Schedule the import of excel data to oracle database table? - excel

I have a excel file which keeps updating in 15 minutes.
I want to store all the excel data to oracle database automatically. I mean when ever new rows insert into excel file it must insert into oracle database immediately. If any duplicate rows added to excel file it should not be inserted into database.

Insert Excel sheet data to an existing Big Query table

We have an existing table on bigquery that gets updated via a scheduler that checks ftp server and upload the new added data into it.
The issue is that few days were dropped from the FTP and now I need to upload the data manually into the table.
Hopefully, I didn't want to create another table and upload the data into it and then make union between the two tables, I was looking for a solution that would insert the sheets to the main table right away

Load Data from Excel Power Query to Access table

I have an excel file that collects data from multiple txt files into connected individual tables (1 table per each file) as connection only tables. I have done this because some of them contain >1m tables. In excel, I have appended those tables using Power Query/Apend function. I need to create a new table that contains all the data, however the resulting data is >1m rows, and I can't load it back to excel.
Is there a way to load my connection (summary of all tables) to access?
When I try to do that using import function in access, it does not recognise the connection as a table so I am not sure how to do this.
Thank you,
Load it to the Excel data model which doesn't have a 1m row limit.
You cannot load from PQ to Access (nor would you want to).

Using SSIS, is it possible to output data to table within an Excel spreadsheet?

Within an Excel document (.xlsx), there's an empty table named "Raw_Data_Table" on a tab named "Raw_Data". There are several pivot tables linked to this table, Raw_Data_Table. On a daily basis, a query gets ran, the results get copied to Excel (into the table on the spreadsheet), a timestamped copy is saved, and the updated file is emailed to users. Using SSIS, I have all of this automation set up EXCEPT for getting data into the empty table (Raw_Data_Table) within the spreadsheet. Within a data flow tax, I've tried explicitly selecting the Excel rows (SELECT * FROM [Raw_Data$A3:L]), but it inserts data below the Excel table and not into table. Is it possible to have SSIS output results into a table within a spreadsheet?

Importing excel data through a stored proc

How to import data from Excel sheet into a table that has identity seed column? I have a stored proc to INSERT, how do I call it while creating an SSIS package where I mapped the excel columns to the database columns in SQL Server?
You shouldn't need a sproc to do this within SSIS. If you have mapped the Excel Source to the destination, the data flow will do the insert. You may need a data conversion task, since the strings in the Excel data will be unicode and SQL prefers DT_STR.

I wanted to import Excel sheet as it is(i.e with column name as that of excelsheet)?

Hi i am new to postgreSql. I wanted to import excel sheet as it is with column name/heading because excel sheet have nearly 80-100 columns and i cannot create table with such huge numbers of columns and then copy same data to table. So i want alternate way for same to import data to table along with column name.
Create an ODBC connection to your PostgreSQL database. You need to have a PostgreSQL ODBC Database driver, which is simple to download and install. Save as a User DSN for future use.
To process your Excel data, import the Excel spreadsheet into MS Access. If the data looks good and "database like", then you are good, otherwise the spreadsheet might need to be adjusted to import correctly.
With the final MS Access table, right-click the table and Export to ODBC Database, choosing the DSN you created above, which you find in the "Machine Data Source" tab.
