I've tried setting up all the paths what all were suggested by programmers in the following link enter link description here
But still i'm getting the error. I've have attached an image regarding this, if anyone faced the same problem and were able to solve them , please do send in the procedure to solve this problem.
My Environment Variables are as follows:
--------SYSTEM VARIABLES--------------
PATH: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0\bin;
JDK_HOME:C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_79
JAVA_HOME:C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_79
also that I'm even having 2 JDKs installed "jdk1.7.0" and jdk"1.7.0_79" , will this make any difference ?
Had the same problem. Just quit Android Studio installer, reboot after installing java sdk and restart Android Studio installert. Worked for me.

In Android Studio, I am getting the following error when trying to run my app on an Android device:
The specified Gradle distribution 'https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-7.2-bin.zip' does not exist.
All my Android Studio projects are affected by this and restoring them to older commits does not change anything.
The problems all started by following the advice given here: Could not install Gradle distribution from 'https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-2.1-all.zip'
I deleted everything in my /.gradle/wrapper/dists/ folder. Now, I get the above error and I do not see how to solve it.
Here is how to reproduce it with Android Studio 2021.1.1 on Windows (but be warned: this might corrupt your projects, too):
Delete everything in /.gradle/wrapper/dists/
Create a new project "Test" in Android Studio (this might take a while, since gradle-7.2-bin.zip will be downloaded in the dists folder)
The project builds and runs without errors
Close Android Studio
Delete everything in /.gradle/wrapper/dists/ again
Open project "Test" in Android Studio
Try to run
Now you should get the above mentioned error.
At this point, /.gradle/wrapper/dists/ is still empty. Now you can do the following:
run gradlew tasks in Terminal in the Project Folder of "Test" (this will take a while, since gradle-7.2-bin.zip will be downloaded in the dists folder again)
run gradlew build (everything should build without errors)
But clicking on "Run" still yields the same error.
I am getting the impression that this is an AndroidStudio / IntelliJ bug.
Can anyone help me with this?
Running Android Studio as Administrator solved the problem for me
It turned out my Android Studio installation was heavily corrupted. Simply, uninstalling it and installing it again also did not help.
I basically had to do everything that was suggested here: How to completely uninstall Android Studio from windows(v10)? and delete everything related to Android Studio. I installed it again and now everything is fine again.
I do not know what the problem was. Maybe the .m2 folder, maybe the Jetbrains folder.
My advice to everyone facing the same issue:
First try around deleting caching folders. If nothing helps, go for the brute force approach and follow the answers (not only the accepted answer) of the above mentioned StackOverflow question.
Getting this error in android studio 3.5
Android Version 3.5
SDK 28
flutter latest version
Any one help me with this error? Getting this in windows 7 ultimate
Failed to extract manifest from APK: Exit code -1073741515 from: C:\Users\Shahryar Ahmed\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\build-tools\29.0.2\aapt dump xmltree C:\Users\Shahryar Ahmed\AndroidStudioProjects\flutter_app\build\app\outputs\apk\app.apk AndroidManifest.xml.

