Recently there was an update that said that Koding was added to GitLab and I have been trying to figure out how to enable it. I go into "Services" where the project settings are all located like the tutorial says but Koding is not there to enable.
Has anyone else figured out how to use it?
I have realized it was posted that it is not yet availble.

i am using B2C provider for DNN and trying to install it as extension and it's throwing error https://i.stack.imgur.com/6faW1.png
i am trying to use multiple version as well but not installed properly and using source from https://github.com/intelequia/dnn.azureadb2cprovider/releases
Please help me out.
There was an issue in the DNN manifest file that has been solved on v1.4.7 (release https://github.com/intelequia/dnn.azureadb2cprovider/releases/tag/v1.4.7). Tracking the issue at https://github.com/intelequia/dnn.azureadb2cprovider/issues/19
I wrote the answer below before seeing this: https://github.com/intelequia/dnn.azureadb2cprovider/issues/19
Perhaps this is pertinent to your question. You might want to check with Ryan Moore (moorecreative" to see if he was able to resolve the issue.
First, please bear in mind that I am not familiar with this particular extension, but it seems as if it is "just another" authentication provide for DNN.
I'm also a little confused. The error message indicates that you've already installed th Intelequia AzureB2C provider. Is that true?
You also say "I am using" and then "trying to install it as an extension." If you are using it, that means that it is already installed as an extension, so a second attempt to install it should throw an error. But, I would think that the installer should see that problem earlier in the process.
Finally, you say "i am trying to use multiple version as well." A provider should be installed only once, and that is what the error message is telling you.
Once you have installed an authentication provider you typically enable it for a portal, and it becomes part of the authentication process.
You should read the documentation carefully, and make sure that you are trying to use the provider as the developer intended.
I've started setting up different tools on my home server to create apps for personal use and experience. I'm using telegraf to pull metrics from arangodb's _admin/metrics but getting an error. This is due to one line in the response has a typo which has "guage" instead of "gauge".
https://www.arangodb.com/docs/stable/http/administration-and-monitoring.html#RestAdminMetrics_container
#TYPE arangodb_client_connection_statistics_client_connections guage
Will this be fixed in the next update? Also, if there is any workaround for now, please share. thanks
This has been fixed in PR https://github.com/arangodb/arangodb/pull/10625 which will be part of v3.7. I don't know if this will also be backported to 3.6, so you might want to create an issue on github.
I've been setting up Orchard 1.8 in an Azure Cloud Service. I've got it working, but I'm now confused as to how to use it.
Installing themes via the gallery fails silently. The devs say this is because Orchard on Azure doesn't support the theme gallery, and suggest adding new themes to the project and uploading a new package (https://orchard.codeplex.com/discussions/453688). Ignoring that this requires any designers that want to make minor CSS changes now need Visual Studio, access to the entire source code, and then wait through a 20 minute deploy, this just doesn't seem possible.
This post explains how the Azure emulator doesn't work with Orchard. So now I'm confused; what is the expected workflow for a brand new Orchard site hosted on Azure if I can't make changes to the site in production or staging but cannot run it locally either. I'm aware I could run it without the Azure emulator on regular IIS but that seems to be too far removed from the production environment to be a good test.
I was drawn to Orchard originally because it had great documentation and supports MVC Web API, but this seems so fundamental that now I'm not so sure. I feel like every time something goes wrong they'll always be doubt whether it's working as designed or if there is an Azure idiosyncrasy going on.
I'd love to hear from anyone who's had an Orchard site from scratch in Azure, I'm hoping I've just missed something simple with this.
Thanks,
Tom
You should never install modules or themes on a production server. Instead, install those on your dev machine, build the package and then deploy. If you don't want to deal with the heaviness of cloud services, don't use cloud services. Azure Web Sites are about a million times easier to use, and they work great. They allow for what you're asking for.
I'm trying to install Nwazet Commerce with Orchard 1.7.2.
Suddenly, nothing happens. No new menus, no errors, nothing in the logs, nothing. It is just as if I hadn't installed it.
Before you ask... yes I've enabled the modules.
I can't find even a single scrap of documentation. What is supposed to happen? I would expect to see some extra menus or something on my dashboard or perhaps some extra content types, but there's nothing.
Help please :-|
You can't. The current version in the source repository is only compatible with the 1.x branch. See https://bitbucket.org/bleroy/nwazet.commerce/issue/20/update-to-17
I have a version for 1.7.2 unfortunately I don't know what fork it was from so I don't know what bugs or issues were included.
I found it in my saved orchard files and tested quickly you will get the admin options.

Is it possible to deploy custom DataCacheStoreProviders on Azure? I'm currently trying to deploy and test one locally, but I'm not sure how to go about this because the documentation doesn't cover my scenario. Any help would be appreciated.
No it not possible.
You can find all supported features here : http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/gg278350.aspx
I think your question is specific to cloud Service, isn't it?
I don't have exact experience on how to get all of that working however during one similar discussion the outcome was that you can use DataCacheStoreProviders with Azure if after building and register DataCacheStoreProviders in your machine, you can access them using Windows Azure Cache modules i.e. using DataCacheFactory.GetCache(String cacheName) and process cache items. IF you try and met any problem in any step I can find some ways to help you after you post your issue.
