Docusign calculated fields checked/greyed out - docusignapi

I am a developer using the Docusign API. When my users are tagging signature spots for their signers, I have disabled as many "tag types" as I can except for just SIGNATURE, INITIAL, FIRST/LAST NAME. However the users appear to have this "Formula" tag they can add which is of no use to us. I don't want it because it can confuse our users, but when I log into my account under Preferences/Features the "Enable Calculated Fields" checkbox is checked but greyed out so i cannot uncheck it.
I've looked at the Documentation and haven't figured out why this would be greyed out. There is no mention of this feature being tied to another feature. Is there any way to the formula/calculated-field tags?

Please ask either DocuSign Customer Service or your Account Manager for help to get this resolved. This is an account setting issue that probably needs to be updated on the platform for your account.

Recipient view doesn't appear the fields defined in the template and only show the CLOSE Button on the page

We have a production integrated Docusign and it works well. We want to test some features and created a new developer account, it worked well. When we switched to an old developer account created 2 years ago, there are a issue for the recipient view. The recipient view only show the original document defined in the template without any fields, such as name, signature filed, appearing on the document, and only showed the 'FINISH' button on the top bar. The code and template definition are same, only the accounts are different. Compared the setting between these 2 accounts, looks like they are same. Any reason for this issue?
One guess is that you use AutoPlace or anchor tags and that the scope was set for document in one account and template in the other. That would explain this. You would have to contact DocuSign customer support to change this setting for your other account.

I am not able to see Click Wrap option all the time from my DocuSign sandbox account

DocuSign have recently released Click Wraps at their Momentum. I would like to take advantage of this new feature and was exploring this a little.
Once, I was able to add a few click wrap templates using my DocuSign sandbox account but at times, I do not see them when I click on "Manage" button once I login to my DocuSign demo account.
Please advise,
Thanks,
Minal
Hmmm. I suggest checking that you're logged into your DocuSign demo account (Developer Sandbox) as the administrator. Login via https://demo.docusign.net
Sometimes people login to a trial version of the DocuSign production systems by mistake (https://www.docusign.net). While Click agreements are provided in all demo accounts, they are only provided for some customer pricing plans on the production systems.
If the problem continues, you can create a demo account. Or contact DocuSign customer service.
We had a similar issue here and as a workaround after we logged into our demo account we were able to enter the url for the clickwraps directly to navigate to the clickwraps page.

Cann't give access to certificat and identifiers to my developer

Since the merge of user roles management between the appstoreconnect and apple developer accounts, i haven't been able to give access to my team on appstoreconnect to the certificats and identifiers.
It's always disabled and I can't check it.
Simple answer: You can't invite people to resources over at https://developer.apple.com/account with a personal account. Therefore the checkbox is greyed out and not clickable.
Simply go over to https://developer.apple.com/account to check your enrollment. There you can find your "Entity Type" (> Membership)

Do not have "Go to admin" menu when creating docusign account using REST API

We are using DocuSign REST API (DocuSign C# Client) to create a DocuSign account for our clients. An account is created successfully, but when the user login that account on DocuSign Web (New UI) then they do not get "Go to Admin" menu in admin preferences. Is there any settings that we need to apply while creating DocuSign account. We are using DocuSign C# Client to create an account and applying only email and user name.
Also, we want to update some DocuSign account settings using REST API. But some parameters are not getting updated. When I checked the API log and found that parameter which we want to modify its read only. Below what i found from API log.
"allowEnvelopeCorrect":"false","allowEnvelopeCorrectMetadata":{"rights":"read_only","uiHint":"available"}
See my answer below on another thread, I would try to explicitly call canManageAccount and see if the permission gets set. It may still need to be done in SOAP.
Fail to update user's "Manage Account" permission through "Modify User Account Settings" API
Are you creating new accounts through the API or just adding new users to an account?
There's actually a bug in the platform currently that will be fixed soon - the bug is that for single user accounts the Go To Admin link in the menu drop menu is not available. I believe this might be causing your issue. Starting tomorrow you should be able to access the Admin menu directly through - admin.docusign.com/auth - and I think next week the actual menu item should be enabled and bug fixed.

It has been fixed Now.. Thanks.

DocuSign remembers signature. Want to turn that feature off

It appears docusign remembers the adopted signature for a certain email, regardless of, if they are a user or docusign member. Is there any way to turn off that feature?
In other words, we want our users to never have an adopted signature on file. Is this possible?
Yes there is an option in Preferences -> Features -> Signature Adoption screen that controls whether users can adopt their signature or not, shown here:
However this feature might not be enabled by default in your demo account. If it's not, you'll have to contact your Account Manager who can then turn it on for you. It's possible they will have to enable two options for your account - first you'll need access to the Signature Adoption settings if you don't have it already, then there's an option called "Disable Style Signature" which you also need checked on your account.
If you do not have an account manager yet please respond to the one or two emails you would have automatically received after account creation. You can also reach out to

for support and any other help you may need with accounts.
