I would like to remove the last '/' from all urls using a 301 .htaccess redirect. How would I do it? I have tried the following, but it only removes from the first level of directories:
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^(/[^/]+)/$
RewriteRule . http://www.mysite.net%1 [L,R=301]
For example, it works for www.mysite.net/first/ but does not work for www.mysite.net/first/second/
Change the [^/]+ to just .+. The ^/ means "match everything except for a slash", so "first" matches but "first/second" doesn't. Also, you don't need a condition here.
RewriteRule ^(.*)/$ http://www.mysite.net/$1 [L,R=301]

i have wildcard subdomains sets already and works fine, now i wish have friends url for the content in thats subdomains, the structure of my site is if the user type subdomain.maindomain.com and the .htaccess redirect to

where blogs/index.php receive the param and show the correct content

There are two problems:
The first argument of RewriteRule matches against everything after the slash of the directory .htaccess is in, and before the query string. If .htaccess is in your www-root, and you get the url http://www.example.com/shiny/unicorns.php?are=shiny, you match against shiny/unicorns.php. It will never start with a slash, so ^/ will never match.
Rules are executed in order. If you go to http://sub.example.com/10/unicorns, the second rule will match first and rewrite the request to /blogs/index.php?url=10/unicorns. If you removed the leading slash the third rule would match, but normally you wouldn't want that. You want to have the third rule only match
You want to move the third rule up so it is the second rule. You want to make it more specific to only match with subdomains. You also know the first part contains only numbers, so use that knowledge to prevent blogs/index.php from matching your now second rule. You also need to prevent blogs/index.php from matching the now third rule to prevent it from matching itself. Last but not least I removed [L] from the now second rule, since the third rule will match anyway.

The first thing you should probably do is fix your regex. You cannot have a range like [a-Z], you can just do [a-z] and use the [NC] (no case) flag. Also, you want this rule at the very end since it'll match requests for /projects which will make it so the rule further down will never get applied. Then, you want to get rid of all your leading slashes. Lastly, you want a boundary for your regex, otherwise it'll match index.php and cause another error.
So:

There are two issues with this rule ... first, what you are matching needs to appear first in the rule, then what you are rewriting appears second - you have that backwards.
Once you reverse that, though, you run into the second issue - you can't match query strings in a RewriteRule, you need to match them in a RewriteCond:
To match www.example.org/folder/files.php?force&file=2009.pdf and redirect it to www.example.org/files/2009.pdf you would do:
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^force&file=(.*)$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^folder/files.php$ /files/%1 [R=301, L]
The %1 matches what's in the parentheses in the RewriteCond.
Search on google first. The first thing displayed on google for htaccess is htaccess redirect. I think
Redirect /olddirectory/oldfile.html http://example.com/newdirectory/newfile.html (same line with a space) should work. Go to http://kb.mediatemple.net/questions/242/How+do+I+redirect+my+site+using+a+.htaccess+file%3F . Php would also do the work. Just goolgle things before asking them.
i try to redirect url's like:

to the correct one (the one with the backslash)

Your second rule should be RewriteRule ^video/([^/]*)/([^/]*)$ /video/$1/$2/ [R=301,L]
Or you could forgo the redirect totally, and just say RewriteRule ^video/([^/]*)/([^/]*)/?$ video.php?id=$1&title=$2 [L] which will allow both to view your video.
Update FallingBullets is right (see the comments on this answer), his answer better suites the OP's problem, so please ignore this answer (I am leaving it for reference, though).
Maybe you simply have to prefix your pattern with a /?? E. g.
RewriteRule ^/?video/([^/]*)/([^/]*)/$ video.php?id=$1&title=$2 [L]
RewriteRule ^/?video/([^/]*)/([^/]*)$ /video/([^/]*)/([^/]*)/ [R=301,L]
# ^ these ones
instead of
RewriteRule ^video/([^/]*)/([^/]*)/$ video.php?id=$1&title=$2 [L]
RewriteRule ^video/([^/]*)/([^/]*)$ /video/([^/]*)/([^/]*)/ [R=301,L]
since you are anchoring the pattern at the beginning of the path (using ^).
Need help with an 301 htaccess redirect rule doing the following:
www.name.com/wordA/wordB/* to www.name.com/WordNEW/wordA/wordB/*
we are basically adding "WordNew".
I have three wordA and five wordB for a total of 15 path variations.
Spin this on for size:

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/WordNEW [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /WordNEW/$1 [L,R=301]
Broken down
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/WordNEW [NC]
Check the requested URI does not start (!^) with the same folder path (/WordNEW) as the final. If it does, you've already redirected once or you are already there. If you don't check then you can end up on a loop rewriting the path over and over again.
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /WordNEW/$1 [L,R=301]
If it passes, grab the whole requested URI (^(.*)$) and prepend with the new folder path (/WordNEW/$1). Then flag this as the last rule (L) in the RewriteRule while redirecting under 301 (R=301).
if WordNEW is in a constant position my quick and dirty solution would be to split the url string on '/'. at index 1 I would prepend the string WordNEW/ . For a more feasible solution I will need a few moments to think.
