I know how to search messages with keyword, I also know how to search unread messages. But I don't know how to combine those two things.

I am using Netsuite API (version v2016_2) to search data. With below code, it seems that Netsuite taking much time to give response for the query. I am searching GL transaction of periticular period that has 149 MainLine record and 3941 LineItem (Journal Entries) record and Netsuite takes almost 22 minutes to give this data in response. You should set _searchPreferences.bodyFieldsOnly = true. It will improve the performance with searching because it doesn't return the related or sublist data
I think you are doing this search from the outside of the Netsuite to get journal entries data or lines. Instead of doing a direct search outside, do maintain RESTLET in NETSUITE and call that RESTLET. In the RESTLET DO that search you wanted and return results. Within the NETSUITE, search performance gives fast results.
In our company we are using IBM MQ server for message queueing. For the same queue we are putting both String and Object type data message with the help of methods WriteObject and WriteString.
The challenge is occured when it comes to consumption(read message) of queue. Since the Get data can be both Object or String we need to decide which method to use ReadString or ReadObject on the MQMessage instance. I made workaround like firstly using ReadObject method, if an exception occured then try it with ReadString.
I did not like this workaround, is there any way to identify message data type after calling MQQueue instance's Get method?

What a horrible design.
First off, why are you putting 2 different message types into the same queue? Bad, very bad idea. You should be using 2 different queues. What, does someone think queues are scarce or rare? You should be handing out queues like candy.
Secondly, if you really need to go with this design then you should read the MQ Knowledge Center on MQMD structure. It contains a field called 'Message Type'. Most applications use 'Message Type' to contain either 'MQMT_DATAGRAM' or 'MQMT_REQUEST' but you can set your own values starting with 'MQMT_APPL_FIRST'.
So, define a couple of constants:

Everything looks good with your QueryExpression, although I'd write it a little more concise (something like this):

Because I don't see anything wrong with the QueryExpression that leads me with two guesses.
You're using impersonation on the IOrganizationService and the impersonated user doesn't have rights to the SharePointDocumentLocation. You won't get an error, you just won't get any records returned.
The id you're passing in is incorrect.
I'd remove the Criteria and see how many records you get back. If you don't get all of the records back, you know your issue is with guess #1.
If you get all records, add the regardingobjectid to the ColumnSet and retrieve the first record without any Criteria in the QueryExpression, then call this method passing in the id of the regardingobject you returned. If nothing is received when adding the regardingobjectid constraint, then something else is wrong.
Update
Since this is executing within the delete of the plugin, it must be performing its cascade deletes before your plugin is firing. You can try the Pre-Validation.
Now that I think of it, it must perform the deletion of the cascading entities in the Validation stage, because if one of them is unable to be deleted, the entity itself can't be deleted.
I had some confusion which I want to clear it - I am inserting values into database using ADO.NET. Let say I want to insert 10 item if I encounter error while inserting data of 5th item it should roll back whatever I had inserted into the database.
I just read the concept of Transaction and Rollback method and also tried to implement it in the program but still it insert 4 item and give me error message of 5th item. It doesn't roll back insert query.
Does transaction and roll back method solved my issue or I need to used other alternative.

It sounds like you are trying to achieve an atomic commit. It either inserts completely or doesn't insert at all.
Try something like the following

I did 2 modification to your code
1) Move the BeginTransaction() outside the for loop, So that all your 10 INSERt statements are in a single transaction, that is what you want if you want them to be atomic
2) added a TRY/CATCH block, so that you can roll back in case of errors.

The main thing that you're missing is that the underlying IMAP SEARCH syntax supports only dates, not date-times. So your query will result in JavaMail issuing the command:

(Put a breakpoint in IMAPProtocol.issueSearch() to see this.)
GMail appears to freak out on this query, which logically cannot match any messages. Try switching your logic to a single term using SentDateTerm.EQ (which maps to SENTON) and it should work:
