I'm trying to develop a custom chromecast app for my web application,
I've registered the app and my chromecast device and it works fine with my desktop chrome (cast extension installed).
But it doesn't start the chromecast app from my android chrome (40.0.2215.109).
I've looked at google's developer guide for chromecast, but I can't find how to implement the initialization process for mobile chrome.
Where might I find the documentation for that?
Currently, Cast SDK is not supported on mobile chrome.

I am in middle of building a messenger chat-bot which was working fine but now the buttons and subtitle are not showing in my android phone (I have Xiaomi Poco F1). I have not tested it with any ios device. But it seems to work just fine in browser. I am not able to figure out if this an issue from my side or some bug in messenger app.
Chrome Messenger Image
Android Messenger App Image
The issue was with the App. I re-installed it after clearing cache and data. Now everything is working fine.
im using Azure Media Services along with Azure Media Player to play smooth stream, works fine on desktop but on Android Chrome when i open the video, he appears to be freeze like an image of the first frame from the video.

I want to create an application using Xamarin. This is a web Server and client iPhone and Android. I would like to know Can I make my core web Application Using Xamarin.
Sorry, I do not have any Experience in Xamarin. Then, I want to connect this Web Server Xamarin App to an iPhone and Android App.
Thanks!
At the core, Xamarin's iOS and Android Technology is based on Mono which in turn implements most of the parts of Microsoft's .Net Stack. So the answer is yes, you could build your backend using .Net with either Microsoft's or Mono's ASP.Net Stacks and have your Xamarin Mobile apps connect to it.
Does anyone know if it's possible to launch the iPhone or Android Foursquare app from a mobile web page? Is there a custom URL scheme we can use?
Our client would like to give users the option to use the app if they have it installed instead of the website.
The URLs for launching the Foursquare native app can be found here: https://developer.foursquare.com/resources/client.html
As suggested in that site, for Android it will fallback to mobile view if the app is not installed, for iPhone you should follow the UIApplication reference, specifically canOpenUrl: and openUrl:
For the android you might want to look at this page:

For the iphone:
