Access Denied on Creating Timer Job throught WebPart in SP13 - sharepoint

Question

Well, the problem is that I have a webpart, that creates a Timer with special parameters..
When I try to create it, I get an error access denied.
The fact is that I us a system administration account, I've changed the RemoteAdministratorAccessDenied to false and added writeaccess to Sharepoint folder gor wss..
But I still get an error...

This is due to a new security feature implemented in SharePoint 2010
RemoteAdministratorAccessDenied is a persisted property which can be set to false to disable the feature. You can do this either in a Console app or use Powershell and then perform an IISReset.
