Orchard CMS package a precompiled module - orchardcms

Is a way to package a precompiled module that has binaries in the bin folder, and no source files?
I have tried to create a precompiled build of Orchard 1.10.1, which has the module in the modules folder built in the desired state. However when you I ran the orchard command line on the precompiled build, there were no commands available, so I could not execute the package module command.
I am looking to build module packages to push module updates to a precompiled Orchard instance.

VS2022 not loading local nuget symbols

Created a class library locally, successfully packaged it, loaded it up in my project via nuget package manager, it works great.
I'm trying to debug from my project, and it's complaining that symbols do not exist for these files when trying to add a breakpoint.
The symbols package is being created: I have EfVueMantle.1.0.12.nupkg and EfVueMantle.1.0.12.snupkg both in the same directory. Changing the version number and repackaging creates both as expected, and I can update my project via nuget package manager.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my package.
I've tried unloading and reloading the project.
I've tried opening and closing VS2022 at basically every step of this process.
I'm under the impression that installing the .nupkg will automatically discover the .snupkg file, but perhaps that is a misconception?
It is not supported yet.

NU1101 Unable to find package DevExpress.ExpressApp.Persistent.Base. No packages exist with this id in source(s):

I am trying to set up packages for a WinForms XAF XPO Standard Security Application.
I used the wizard to create the solution.
Then the project updater
Then I edited the project file package references.
However when I try to build the .exe project I get
NU1101 Unable to find package DevExpress.ExpressApp.Persistent.Base. No packages exist with this id in source(s):
Even though the package shows in the references.
I tried checking the installed packages
For some reason DevExpress.ExpressApp.Persistent.Base was showing in Package Manager as installed in the Module.Win project.
I removed it and now I can build the solution.

Package Manager for VS2012 does not display packages in local feed

I've created a simple package, only consisting of a couple of binaries in the
tools folder. The package is created with NuGet version 4.4.1.4656.
A local folder has been initialized with nuget init and contains said package. VS2017 Package Manager shows the package as expected, whereas VS2012 does not.
There are no available updates for the Package Manager in VS2012, which is at version 2.8.60318.667.
How do I get the feed to work with VS2012, so I can install the package in one of our older solutions? Is this a compatibilty issue?
Any pointers are welcome!

unable to import library project in android studio

I have modified library project of finestwebview here
I tried to add this library project in to my android studio's project but I got several errors saying configuration with name 'default' not found android studio.need help. I wasted my 1 whole days trying this but unable to add.
what I tried is
I copied the library project into the libs folder of my root project, and added 'include:libs:finestwebview' in setting.gradle file.
Also going to
file->project structure->app->dependencies
added the module and sync the project but cannot achieve the desired outcome.
You are including a project, so for that you should add it as a module, and say compile project in your app's gradle dependencies to use it in your app module.
go to
File->New->Import module and add your library project folder
you will have to name your library project there
then you need to say
`compile project(':yourlibraryProjectname')`
in your gradle dependency

Android Studio build Cocoonjs by Gradle not ANT

My project is dependency on Module A & B
And Module A is dependent on Module B
After I setup the dependencies, Multiple dex exception is encountered.
FYI
My project is doing native + Cordova WebView
and I try to accelerate by Ludei WebView+ for the low end model
https://github.com/ludei/webview-plus
My project dependent on Cordova module & Ludei WebView+ module
Cordova module dependent on Ludei WebView+ module
After these setting I can successfully build by grade with no warning, but I do not pass dexDebug when I want to build application.
I got this error
com.android.dex.DexException: Multiple dex files define Lcom/ludei/chromium/BuildConfig;
I know it is officially recommended to build on ANT, I have did some trick I change the webview+ package name I can build the "debug" application but not in "release".
How can I set it properly in android studio to build it by gradle without having multiple dex exception?
---------UPDATE -------------
#Scott Barta Yes, here is whole cordova project under [project]/platforms/android.
The Whole project files. module: CordovaLib,webviewplus
https://github.com/gaplo917/cordova-cocoonjs-gradle
I can build a debug with cocoonjs by changing the package name to another name,i.e. package="com.ludei.android.chromium" but with no luck on building a release version.
https://github.com/gaplo917/cordova-cocoonjs-gradle/blob/master/webviewplus/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml
if cocoonjs is not run properly, the application can still be built but when you request a cordova web view , it will crash!
