Can't generate hoogle data because wget certificate expired? - haskell

I'm trying to run 'hoogle data', and I get this as the output :

I'm not sure what to do, last time I ran hoogle data it just worked and generated everything, but I can't figure out how to get around this error.

To get around this problem, try creating a wrapper for wget:
I'll assume your installed wget is located at /usr/bin/wget
Save this file as wget somewhere in your $PATH and make sure it is executable:
#!/bin/sh
/usr/bin/wget --no-check-certificate "$#"
Now retry your hoogle command.

No passwd entry for user 'mssql' sqlsrv on Linux

I use the mcr.microsoft.com/mssql/server:2017 docker container to run a mssql server. I tried to change the collation like this:
echo "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" | /opt/mssql/bin/mssql-conf set-collation
Unfortunately I get this error:
No passwd entry for user 'mssql'
How is it possible to fix this error?
I created a new user with useradd mssql, but now I get this error if I run the command:

error running run file in centOS - bad display

I have a task to install Oracle 11g on a centOS 8 using VM (i'm new to linux / oracle).
I downloaded the Oracle files and unzipped them, then I tried to ./runInstaller but I get an error and this is the full terminal with error:

Decryption failed: No secret key using GPG

Last night I setup Pass Password Manager. I used gpg2, and followed this tutorial. I didn't implement git integration. Everything worked successfully. To view my password I had to enter my master key, exactly like how I want it. This morning I try to use pass. In my terminal I typed in
pass account/adobe/my#email.com
I get the following error:
gpg: decryption failed: No secret key
It didn't ask me to enter my master key. I tried restarting gpg-agent, I tried editing ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf, but nothing is working.
This is how my ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf looks like:
default-cache-ttl 28800
# 8 hours
pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-curses
allow-loopback-pinentry
I should mention that I am using Linux Subsystem on Windows 10.
I put this in ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf :
default-cache-ttl 3153600000
pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-curses
allow-loopback-pinentry
After enter the following commands:
$ gpgconf --kill gpg-agent
$ gpg-connect-agent /bye

How do I point a BitBake recipe to a local file / Yocto build fails to fetch sources for libtalloc

I'm trying to build Yocto for Raspberry Pi3, with console-image, and it gives me some build errors, most I have been able to resolve with
bitbake -c cleansstate libname
bitbake libname
However, now it got to libtalloc and it can't do_fetch the source files.
I went to the URL of the sources, and I was able to download the exact tar.gz archive it was trying to fetch. i.e. http://samba.org/ftp/talloc/talloc-2.1.8.tar.gz
I even put it into /build/downloads folder.
But when I try to bitbake, it keeps giving me the same errors
Is there a way I can configure the build process to always fetch with http or wget, it seems that the these scripts are all broken, because it cant fetch a file that exists.
Thanks,
Here is the full printout:

The scripts already use both wget and http. They're also not really broken, the people maintaining the samba download servers just changed several things in the past week: I believe the libtalloc recipes main SRC_URI just needs to be changed to https://download.samba.org/pub/talloc/talloc-${PV}.tar.gz (the current canonical samba download server).
I'm sure meta-oe maintainer would appreciate a patch if this is indeed the case.
I applied the following patch to meta-openembedded and got it built. There are several samba links already broken.

SFTP into Google Compute Engine from windows 7 Client

I am trying to SFTP a Debian-7-Wheezy-V20140807 Instance on Google Compute Engine from Windows 7, 64 Bit Client.
Finally my problem got solved using this
Also in Windows I first installed Cygwin and then used set the Environment Variable CLOUDSDK_PYTHON to python instead of C:\python27\python.exe
and finally from cygwin ran this
curl https://sdk.cloud.google.com | bash
All the instructions below are symptoms. First i tried Filezilla, which errors out with message
