I'm wondering if there's a way to search for a product based on the metafield value.
I've 3 dropdowns, i.e. Year/Make/Model.
I have 3 metafields also, i.e. inventory.year, inventory.make & inventory.model (inventory is NAMESPACE & year, make, model are KEY). I need to search for products based on these 3 metafields.

We have a saved search in place that displays date of first order and last order by customer & item within a given date range. For example - Looking at sales for May 2022 - today, it shows the item, the customer, the date they first ordered the item, and the date they last ordered the item.
I am now also trying to incorporate the quantity ordered on the first order.

I've tried the following, but keep getting an invalid expression. Can anyone advise on how I might be able to display the qty on the date of the first order?

I think this can't be achieved in saved search via simple formula. You may want to try below, what I will do is try to record the first and last order id in the customer record, then from customer saved search you can source from these order fields to the order details.
Create 2 custom entity fields applied to customer
first order id => Type:List/Record => List/Record:Transaction
last order id => Type:List/Record => List/Record:Transaction
Create 1 saved search to get the first order id per customer
Similar to the one that you created, the result field just need the customer internal id and min(document number) and filter need to add customer.internal id
Create 1 saved search to get the last order id per customer
Similar to the one that you created, the result field just need the customer internal id and max(document number) and filter need to add customer.internal id
Create 2 scheduled workflows, to update the first order id and last order id fields in respective customer record.
Create your first and last order customer Saved Searches using the 2 custom fields to source for the order details.

There are products in searching results which have the following coincidences:
Product headings.
Product description.
Product category name (it the name of the category connected to searching query)
Product headings at Related Products, Up-Sells, and Cross-Sells under the product card description.
Product headings at Configurable products under the product card description.
Is everything ok? Or the last two cases are out of results should be?
Can I create a saved search in NetSuite to display divisions and regions of customers?
I am trying to get division and regions off a saved search i.e. division and location of customer's transactions in a saved search.
You can write a search with following criteria
1) Customer : internalid anyof CUSTOMER_INTERNAL_ID
2) Mainline is T
3) Type anyof Sales Order, Cash Sale, ANY_OTHER_APPLICABLE_CUSTOMER_TRANASACTION
In the search column add
1) Department with summary type Group
2) Location with summary type Group
Remove any other search columns from the result as adding unwanted fields with incorrect grouping will lead to duplicate results
If you want to get departments and columns of all customers within a single search you can remove filter #1 and add a search column customer with summary type as group
I am trying to add feature to Price List entity to support matrix based price lists.
I had created Price List Columns and Price List Rows entity and added 1-N relations to Price List entity.
Now i have to add a subgrid in a Price List form (probably a new one) to let users fill matrix. So i need a grid that fetches and inserts columns from Price List Columns relation and fetches and inserts rows from Price List Rows relation.
Is this possible? If yes, how can i achieve this?
I believe you are asking, 'How can I build an editable sub grid?'
Well out of the box CRM doesnt support those features. You will have to build (or buy) something custom.
I would suggest having a read of Building an editable grid for CRM 2011 which offers a number of existing addons and suggest development approaches.
I have 2 lists, say, Fruits & Orders.
Orders has a number field FruitID that links to the ID field of Fruits.
Orders also has a number field OrderValue which stores the value of the specific order.
I want to find out the total sale for a particular fruit. I am doing this calculation in a workflow for the specific fruit. Is there an easy way (read 'no coding')?

There is no select, or looping functionality.
I suggest writing a custom workflow activity, sand boxing should work
