Windows 8.1 MediaCapture - how to use snapshot button of webcam - windows-8.1

We are developing a Windows 8.1 Store-App and using the MediaCapture class to access connected web-cams.
Within the MediaCaptureInitializationSettings we are Setting PhotoCaptureSouce to "Auto".
Works fine including a preview and when the user clicks a button within our App we take the photos.
But now we are using a WebCam with a snapshot button on it.
Any ideas how we can handle this button in our App?

I'm unable to find configuration of pgAdmin4 on Windows 8.1

I'm new to PostgreSQL, just installed it along with pgAdmin4. After installation when I clicked on the pgAdmin4 it start in the browser of IE. But I want that in my chrome browser so I searched for it. Most of the people have mentioned or shared a picture of pgAdmin 4 configuration like this.
They mentioned it like right click the icon in the Windows System Tray and select Configure but the pgAdmin is not showing in the system tray of window 8.1. Or may be I'm misunderstanding about the system tray. Because in windows 8.1 pgAdmin 4 directly opens in browser.
The browser issues is fixed by change by default browser to chrome but I'm still unable to find this configuration setting. Can anyone help me to understand or get this screen?
pgAdmin 4 is a web server, so when you click pgAdmin 4 on the start menu, it starts the web server in the background, then opens a browser to connect to it.
The web server running in the background should have added a small icon to the system tray in the lower right corner.
On my Window 7 it looks like this:

Can WinJS applications run in assigned access mode on Windows 10?

I have a WinJS application (Cordova actually) that we use with Assigned Access mode on Windows 8.1 to provide kiosk functionality. I am trying to upgrade the host tablets (Surface 3) to Windows 10 but there are problems with assigned access.
I have added the windows.aboveLockScreen to the app manifest which has allowed the application to be selected for assigned access. However, whenever the kiosk user logs in, they are redirected back to the login screen.
Reading up on this issue (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/mt633799(v=vs.85).aspx) it seems that the application is not binding to the "above the lock screen
view even though it has that capability.
I was able to reproduce this with the HelloCordova starter by adding the extension to the windows 10 appxmanifest:
Is this a limitation of WinJS based applications? or is there a workaround to allow them to run above the lock screen?

Can I embed a windows store app inside a classic windows application?

I would like to embed a universal windows app into a classic windows application on windows 10. Is this possible?
The short answer is no. However... depending on what you're trying to do, the information below may help you.
If you just want to get the look and feel of a desktop application, you should be aware that Windows 10 apps (unlike Windows 8 apps) run in non-fullscreen mode by default, and can be resized. Desktop apps in Windows 10 have top-right icons (min/max/resize) that look similar to how UWP apps look in the title bar and top-right icons.
If you're creating a UWP app with XAML, you won't be able to embed it in a desktop application. However, if you're building a Windows 10 app using HTML5 and JavaScript, you could repackage it inside a browser control embedded in a desktop application.
If you're creating a game using a 3rd-party tool such as Unity, you can export it as a Windows desktop application just as easily as exporting to a UWP app for Windows 10. Unity can be used for non-game apps as well, so you could export it to a desktop application today, and still have the option of publish a UWP of the same game/app.
If you were thinking of accessing the full Windows SDK from you UWP app, you won't be able to do so, as you will be restricted by the UWP sandbox. But Windows 10 has made many improvements in helping you get access to many advanced features, e.g. accessing certain locations in the file system, so you may be able to get by with all that UWP has to offer.
If you want to avoid the Windows Store, you may sideload your app, as suggested by an earlier comment.
Hope that helps! :)

Stopping scroll in iOS hybrid app

How do I stop scroll in background which has a overlay/pop up on it? I have disabled the scroll and its working fine on windows and android but the background scrolls in iOS.
No. There's no direct way or a Windows Store app to launch other apps. The only way is to launch files or URIs into the default handlers for those file types and protocols.
If this is a side-loaded enterprise app then it can use a brokered Windows Runtime Component to call desktop code, and that desktop code can then call desktop API to launch other apps. See Brokered Windows Runtime Components for side-loaded Windows Store apps

Linux firefox and flash player settings for permission for camera and voice not displayed, but works in windows

We are developing video chat application in flex 4.5 and php, when we run this application in browser run under flash player in browser, and ask the settings popup for permissions for camera and audio device, it works fine under windows and i am able to grant permission and do chat.
but when I run this over Linux(Ubuntu) Firefox( version 25) , no popup display for permissions in Linux.
when I run same application under Linux in chrome browser, it works.
help me resolve the issue of flash player settings popup not displayed
A similar problem often occurs on Windows: the permissions popup is displayed and then the swf movie just hangs.
A workaround would be to ask the users to visit the Website Privacy Settings panel before using your application and permanently allow your domain to access the webcam and microphone.
