Working with Forms in Shopware - shopware

I am unable to understand how forms work in shopware. I need to update the contact page with my own style but when I add content into the contact page cannot see that content on page when I browse it.
Could you please let me know how to create a page and what need to be done to add a form to that page?

You are aware that the contact form is handled via configuration that can be done in the shopware backend's content > form section? there you will find a list of existing forms that can be modified by clicking the pen icon. A window will open where you can configure the forms name, the recipient email address, subject, email template as well as the form html content that will be shown in the frontend and the message that appears after submitting the form.
If you intend to change the layout (html and/or css) of the forms you need to override the forms template files:
frontend/forms/elements.tpl
frontend/forms/header.tpl
frontend/forms/index.tpl
Kind regards!

Kentico 8.2 Newsletter Link and unsubscribe link

I have created a contact form under Forms with first name, last name, and email that is designed to sign up people for a newsletter. I then created a page so when people click on the link placed on the home page it takes them to a page with the contact form.
Right now when I test the subscribe form out, the data does to to the "back office" where it can be retrieved. However, the information I entered is still in the text fields and, unless you notice the small flash of the web page, one might think nothing happened.
I'd like to know how (or be directed to somewhere in the Kentico 8.2 Documentation) I can make it so that the fields clear and a message appears saying "You have been subscribed to the newsletter." That message can either appear on a separate page on the web site, or send a message to the user email, or both. In the Email Marketing part under the templates there are Subscribe and Unsubscribe templates, but I don't know how to use those.
The other issue is creating an Unsubscribe link. Ideally that will open up to a new page saying "You have been unsubscribed." Kentico 8.2 has an unsubscribe page you can create where the user enters in an email address and then hits the Unsubscribe Request button, but I'd rather not do that. As it stands, I did create a page with that form and tested it, but it doesn't seem to work.
When you edit your form, under general tab, there are settings for what will happen after the form is submitted:
Display Text
Redirect to URL
Clear Form
Continue Editing.
Currently you're using the standard Forms application for something which can be managed through the Newsletter/Email Campaign module. Read the documentation more on how to configure this vs. using the Forms application.
Essentially the steps you will do are:
Create your newsletter following the directions in the linked documentation.
Place a newsletter subscription webpart on your page template and configure it to the newsletter you want them to subscribe to.
Use the out of the box unsubscribe feature to allow users to unsubscribe to your newsletter. No need to add any page to the content tree but you can if you want OR just use the OOTB functionality.
If you follow the documentation you should be able to get it setup properly vs. using an online form.

Display DocuSign template using template ID?

I want to open a new page displaying a preview of a DocuSign template depending on the template ID without the need to log into DocuSign, is this possible?
I have not found any guide for doing this in their documents, What they offer though is creating a template inside your app which is not what I want to do since I only want to display a preview of the template for double checking.
I want to open a new page displaying a preview of a DocuSign template depending on the template ID without the need to log into DocuSign, is this possible?
Do you mean you want to see the preview of the PDF document(s) in the temolate, complete with the fields (tabs) placed on the page? If so, then unfortunately this can not be done.
If you want to get the documents that the template includes and then display them to your user, you can do that by using the TemplateDocuments: get method.
You can also retrieve other information about the template and then display it to your user.

Email view that does not show buttons and views of other activities

I want to add Emails to navigation so It can be used like any other entity. Editing sitemap is not a problem but it does not work in the expected way.
First, of all it shows all entities, not emails only. And consequently there are filters for other activities which are unwanted.
How do I make email-view that does not show other activities?
Create a new view in CRM showing the records you wish to see
Create a HTML web resource, with an iFrame pointing to the URL of the view you just created. It will look something like this /advancedfind/advfind.aspx?AutoRun=true&QueryId=%7b495B7974-58AC-E234-92D4-EE155D107003%7d&ViewType=4230&etn=email
Point your sitemap to the new web resource

How to use custom WrkTaskIp.aspx page in custom sharepoint workflow?

I have created as custom task edit browser enabled Infopath form which successfully gets open when user clicks on Edit task. But by default it opens up in the WrkTaskIP.aspx page which is available in 12 hive..Layouts folder.
Now the default WrkTaskIP form provides two following options as hyperlinks
1. Delete item, and
2. A link to navigate to the task display form
I want to customize the OOB, WrkTaskIP page and associate that with my workflow.
How exactly can i achieve this ?
Thanks.
Assuming you've got a custom task content type you can create a custom feature with an application page and make the task open the form in this page instead.
Copy the WkrTaskIP.aspx page from the 12 hive, modify the contents as you require and deploy this as an application page.
Then in your taskcontenttype.xml file point to your custom page by setting the Display or Edit values to the deployed location of your custom page:
<FormUrls...>
<Display>_layouts/YourCompany/Workflow/YourWrkTaskIIP.aspx</Display>
<Edit>_layouts/YourCompany/Workflow/YourWrkTaskIIP.aspx</Edit>
</FormUrls>

problem with Infopath Form services

I want to have some url for my infopath form and give that link to user instead of going to form library and click new...how is it possible?
Also when I created Infopath form I have given some text fields and button, I don't want the Infopath services buttons(Save, save as...) how I cna remove those?
Any suggestions would really be appreciated...Thanks
You can publish an InfoPath form to a network share and give your users a link to it (or use a file:// url on a webpage). Another option is to figure out the URL to the form within form services (whats the actual URL when they click on the new button) and send out that link as the official URL. Both options have advantages (and disadvantages) so make sure to evaluate them both with respect to what you are trying to accomplish and the environment (ie - are you just trying to save your users a click or is there some other reason you need the 'new' URL).
1.) Format your URL like this:
https://SPSITE/sites/_layouts/FormServer.aspx?xsnLocation=https://SPSITE/sites/FORMLIBRARY/forms/template.xsn?DefaultItemOpen=1
2.) You found already! ; )
