I am working on a bluetooth project and require some software that could capture the bluetooth packets and then can view (using same or different software) or analysis the packets captured.

(preferably with least installation of additional software)

I am trying to interact (i.e. clicking buttons within app, taking keyboard input and typing for me, etc.) with the Cisco AnyConnect Client, specifically.
However, I would like to know if there is way that is viable with Python 3 to interact with any other Mac applications.
I was able to do this using PyAutoGUI like #Mark Setchell stated

I know there's Logica SMSC Server but it doesn't respect the address_range parameter.
I have two clients: one with address_range: ^123$ and another with address_range: ^321$. When I send an SM from 123 to 321, it gets delivered to the client that sent the SM. Is there any emulator that delivers it correctly?
You can use SMPPSim. You'd need a Java6 on Linux to make it work.
Get it here
Another option is the Open Source Mobicents SMSC, which supports SMPP, SIP and SS7/SIGTRAN interfaces.

I use com0com for program testing in windows,
are there any program like com0com in linux?
I know there is pts/ptmx, but what I want is a stand alone program to provide 2 virtual serial ports...
Then I can open 2 program, each attench one...
I found a good method:
socat PTY,link=COM8 PTY,link=COM9
then 2 virtual serial port files are created: COM8, COM9
You can also use tty2comKm virtual serial port driver for linux provided by serialpundit project.
