Unable to load so file from Java in Eclipse On Ubuntu - linux

I have some code that tries to load a C library as follows :-

However I get the following error when trying to build the project; The error I get is as follows :-
UnsatisfiedLinkError: Unable to load library 'libctest': liblibctest.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The current working directory is the root of the project and thats where the so file is located. I also tried modifying the LD_PRELOAD variable to point to my so file; however the error persists.
It works just fine on my OSX where the dylib is located exactly where the so file is currently(project root).
What am I doing wrong?

From the exception:
UnsatisfiedLinkError: Unable to load library 'libctest': liblibctest.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
It implies you used something like:
public ThreadAffinity() {
ctest = (CTest) Native.loadLibrary("libctest", CTest.class);
}
and not:
public ThreadAffinity() {
ctest = (CTest) Native.loadLibrary("ctest", CTest.class);
}
hence you see the JNA added prefix of lib and postfix of .so added to libctest (liblibctest.so)

LD_PRELOAD is used when you want to prefer one particular version of the same shared library over another, which doesn't apply here.
Define jna.library.path to point to your project root, and JNA should be able to find it.
Also make sure your library has been built as libctest.so and wasn't inadvertently named libctest.dylib.

Neovim LSP: pyright server does not dynamically regognize changes in sub folders

I setup Neovim LSP using the nvim-lspconfig and the lsp-installer where I also installed the pyright server.
Without any further configuration it worked out of the box. However when I have a class in a subfolder and add a new method, pyright does not recognize this method when I want to access it in a different file. When I restart neovim, or open and close the file, pyright suddenly recognizes the newly added method.
I also tried :LspRestart with no effect.
I tried to add some settings to the pyright server:

But this also had no effect.

I also could not find any setting regarding to this issue here which could solve this.
Since I am new to python, the way I import and structure classes might not be common and might be an issue which could cause this problem.
As a main entry point I have main.py in the root folder
All other source files are in a program/ folder which does not have a __init__.py
Inside program/ there are folders which each have a __init__.py file f.e. core/
core/__init__.py:
from .myClass import myClass
and in main.py I import it like this:
from subfolder.core import myClass
myClass.newMethod() # this is only recognized by lsp/pyright after the file is closed and reopen
Is the issue a bug in pyright (not likely I guess), a missing setting or my strange folder/import structure?
Can you try this: create (or modify) pyproject.toml, put it in the project root directory. Inside pyproject.toml, add the following lines:
[tool.pyright]
extraPaths = ["program/core" ,"program/directory_2", "program/directory_3"]
The idea is that you have to add the sub directories manually, which is really tedious but at least it works in my case.

Sybase 16 startserver failed due to missing libsapcrypto.so

We've installed Sybase 16 Express in our Linux box, it was able to startup right after the installation. When we recently try restarting it with the startserver -f RUN_FILE command, it failed to find the libsapcrypto.so file.

We searched this file, multiple matches presented in the following paths:

Since this hasn't been answered yet, running this command worked for me:
. /opt/sap/SYBASE.sh
Note the different syntax to make sure the environment variables are set in the terminal session, as opposed to using this syntax:
/opt/sap/SYBASE.sh

Referencing a directory outside of current directory. "Modules does not exist in the module map." in node/react-native

I have the following directory structure
Apps
|--ComponentLibrary
|----package.json
|--MyProject1
|----package.json
|--MyProject2
|----package.json
I want to be able to use components from ComponentLibrary in MyProject1 like:
MyProject1/App.js
import {Button} from 'ComponentLibrary/components/button';
Is there a way I can alias ComponentLibrary in MyProject1? I imagine there's some flag I can add in package.json

How to get NReco.PdfGenerator.LT working with Linux binaries?

I'm using NReco.PdfGenerator.LT to create a PDF document from a HTML page. This works fine on windows if I just point it at the wkhtmltopdf.exe executable, but this does not have the same effect on Linux.

Cannot generate PDF: Permission denied
Possible reasons of this error:
linux user who starts .net core program has no permissions to run "wkhtmltopdf". Also ensure that "wkhtmltopdf" file is marked as "executable" (x).

Which is the environment variable for Mono/C# library DLLs?

I'm running the frozen Debian 7.0 Testing/Wheezy.
Here is my C# sample code:

I got the above C# WinForms code sample working in Monodevelop by using the System.Drawing and System.Windows.Forms references as well as in the command line when compiling with the following command:
mcs /tmp/Simple.cs -r:/usr/lib/mono/4.0/System.Windows.Forms.dll \
-r:/usr/lib/mono/4.0/System.Drawing.dll
I'm trying to make the mcs command work without needing to use the -r switch/parameter (which, by the way, I cannot find information on by looking through man mcs - I basically found this switch/parameter on some random website and it worked).
To check if it worked temporarily, I issued
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/lib/mono/4.0/System.Windows.Forms.dll:/usr/lib/mono/4.0/System.Drawing.dll
prior to issuing mcs /tmp/Simple.cs, which failed with the errors within the following output:

The above output tells me that the mcs compiler/utility is not seeing the dll files but I don't know what else to try.
Any help in getting the WinForms and Drawing libraries to be automatically “looked at” would be greatly appreciated!

This is not possible, mcs will not look for libraries unless you tell it to look for them (which is done with -r:...).
