There is 14.2.0.12 at https://github.com/xamarin/xamarin-macios#downloads. But we cannot find 14.8.0.3.
By the way:
The newest version is not working for us because of this issue https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/302548/jsonserializer-throws-exception-in-xamarinios.html?childToView=306027#answer-306027
For xamarin.ios-14.8.0.3.pkg:
https://aka.ms/xvs/pkg/macios/14.8.0.3
This is what you might be looking for.
https://github.com/xamarin/xamarin-macios/releases/tag/xamarin-ios-14.8.0.3
For anyone still looking, I have found a list of all Xamarin downloads in case you need to test on an older build:

I lately noticed many companies use the same forum software/script.
You find a progress bar on the right that "gets filled" as you scroll down (see image).
Does anyone know which forum software/script that is?
Thx
Gerd
Have a look at the open source software Discourse - that might be what you're searching for.

Is there a Sinatra-like web-framework for Pharo?
Or can the Zinc-HTTP-components do that more or less out-of-the-box?
Thanks!
Depending on your exact needs, Seaside-REST might also be interesting .
I have been kindly pointed to Ratpack by Tim Felgentreff

He also has a github repository, probably with more up-to-date code:

I want know where comprehensive list of APIs of watir-webdriver related to browser, elements is located. I am looking something like: http://release.seleniumhq.org/selenium-remote-control/0.9.0/doc/java/
Here it is: http://rubydoc.info/gems/watir-webdriver/frames
In addition to the Rdoc that Zelkjo linked, your other best way to understand how stuff works (aside from the tutorials and the wiki etc) would be to review the tests in watirspec, since they basically document how everything is expected to work. https://github.com/watir/watirspec
API Documentation:
For watir-webdriver
For watir-classic
