File.WriteAllText not working when first call is made in program - c#-4.0

I am facing a very strange issue with writing a Text file using File.WritelAllText C# method. This method doesn't write the file in the User's Application directory (Environment.SpecialFolder.ApplicationData), when I execute the program for first time.
I am calling this method in the Navigate2 method of file IEToolbarEngine.cs of IE toolbar application posted on code project - http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/29215/Pretty-IE-Toolbar-in-C
There is no error either which makes it difficult to identify what is wrong.

Revit Api Load Command - Auto Reload

I'm working with the revit api, and one of its problems is that it locks the .dll once the command's run. You have to exit revit before the command can be rebuilt, very time consuming.
After some research, I came across this post on GitHub, that streams the command .dll into memory, thus hiding it from Revit. Letting you rebuild the VS project as much as you like.
The AutoReload Class impliments the revit IExteneralCommand Class which is the link into the Revit Program.
But the AutoReload class hides the actual source DLL from revit. So revit can't lock the DLL and lets one rebuilt the source file.
Only problem is I cant figure out how to implement it, and have revit execute the command. I guess my C# general knowledge is still too limited.
I created an entry in the RevitAddin.addin manifest that points to the AutoReload Method command, but nothing happens.
I've tried to follow all the comments in the posted code, but nothing seems to work; and no luck finding a contact for the developer.

There is an easier approach: Add-in Manager
Go to Revit Developer Center and download the Revit SDK, unzip/install it, the check at \Revit 2016 SDK\Add-In Manager folder. With this tool you can load/reload DLLs without having to modify your code.

this is how you can use the above code:
Create a new VS class project; name it anything (eg. AutoLoad)
Copy&Paste the above code in-between the namespace region
reference revitapi.dll & revitapiui.dll
Scroll down to AutoReloadExample class and replace the path to point
your dll
Replace "Mine.ExampleCommand" with your plugins namespace.mainclass
Build the solution
Create an .addin manifest to point this new loader (eg.
AutoLoad.dll)
your .addin should include "FullClassName" AutoLoad.AutoReloadExample
This method uses reflection to create an instance of your plugin and prevent Revit to lock your dll file! You can add more of your commands just by adding new classes like AutoReloadExample and point them with seperate .addin files.

Acumatica - An object Reference is Required or the non-static field, method, or property

hi does anyone encountered this error? everytime I use PXSelect on a foreach loop in which on the other source code does but on my code does not, could anyone identify the cause? the code below is also the the original source code from Acumatica but I only changed the Datamember from PaymentCharges to OtherCharges

I believe, you are writing this method in an extension for the base BLC
So instead of using 'this', use 'this.Base'
The Select method is non-static, as the error message says, but you call it on the PXSelect<...>-type. You need to have an instance of that type.
Based on Hybridzz answer, I assume you used the wrong overload of the Select-method. Probably your arguments do not have the correct type, so the compiler selects the best fitting overload of the method. In this case, it selects the one accepting only the argument params object[] o, which is non-static. A bit misleasing design of the API you use.

Strange Out of Memory exception in C# with List or Strings or ado.net?

I have a big doubt. The problem is Out of Memory Exception in my class. But it seems something strange here. I have class in a dll.

Even though, why i am getting out of memory exception ??? After starting the app, when it
process the 200th (or above) MyClass object, it throws error.
I forgot to mention 1 more thing, I am using VS 2010 and C# 4.0 (win7, 64 bit OS).
I need to log each activity. [ie, i need to understand the each and every process the app has gone through]. SO i declared a class [MyClass] level private string variable and assign each process details like "called this method", "got 5 records from this web service" etc.

So the error is thrown here saying out of memory with some evalution failed.
So I turned off the string evaluation check box from Options in VS.
Again, there is no use.
So I changed the string to StringBuilder and tried to append the activity string each time.
Still no use. I dont understand what is the problem in it.
Is this because all the threads are working parallel, do they exchange the MyClass resources ??? Why the objects are not released ???
Please help me in this matter.

Get parameter values from method at run time

I have the current method example:

Is there a dynamic way (I am guessing using reflection) that will get the current executing method parameter values and place them in a object array? I have read that you can get parameter information using MethodBase and MethodInfo but those only have information about the parameter and not the value it self which is what I need.
So for example if I pass "test" and 1 as method parameters without coding for the specific parameters can I get a object array with two indexes { "test", 1 }?
I would really like to not have to use a third party API, but if it has source code for that API then I will accept that as an answer as long as its not a huge API and there is no simple way to do it without this API.
I am sure there must be a way, maybe using the stack, who knows. You guys are the experts and that is why I come here.

It may not be clear so here some extra information. This code example is just that, an example to show what I want. It would be to bloated and big to show the actual code where it is needed but the question is how to get the array without manually creating one. I need to some how get the values and place them in a array without coding the specific parameters.
Using reflection you can extract the parameters name and metadata but not the actual values :

System.Linq.Dynamic .Select("new ...") does not appear to be thread safe

The issue that I am running into is in code that looks like this:

It appears that if that line of code is executed by multiple threads near simultaneously, Microsoft's dynamic Linq code crashes in their ClassFactory.GetDynamicClass() method, which looks like this:

The crash is a simple dictionary error: "An item with the same key has already been added."
In Ms code, The rwLock variable is a ReadWriterLock class, but it does nothing to block multiple threads from getting inside classes.TryGetValue() if statement, so clearly, the Add will fail.
I can replicate this error pretty easily in any code that creates a two or more threads that try to execute the Select("new") statement.
Anyways, I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this issue, and if there are fixes or workarounds I can implement.

I did the following (requires .NET 4 or later to use System.Collections.Concurrent):
changed the classes field to a ConcurrentDictionary<Signature, Type> ,
removed all the ReaderWriterLock rwLock field and all the code referring to it,
updated GetDynamicClass to:
