Android Studio 2.1 seems to only support Windows 7 onwards, is it possible to install it on the Vista devices and run it? Is there any official link from Android which has the old versions of the Android Studio?

I'm currently using Android Studio Chipmunk 2021.2.1 Patch 2 212.5712.43.2112.8815526, and would like to upgrade to the latest Android Studio Dolphin 2021.3.1.
Jetbrains Toolbox is providing an option for this upgrade.
However, when the new version gets installed and I open Android Studio, all the settings that I had before are lost, and it looks like a fresh install.
Plugins, themes, are all lost, and it seems like I need to re-install them.
Thankfully I'm able to rollback to the previous version for now.
In other Jetbrains IDEs, there's usually a prompt to migrate over from a previous installation. This isn't coming up with Android Studio.
Is this the normal behaviour for Android Studio? And if not, is there something I'm missing?
More details:
Current Android Studio version: Android Studio Chipmunk 2021.2.1 Patch 2 212.5712.43.2112.8815526
Current Jetbrains Toolbox App version: 1.26.0.13072
OS: macOS Monterey Version 12.5.1 (21G83)
Unfortunately I have updated my Android studio to 3.2.4 and since then, many issues occured.
I read from the 0.57 Changelog
Android tooling has been updated to match newer configuration
requirements (SDK 27, gradle 4.4, and support library 27); building
with Android plugin 3.2 doesn't work due to the gradle scripts, so
please stay on Android Studio 3.1 for now
Now I can neither downgrade nor download version 3.1.
Old versions are available in Android Studio download archives.
Yesterday, I replaced my Win7 OS with CloudReady (similar to Chrome OS which is developed by Chrominium Project). Now I want to develop Android Apps. So, how can I Install Android Studio?
Link OS which I'm running, and want to install Android Studio: https://www.neverware.com/freedownload
If you are using the 64bit version of CloudReady, you can install it via a flatpak.
I recently installed Android Studio 2.3.3 on my Mac, but I forgot to install JDK 8 before setting up Android Studio. I am already halfway through the development process of my App, so know I don't want to uninstall Android Studio, then install JDK 8 and again reinstall Android Studio, so should I uninstall Android Studio for JDK 8, is it really that important?
First thing, JDK is important in Android Studio to compile your .java files. As you said you are half way through your development process ,there is a JVM in your machine(not necessarily JDK-8).
Android by default installs a JVM in your computer.
Open a project in Android studio,
Goto File -> Project Structure -> SDK location
There you can see, default JDK location, if there is no such thing then,
1.install JDK-8, and Set the Environmental variables.
2.Set the jdk path in the JDK location in the android studio.
For some reason, my Samsung TV emulator versions 2.5.1 (2011) and version 3.5.2 (2012) work fine except for version 4.0 (2013). When I open it, it says
Emulator for Windows has stopped working. A program caused the program to stop working...
I installed the following on my machine and still doesnt seem to work:
Visual C++ Redistributable 2005 x86 and x64
Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 x86 and x64
Microsoft .NET 4.5 Latest
Java JDK (including JRE)
Latest Direct X from

Any ideas why it shows this message? Thanks. I am on Windows 7 64 bit.
You may need to install fonts for Emulator. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Samsung\Samsung TV SDK 4\Emulator\Emulator2013_v4\bin\, open *.ttf files and select Install.
