i'm currently trying to use Strava api through NPM but i'm facing an issue with strava_config file.
Each time i launch my page in browser i get an error in the console "no 'data/strava_config' file, continuing without..." but the folder and file exists. So i don't see what i'm missing. I don't think it's related to the path.
My strava_config look like this (i've removed the values of course)

I would like to post a simple stripe integration on render. I apologize in advance for my ignorance on the topic but, since I'm more front-end oriented, it's the first time I've attempted to do such a thing so I would like to ask you
if the repository https://github.com/Luca-Liseros-Ferrari/stripe-example.git is ready to be published, if there is some error that can cause the deploy to fail or if some preliminary operation is required (in the server folder I also have an .env file with the stripe keys and I specified STATIC_DIR = "../client/")
In render.com after clicking on "new" - "web service" and connecting the github repository and considering that from the terminal I start the server.js with the following commands:
cd server
node server.js
how should I fill in the "root directory", "build command" and "start command" fields since it's still not clear to me? Is the root directory the folder that contains the server.js file inside? In my case it would be for example "folderName/server" or simply "server"?
I tried to upload the repository to render but i get the following error message
Failed - Exited with status 1 while running your code.
It also tells me "error cannot find module express"
then I reinstalled express in server folder with npm install express and verified it was already installed. I therefore believe that there is a path error in the phase in which I create the web service.
error snippet
I hope I have provided enough data and I thank anyone who is willing to give me a hand in advance
I solved the problem. I had to specify in render.com in advanced the key - value pairs of my .env file
I noticed it thanks to the Cyclic app which, after loading the repository, warned me that if the app doesn't work it could be because of that
I hope it will help someone
when i go to update the picture ic cloudinary it gives error "no such file or directory , open D:/web development/mern-stack-project-course-commerce/backend/undefine
please help and check images
backend cloudinary code
throow This Error
i expect my problem slove this
The error message you're seeing is thrown by the NodeJS code which is part of the Cloudinary Node JS SDK and indicates that there is either no file at the path you provided ('D:/web development/mern-stack-project-course-commerce/backend/undefine') - this actually might be the issue since undefined is not an image, or there is a file but the permissions do not allow your code to open the file.
May I please ask you to double-check the path and if there is in fact a file there and what permissions it has? Perhaps you actually wanted a relative path?
You could also try to pass a path to a file that you definitely know exists and has the correct permissions and see if you can upload that.
I hope I'm in the right place.
We have a problem with our website. We only got files and a database from the previous admin. I uploaded them to the server and the site is partially working. The problem arises when we click one of the links to articles on the site. The place where the article should be placed is empty. The console in chrome says:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'date')
at Cn.eval (eval at Qa (vue.js:6:92206), <anonymous>:3:386)
at e._render (vue.js:6:35554)

and a warning:
"DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://example.com/js/axios.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE"
I read about it on stack and other pages and it seams that the variables aren't defined.
It was working on the previous server. :(
As I understand it, when I copied the files and the database and installed all the dependencies it should work? Or is there anything that I'm missing?
I think that connection with database works, other parts of the website are working and some of the data for the website is working fine.
It seams like there is something missing, but I have no idea what.
Can it be that because of the missing axios.map file the js can't define some of the variables on the website?
What could have caused it during the transfer? Some files missing? collection error in mongodb?
I'm struggling for over a week now, and I ran out of ideas for the moment...
Is there any way I can debug it?
I'm not a js programmer but a simple admin and I'm getting kind of confused. Has anyone had such a problem?
If anyone needs any more info please let me know.
What I did:
installed nodejs via nvm install 12.18.4 //it's the version on which it was working earlier, on previous server
installed mongo and imported collections to the database in json format
installed and configured nginx to handle the request foe the website
deleted the modules folder and npm install'ed them again
I'm using the sample code provided by DocuSign in the Github project "qs-01-node-embed-signing-ceremony-master".
I've obtained and added my accessToken and accountId.
When the sample code is run via npm start, it displays an error message in the browser window:
Cannot GET /app-shell
Chrome dev tools shows this:
The sample code appears to contain no file named app-shell.
How can I correct this?
I looked at this sample code and tried it from scratch. I cannot find a file named workbox-core.dev.js in there and when I tried it - it worked just fine.
Please check if this is not something in your environment that may be causing this.
Try a new fresh clone from scratch just in case.
It looks like there are unaddressed caching anomalies with the demo code. Selecting "Empty Cache and Hard Reload" in Chrome fixed it.
After successfully signing the test doc, I still got the "Cannot GET /app-shell" message, but that glitch seems to be specific to the demo code.
Hopefully this is enough of a test for me to start implementing Docusign in my app.
Note: It appears that this demo was not built with create-react-app or other tech that auto-rebuilds and reloads the page when the source is edited.
Today I created my first Ember App using the ember-cli:
ember new my-app
cd my-app
ember serve
so that it appears by url localhost:4200.
I fail on the next step:
Change content of the basic template application.hbs
After I perform some text changes I hit Cmd+S and reload the page the content remains the same.
The browser console is "clean", but I get error messages in the terminal
Content Security Policy violation: {}
The content of application.hbs:
<h2 id="title">This is a test message</h2>
{{outlet}}
My environment:
ember version: 0.2.3, node: 0.12.2, npm: 2.7.6.
I've searched for answers on Stack, but mostly they concern apps that have some external data requests, but my project is brand new and fresh, so I'm confused.
Looking forward to your replies,
Thanks!
UPDATE:
Some additional info:
I figured out that the problem is that the ember app does not "hear" the trigger, when a file has been changed. I don't receive a
file changed templates/application.hbs
notification in the terminal. Something globally is blocking or interrupting the regular app run.
Still looking forward receiving your suggestions !
Apparently the problem has nothing to do with Content Security Policy violation. It is a local issue of the file system. The terminal didn't display messages that changes were triggered in the template file application.hbs - as a result no updates.
The current solution is starting the ember server with an option:
ember serve --watcher=polling
As soon as I figure out the initial problem I'll return and update this answer.
Cheers
