Do you have plans for a Treelist widget for Angular 2. If yes, what is the ETA on such a widget? In the meantime is there a workaround to use the existing TreeList within an angular application?

TreeList (and the other high-level components) are scheduled for 2017. Further details are available in the Kendo UI for Angular 2 Roadmap.
There are several known ways to make the current jQuery widgets run in Angular 2. None of them seems suitable for more complex scenarios, though, so I can't recommend going into this direction.
You can use my own implement tree component for angular2+. It support a large tree, lazy loading and virtual scrolling

I would like to add to an app the directions from the Google maps as seen bellow, but the information to come from the google maps when I am starting the navigation (a route on the main Maps App. Would that be possible? And if yes, where would I start?

You can use Mapbox API for Navigation. It's a very great library to use.

This can be solved using the notification Listener Service. There is a Kotlin library that can be used.
We should make a decision in our company what architecture to use in new web project. We've already successfully used DevExpress' WPF components and thinking of buying their web products, but don't have enough experience with them. So, the next question is for people who have some experience with DevExpress' web components.
Could we start the solution as standard MVC project built in VS 2013 and then add DevExpress' MVC extensions such as data grid etc. and DevExtreme components (jQuery or AngularJS) as well? If we can do that, could you explain, please, what could be possible difficulties?
I think it isn't a good idea to mix up server-side DevExpress Mvc Extensions and client-side DevExtreme Widgets. If you are comfortable with asp.net mvc and want to use client-side javascript technologies, look at DevExtreme Mvc Wrappers.
It supports a convenient razor syntax to configure widgets. And you can use javascript to handle events, implement client-side templates etc.

Looking at the list of Kendo UI controls for Angular 2 here, it seems that the Kendo UI menu control is not yet supported with Angular 2. Will it be supported in the future? If yes when? This is an essential navigation component, I would have thought that it would be supported early in the Angular 2 releases.

The team I'm on created a cross-platform application that runs on iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile that was created using Xamarin's tools and MonoCross. We're looking at MvvmCross as a possible MonoCross replacement but don't want to write the application from scratch.
Does anyone have experience with or thoughts on migrating a Xamarin/MonoCross cross-platform application to Xamarin/MvvmCross? Is it possible for the two frameworks to coexist in the same app (the ideal solution would have us migrate the app one screen at a time).

Following Stuart's advice below I confirmed that it is possible to integrate MvvmCross into an existing MonoCross application.
In the original code a selection on View 1 initiates a call to Controller 2 using MonoCross URI navigation. Controller 2 displays View 2, passing it the data from Model 2.
Following the example in this video I created an MvvmCross View and ViewModel. A selection on View 1 still navigates to Controller 2 but Controller 2 now displays the new MvvmCross View 2. View 2 is data bound to ViewModel 2 which takes over Controller 2's functions of getting the Model data.
I don't know of anyone who's done this recently, but I originally ported several of the MonoCross samples over when I first created MvvmCross. The overall idea of one page to one "ViewModel" stays the same, although the mvvm binding offers more continuous view-viewmodel interactions than the more discrete Controller-Action model.
At a practical level:
MvvmCross itself is very modular and can be used in "CrossLight" mode where it simply provides data-binding and plugins - see CrossLight in http://mvvmcross.wordpress.com/. You might be able to use this for migrating pages one-by-one
MonoCross isn't really very interface/IoC based - so you may find that your resulting MvvmCross migration would also not be interface based either
MonoCross apps tend to use file-linking and #defines rather than PCLs - so you may find it easier to not use PCLs in MvvmCross
I suspect the best option for this migration is to let your team experiment - they already have lots of knowledge about your app and about what they do and don't need and what benefits they do and don't get from a framework.
Is there a module or similar things that support skinning in NodeJS? I want to build a NodeJS website, and want to be able to re-skin the website as I like without much efforts, like in Wordpress.
Is skinning supported in NodeJS?
If you're interested in building a website in Node.js and don't need a wordpress-style cms behind it, there are few projects that can help you out.
Have you looked into Bootstrap? It's built with less which you can easily plug in to your Express setup (see the guide here, using the command line executable to set up a new project you can specify less like this: express --css less myapp and it will do all the work for you)
In the bootstrap less file are several variables you can use to change the colours, fonts, sizes, etc, and it's also got a lot of helpers for grid layouts and responsive designs.
It even includes a few useful javascript plugins too which make the ui nicer with less work.
There are also a lot of sites with themes and theme generators around which then work on top of bootstrap, and may achieve what you want.
Plugging in this sort of solution (whether bootstrap or other) is about as close as you can come to getting skinning for node; As otherwise suggested if you're looking for a CMS out of the box as well, probably best to look for another platform like Wordpress.
Node.js is not a content management system. It is a platform on top of which you could built a web server with a content management system. To answer your question you need to be looking for node.js based content management systems that support themes.
The only node.js CMS that I am aware of is Calipso. It's still pretty alpha-stage. It may have some theming support, but it is nowhere near as polished as Wordpress.
Also is there a reason why you want to use node.js? I mean there is nothing wrong in using Wordpress for creating a themeable website - it is just awesome for that.
If you just want another OnlineShop, or maybe a blog, i think nodejs is maybe not your right choose as Jed Watson told.
If your requirements are more complicated, and you want a quick and easy implementation of a nice web interface, and you have html, javascript, and css knowledge... I strongly recommend you just trying to work with MEAN.js
It puts together MongoDB Expressjs, AngularJs, and NodeJs.
Use this, for example with a yeoman fullstack constructor and you will have a powerful webapp, with user autentication, and much more in a few minutes.
After that, the use of jade, less, scss, and similar languages of modelling the front, and the easy way you can also model collections in the back, is for me the best combination you´ll find for creating a website today.
