Dual Monitor in Dreamweaver - dreamweaver

I have 2 monitors (they are different sizes). I'm trying to view and edit the code (HTML, css, JavaScript) in one screen, and have the live/preview window at the second screen. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to do this. Do you have any suggestions?
What I've tried:
Extending Dreamweaver's window then use split. It doesn't really work
because the screens heights aren't the same size so in one screen
Dreamweaver will be shorter
Opening Window > Code Inspector. That doesn't work because you can
only edit the HTML file, not the css or JavaScript file.

Is it possible to animate extension popup opening?

I developed a simple chrome extension. Following the answers in this SO post I was able to programmatically open the popup window on certain webpages. The default behavior of the popup is to open a window at the top right. Is it possible to modify this behavior? Ideally, I would like the popup window to slide in from the right after the automatic window.open is invoked in the background script.
No, you have no control over how and where it appears.
If you want something like slide-in, you're better off injecting your GUI elements into the page itself.
How feasible it is depends on whether you need to inject it into an arbitrary page or if you're working with just one specific website. Shadow DOM might help you isolate styles from the parent page.

How Do I Increase the Search Text in my Navigation

I am using Bigcommerce and their them Corner Stone.
How do I increase the size of the "SEARCH" text font?
I attached a screen shot image with a blue circle showing where the "search" text is.
Screen Shot
Thank you
Depending on your theme, you may be able to make this change by navigating to Storefront > My Theme in your back office.
However, it's likely that the font size for that one component is the same for the rest of them; in that case, you may have to make manual changes to the CSS stylesheets by editing your theme files.

Previewing icon font WITHOUT css

I need to view an icon.ttf (svg, woff, eot, whatever) font file. I do NOT want to create CSS to do this. There are hundreds of icons and I need to look at them quickly. Is there anything I can use to open the font file?
The only responses are along this vein: If I have a generated icon-font as TTF, can I tell which CSS content-property belongs to which character? and include CSS - that is NOT what I am looking for. I want to preview the file NOT through manual entry using CSS (or SASS, etc).
I am assuming this cannot be done since I havent found a decent answer. If you have the knowledge for how to preview an icon font, please share!!
You could use the Character Map tool in Windows. Just select the icon font and you can preview the entire list as well as the corresponding css codes.

developing web interface in illustrator; font aliasing

illustrator shows the font/text aliased compared to the way the browser interprets it
the difference is noticeable here
(in chrome:)
the bottom is illustrator, and as you can see, it's a bit bolder and smoother.. is there a setting I can change in illustrator so I can see how it will look when I actually output it to the website ?
if I disable Aliasing artwork, it looks completely off.
this is more evident when the text is bigger, as well.
No, Illustrator has it's own text anti-aliasing modes that differ from what your browser shows you. However, the differences between your examples are minor compared to how different browsers and operating systems render the same fonts.
Preview the image in save for web and devices. (file -> save for web & devices) I'm assuming you're exporting the image traditionally through file -> export, but save for web & devices shows you how the image will look on the web. The reason it looks different is because illustrator is a vector-based design program, unlike photoshop which is bitmap, or pixel based. This means that text in illustrator has infinite resolution until you export it as an image. If you want a cleaner look for text, go to save for web & devices and select "type optimized" from the menu next to the "apply" button on the right side of the screen. Then hit "apply" and then "save".

stage["displayState"]="fullScreen";
This will make the SWF go fullscreen, if you put this in your document class constructor it will happen as the swf loads.
