applications in IIS on Windows. That site even mentions some benefits. To be honest, I have no first hand experience (or need) to run Node on IIS.

I am new in this kind of situation. I must implement a site in php that will have a URL like "mycompany.com". I would like to offer the possibility the users to create his own url inside my site. So user David could have 2 options: 1-Using sub-domains "david.mycompany.com" or 2- Using sub-folders "mycompany.com/david". I see people prefer to use sub-domain for this kind of situation. But what is wrong whit the second one? What is the best practice and why?
foo.bar.com is a subdomain
bar.com/foo is a directory under the domain.
If you are offering subdomain,
then there is absolutely nothing wrong with offering foo.bar.com
There can be permission issues inside your VM.
If you set the permission correctly and jail them and give them
correct privileges, there should be an issue.
for jailing, refer to :

If you are making a Website which will not support IE8 and all browsers older then that. Whats the best practice for that? Should there just be an alert and the Site should show anyways (and look bad) or should the site completly be replaced by a warning?
Personally the approach I would take is similar to that of viewing a website on a mobile device, sometimes you will get a warning saying the website is not compatible. I.E like you said replace the website with a warning, possibly suggesting that the user updates their browser. Hope this helps!

When I enter in domain name in the address bar and try to visit my site -
I am redirected to some web page that has listed a bunch of some sponsored links.
I registered my domain name at domainsite.com.
Also, what's even more stranege, after a while when I refresh a page couple of times I am redirected to my web page.
What could be the cause of this?
Can anyone please help me solve this?
(also sometimes when I just put www. before the address - the page is reached. But this doesn't happen everytime I do it)
My site: providenca.net
The "page" to which I am redirected looks like this: http://i48.tinypic.com/2unyby8.png
I have no idea what is wrong. Ask domainsite.com if they know the cause. Make sure to try it on another computer to see if the problem persists. If it is located to only your computer, I have to suspect a IP changer virus.

I would like to know how I can have VoIP on a godaddy Linux server.
I want to be able to pc-pc talk to another computer from mine.
Yet I dont want to pay for anything.
I can try and learn how to script if you put me in the right direction.
But I would like to know how i can do this. Do I use a VoIP engine or just an application that i can install on my server ?
You might want to try and install Asterisk on this server.
