Show content of custom page for any url in folder - .htaccess

Right now I want following feature.
domain.com/blablarandomnames/.... - must show domain.com/index.php
and
domain.com/claim/anyrandomnames/... - must show domain.com/claim/url.php
I tried below code , But only domain.com/blablarandomnames/ is working , not the another one.

Use 2 urls for the same directory using htaccess

Is it possible to using htaccess?
I want to keep my original url "menu", but also use /en/menu/ for it.
Here is my code so far (sorry I am terrible at htaccess):

I can't fix this issue. I'm trying to get rewrite rules to work with dynamic urls like:
http://example.com/[CATEGORY]/[PAGE]/[OPTIONS]
or
http://example.com/[PAGE]

The first rewriterule is working, but the second isn't. Also is this not clean.
Anyone who knows this?

Change full url path with .htaccess

I want to change page url with .htaccess my url is 'page.com/web/' and I want to have just page.com. Could you give me htacces code. for example

How to rewrite rules for two subfolders using mod_rewrite

I would need to do something like this:

The problem is that i can only use one .htaccess file as I am using Helicon ISAPI_Rewrite 3 over windows 2003 Server.
Is there a way to combine both .htaccess files in just one of them and making them work properly?
I have tried this just to test if mysite would work without the RewriteBase, but seems not to work:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
