Do Google Analytics store sent data to non existing domains? - dns

Please, anybody knows: does google analytics store sent data to non existing domains? If yes, how to get access to them?
The problem is that I forgot to create custom dimensions in google analytics admin page , but already sent data two weeks ago from web site as:
ga('send','pageview',{'dimension1':placeId,'dimension2':videoId,'dimension3':date});
I need to somehow get this data from two weeks ago.
The metric "pageview" I can see, but how to access data from 'dimention1','dimensiot2' if they were not created before? Is it possible?
I already created this dimensions on admin page, but in the report they are empty of cause.
Thanks

You can try pulling data using API console, for that date range.

Retrieve Azure AppInsights Live Metrics through API

There is an one year old question How can I retrieve through an API *Live Metrics* of Microsoft Application Insights about is it possible to pull LiveMetrics data that appInsights generate for the application trough some API
Right now i don't see anything live related in the official documentation - https://dev.applicationinsights.io/reference . And the answer for old question was also that there is no any way to get them.
But maybe someone knows if AppInsights team plans were changed in this year and they are working on that API?
It might be really useful to pull that data in realtime through API to own alerting\metrics system to process data from different microservices\applications and display them in aggregated way in realtime.
As example we can build something like OpServer has but based on different applications and their AppInsights data .
As right now there is no any way to get it
Note: I work in Application Insights team at Microsoft.
LiveMetrics data is not persistently stored anywhere, and there is no API to retrieve it. The data is collected only when someone is actively on the Live Metrics portal page. The moment browser window is closed, data is gone as well.
If your goal is to get metrics/other in real-time, then you can do that by implementing own ITelemetryProcessor. Most people use ITelemetryProcessor to "filter" out unwanted telemetry. But that is not a rule. All telemetry passes through TelemetryProcessor, and you can chose to filter the data or do something else with it. In your case you want to send it instantly to some real-time service. In fact, LiveMetrics (internally known as QuickPulse) is implemented as a TelemetryProcessor. (https://github.com/microsoft/ApplicationInsights-dotnet/blob/develop/WEB/Src/PerformanceCollector/Perf.Shared/QuickPulseTelemetryProcessor.cs#L158)

Is it possible to fetch the results of a custom report via API?

I created a custom report that's saved in Docusign. It runs year-to-date and it only captures data for envelopes with a "completed" status.
Right now, I have this report going out to me on a daily basis as an email with a CSV attachment. Would it be possible to query this data using a REST API instead? Ideally, I'd like to use a URL to request these results and return them in a JSON or CSV format.
I looked for some information about this in the help documentation, but I did not come across anything relevant. If someone can point me in the right direction, that'd be great.
Thank you!
No, the results of the built-in Reporting tool can't be accessed via the API.
DocuSign is developing an advanced reporting API called Data Feed. If you'd be interested in learning more about that, reach out to your Account Manager.

How to integrate Avangate with Geckoboard?

I am creating a dashboard in Geckoboard with data coming in from Avangate. I will be using IPN to display total number of buys on the dashboard.
From Geckoboard side, I understand that I would be creating a custom widget with relevant data format.
I am not clear on the Avangate side as I can hardly find any documentation. It seems like it should be a web service but couldn't find any thing relevant on Google or their site.
It would be great if some one can point to a example or can share their own experience in designing this integration.
I have found some online data on Avangate IPN but I am not able to figure out what is happening with this code.

You can find IPN documentation in your Avangate account (https://secure.avangate.com/cpanel/help.php?view=topic&topic=345). We’re working on an updated version for our public portal: https://developer.avangate.com/.

nest api - cryptic error message when creating client with product data write permissions

I'm attempting to create a google nest client to write electricity monitor data to the Nest for display in the energy history plot, but although I'm able to create a test client with thermostat read permissions, when I attempt to create a new client with product data write permissions I get an error message saying "scopes.justification exceeds required maximum length of 140". I don't see any fields with more than 140 characters and an email to the Nest team has been unanswered for several days.
I should say I'm leaving the OAuth redirect field blank because I'm still trying to learn exactly how OAuth is meant to work and if the redirect is a site I need to write and host or what, but it appears to be optional and one can edit client details later or use a PIN so doesn't seem that's the issue, but I could be wrong.
Anyone had this issue or able to provide some tips?

How to Track Connections On a Server Accurately

I have a dedicated server hosting a website of mine and I have about 10% of my traffic unaccounted for.
The path of the clicks is as follows
Ads on Facebok ==> My Website
I have Google Analytics script on My Website (on the bottom) and it should fire off whenever a person lands on the page.
The problems is that if I have 4000 clicks on the Ad (tracked by Facebook), Google Analytics tells me I have about 3600 people landing on My Website.
I also invested in real-time tracking software like Clicky and it gives me similar results to Google Analytics. (just in case GA is not accurate)
So I have narrowed it down to 3 scenarios:
1) The Ad clicks aren't being tracked properly by Facebook (I have made sure this is not the problem)
2) The page is taking too long for some people to load and they are hitting the back button before Google Analytics can be triggered.
3) Some connection are dropping from the Ad to My Website.
Can anyone recommend a way I can make sure 2 and 3 aren't happening? and if they are
how would I fix them.
I'm going to make an assumption that you're using Apache. It should be possible to parse the Apache logs to extract connections from unique IP addresses. Hopefully the URL requested by the client will contain some sort of path indicating that it was directed from Facebook.
