how can I open windows 10 edge without uac?
I used your search function and google looking for "start programs without uac" but all workarounds I found are only good for win7 or win8 or programs that are no apps from microsoft.
The only possibility I know is to switch between activated and inactivated uac but unfortunally with permanent reboots.

I've tried everything. Coherence Mode is greyed out in Parallels 12 for Windows 10.
I do not have an antivirus. (http://kb.parallels.com/en/121427)
There are no other display adapters besides the Parallels Display Adapter (WDDM) that are installed.
Parallels tools are installed properly. I've tried re-installing parallels tools in every manner outlined here: http://kb.parallels.com/112609
My setup:
- I'm using a Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI Adapter to hook up to a 30" monitor.
- Unplugging it doesn't allow Coherence Mode either.

The following works for me:
1. Click Parallel Desktop (the || sign)--> View --> Unclick Full Screen Mode
2. The Virtual Machine should now reside in a smaller window.
3. Click Parallels Desktop again and the "Enter Coherence Mode" option should work now.

ps1. Have tried exactly the same sequence as you did but it turned out that all installations are actually ok and it's just about getting familiar with how Parallels Desktop works.
ps2. Once entering coherence mode, you'll also be able to open Windows APPs directly under Mac as if they were Mac APPs. Before that if you open these Windows APP they will first switch to full screen Win 10 and then open the Windows APP within Win 10.
Recently, we have switched our server that handles Remote Desktop connections from 2003 to 2012. When I run the same winForms program on each server, the one on 2012 appears to be larger. My workstation is Windows 10 and I put the resolution down to 1280 x 768 so I can see the screen at the top and the bottom on each RDP session on each server. On the 2003 server, the screen fits the desktop. On the 2012 server, the screen goes below the desktop and you can't see the bottom. It appears the controls such as the text boxes are just a little larger which is forcing the whole program to be larger.
I did check the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" on Windows 10 desktop and it's set to 100% (Recommended). This doesn't seem to be the problem.
Does anyone have any ideas why the behavior would change between the two servers?

I have the same issue and I'm just blown away at the amount of money my organization has spent on RDS 2012 and it's been nothing but a complete nightmare. We have various types of Surfaces, desktops and monitors all of which require each user to have the ability to change the resolution and display settings on the actual terminal services end. We've tried everything on both the client and server side to correct this but displays are either too large for some users and too small for other users. Why doesn't Microsoft come out with a patch like there was for server 2008???? I understand the DPI scaling technology, and I will tell you it's horrible when you have multiple versions of the Microsoft Surface and other brand desktops (and yes we have installed the desktop experience on the server end).
Here's what I strongly recommend:
Abandon the whole terminal server 2012 configuration and go with individual virtual desktops. After this, install the display and resolution patch for each desktop which lets each user configure their own resolution and display settings. Not only will your users thank you but you'll thank yourself!!
We had this issue for about a week and I restarted our Windows Server 2012 on remote desktop and DPI is back to normal! :) I guess this must be some automatic Windows update that fixed this.
I have been having problems with my Windows 10 (for example my localhost:8000). So I started looking for an answer, and it looks like the good old IIS is causing this issue, maybe because it's not enable in the turn Windows features on/off. SO in theory it should be a piece of cake right? Well when I click next I get the following message:
Windows couldn't complete the requested changes.
The function attempted to use a name that is reserved for use by another transaction. Error code: 0x80071A90
I read somewhere that it may be related to the .NET Framework, I have Framework 3.5 and 4.6 installed. I have tried all possible combinations, enable both of them, disable both, only one, everything! Not real information around regarding the Error code either.
Does it have something to do with the version of Windows that I have? Which is Windows Home. Is there any other way to make it work? Thank you in advance for your input.

If you get this error when trying to "Turn Windows features on or off" in Windows 10 - make sure to disable Antivirus program.
Culprit for me was Avast.
To disable Avast right click on the icon in task-bar -> Avast shields control -> Disable until computer is restarted.
After Avast was disabled I had no problems with adding new features.
I'm trying something very different. We have legacy Windows Mobile programs that we need to run on Windows 8.1 tablets with capacitive screens. To do this we've installed the stand alone Windows Mobile 6.1 Emulator which runs without a problem. Doing this, we can load and run our old Windows Mobile programs on the 8.1 Tablet and they run well but we are having problems with the touch or mouse click. The emulator is meant to be used with a mouse button to select and click not a touch screen. When we run our old programs we have to double-tap in order to select anything. This is not a problem until we try to enter text from the emulator keyboard. We have to tap each key twice in order to enter a character. This becomes very tiresome and makes the legacy program useless. Our legacy Win Mobile program was designed to allow our field people to collect large amounts of text and numeric data. Having to tap each key twice will not work.
We've examined the limited mouse and touch option in Windows 8.1 and nothing seems to help. So here are my questions:
Is there third party software that may improve on Windows 8.1 mouse customization? Synaptic maybe?
Is there a command line switch for the emulator we could add that would fix this problem?
Does anyone know of a method to fix this?

I think the problem is in Windows 8 touchscreen API driver, I have tested this emulator with Win7 tablet, no problems with double click.

I recently started a new job and my lead is out sick. He assigned me a bug in our code that only affects Internet Explorer 6. The developer box I'm running is Windows Server 2003 with Internet Explorer 7, though.
How can I open the web page and debug it from my computer in Internet Explorer 6?
Install Virtual PC (now a free download) and one of the disk images from this page that provides you with a vanilla install of XP with the browser you want to test.
Use IETester.
Step 1: Virtual machines configured for each setup you want to test. Use VMWare or Parallels if you are on a Mac.
Step 2: Automate your functional tests with Selenium. You will never look back!
We do all of our IE6 testing on a VMWare machine that runs XP with IE6. Obviously takes a bit of setup time but worth it once it's done.
I've played with many of these ie6 options, and the best IMO is just to have a vmware install with an ie6 image in the long term.
In the short term, however, I've had the most success with IE Collection, but it is still somewhat buggy.
IES4Linux and IES4OSX work [sometimes] on their respective Operating Systems too.

It will let you startup any number of different browsers in a sandbox from within your browser.
The advantage:
You don't have to install any virtual machines.
You don't have to rely on apps like IE Tester and can instead use the actual browsers.
This obviously doesn't apply to your specific situation, but for anyone who is running Windows 7, a good option is to use XP Mode. The XPM image has IE6 installed and won't expire like the Internet Explorer Application Compatibility VPC images.
Once you've installed XP Mode, create a shortcut to IE in the XP Programs menu (so a shortcut is published to your Win 7 Start menu). You can then launch IE6 side-by-side with IE8 on your Win 7 desktop.

Sorry I didn't notice your "...and debug it..." statement in the original post. I think SuperPreview will just show a side-by-side visual comparison. If you need to debug javascript or anything like that, then I would use the virtualization methods mentioned above. (In practice I actually use virtualization for testing, but I figured I'd suggest something different.)