Is your project missing an android\app\src\main\AndroidManifest.xml?
Consider running "flutter create ." to create one.
Try to do a
flutter clean
This solved lots of problems for me
From Menu Goto Tools->Flutter->Flutter Clean.
as shown in below picture.
File->Invalidate Caches/Restart..
I encountered the same problem and I fixed it by deleting the app.apk in the build/app/ouputs/apk directory and it worked.
This problem happened to me .
and the error was that the file aapt.exe in this ( C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\build-tools\29.0.2\aapt.exe) is opened by antivirus .
the solution is : stop the antivirus and run again it will work .
also :
you can double click on aapt.exe file , if it opened by another program it will show what is this program , so you can stop or close this program and run again .
Consider opening as administrator your android studio .exe
I went through the same problem. I just uninstalled previous build in my emulator and did flutter run again... worked for me.
After this answer:
https://stackoverflow.com/a/68142732/14409491
I uninstalled the antivirus
Then I deleted all folders in the build-tools in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\build-tools
After that, downloaded build-tools again from android studio
I was also facing this issue while using VS Code, then I tried running on Android Studio because sometimes issues are related to emulator.
Though running flutter clean on the terminal from the project
directly seemed to solve my problem. after that also get(pub get) your dependencies to avoid further build errors.
Why won't Android Studio create a class?
It doesn't even work for newly created projects
Update
OR why are all of these empty?
The reason is you may have installed the 64 bit version on a 32 bit machine. I had the same problem. If you have 32-bit OS, try to uninstall 64-bit version of Android Studio and install 32-bit version from this page: https://developer.android.com/studio/index.html#downloads
I too faced the same Issue. Go to your Android Studio -> Help -> Edit Custom VM options. Add the following line to the opened file.
-Djdk.util.zip.ensureTrailingSlash=false

To me, the problem was due to incorrect upgrade to new version of Android Studio. Studio patching seemingly went ok, but at Event Log, I constantly got this error:
2:55 PM FileNotFoundException: Entry fileTemplates//code/Google Test Fixture SetUp Method.cc.ft not found in /home/vlada/android-studio-145.3200535/lib/idea.jar
I also got similar message in 'IDE Fatal Errors' window.
Downloading and installing the latest version of Studio solved the problem for me.
I use:
Windows 7
Android Studio 1.3.2
Genymotion 2.5.4
VirtualBox 5.0.4r
Yesterday, it run correctly. However my C disk is run out of space so i decided to uninstall Andriod Studio, Genymotion and VB. Now I installed it in disk E and i show problem
Genymotion: Genymotion directory: E:\Program
Files\Genymobile\Genymotion
Genymotion: Trying to initialize engine
Genymotion: Invalid path: VBoxManage
Genymotion: Initialize Engine: failed
I already tried some solutions from same topic but not work so far, seem like my case is different. Any one have same issue? Any suggestion? Thanks
Using Windows 10 here, same issue, added the VirtualBox binary directory to the system path and it still failed, so it's not obvious what exactly it's looking for. But I do have Android Studio in a non-standard location too -- I think it's likely that there's a hardcoded relative path in there that's cracking on use. May not be a fix except to reinstall Android Studio where it wants to go...
However, per another answer, if you can start the image in Genymotion the Debug button will be able to see it and connect to it and you can maybe live without the integrated Genymotion device manager until they fix this.
Maybe the file "reg.exe"(in X:\Genymotion) lose, you must get it from genymotion-2.5.3-vbox.exe
I am having the same issue, and while searching I come across this post here that says the plugin (at least for eclipse) doesn't work with Virtual Box version newer than 4.2. I am not sure if this will help but it is worth looking in to.
EDIT:: There was an update to Android Studio to 1.4 and an update to the Genymotion plugin to 1.0.6. It fixes this issue. I updated yesterday and it works like a charm.
Visual Studio 2012 becomes corrupt when I tried to install WiX 3.8. This is what happens...
Following a successful WiX install I try to run VS2012 and get the splash screen followed by this error "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation". Clicking on ok simply places me on the desktop. The only solution is to re-install VS2012. I tried un-installing everything and starting over several times but no luck. I cannot find any information on this exact topic anywhere online including WiX forums. Does anyone have ideas on what I should try next?
Rudy
I just had the same problem after installing WiX 3.8. Basically even more problems as Explorer and other system application could not be started anymore.
The root cause was a change in the PATH environment variable which ended up to be more than 2048 chars and therefore the %windir% var was not accessible anymore.
Try to remove some unnecessary paths in PATH environment variable as described here:
https://superuser.com/questions/355594/windows-7s-path-and-environment-variables-are-corrupted
At least for me, it worked afterwards again.
Cheers and good luck
