Is there any option getting user quota programmatically for client?
I just searched the API REFERENCE page and the doc but there is no reference to that?
How can my company track the user quota per client?
There is no way to programmatically get the user quota. You can track the user quota for a client on the Clients configuration page of the developer portal.

I want to get the info of a minecraft server. I am doing this with Dinnerbones python script, but it doesnt provide any whitelist data. How can I get that ?
Apparently No.
Per https://github.com/Dinnerbone/mcstatus/issues/163 :
Whether the server is whitelisted or not is not included in the ping or query status data that the servers send. Adding that one field would require going through part of the login process, and is most likely out of the scope of this library.

Hello there I was wondering how to make a premium system, I'm not sure whether to see if in the support server they have a role, when they buy the subscription, the database updates, I would have to do the database manually, please let me know what's the best option
I would use a collection that holds the ids of guilds with premium, and use another bot account (similar to dyno and dyno premium) that is for subscribers.
Your question is still quite broad, but you should also consider user friendliness - will there be a recovery option, contact details etc. You should also possibly save the userID of the subscriber, in case their server is deleted or they want to migrate a subscription.

We are building an Instagram Implementation in our application and we want to send a Direct Message (Inbox) with a code to which they have to enter in the app to verify the account.
I tried to check their API but was not able to get any information on the same.

I've got a Facebook Messenger Bot and I'm using Facebook Analytics to get insights about user behaviour. Is there a way of getting the breakdown of where my user sources are?
Not sure what do you mean exactly by "user sources".
But for Messenger Bot App you can easily create a new Breakdown, by picking as event name "New Messenger Bot Users" and breakdown by Region.
See image below as an example:

Hi there i'm trying to get the source code for a user to login with their flickr account details or just a "log with flickr" button. is there anyone who can help me with that or where i can get the skeleton code
This could be done using the Flickr API, here.
