I just saw a great video about CodeMap but to be able to create a CodeMap you need the Ultimate Edition of Visual Studio. Are there any free alternatives to CodeMap for Professioanl Edition? Even something outside of Visual Studio would be nice.

For some use cases, you can try the Quick Diagram Tool for C#.

I am trying to apply filters on an image in Android Studio. Having trouble with Android's EffectFactory. Any solutions?
Yes. There's one library that I know of - Kfilter.
It's a small Android library for adding image effects/filters to photos and videos, written in Kotlin. It provides a simple interface to create photo and video filters as you would find in applications such as Snapchat or Instagram. Check out other new libraries here, see if any of them serves your purpose.

Not having a lot of money, i was wondering if it's possible to find some free IDE's out there, specifically for web development. I've downloaded an IDE once that was supposed to be free but then i later got a message that told me my trial will expire in 3 days. Can sombody please make me some recommendations?
Try Visual Studio 2015 - Community Edition.
It's free, and will allow you to create .net web projects (or even plain old HTML sites) as well as .net applications.

Today Visual Studio 2012 prompted me to install Update 5 but when I click on it I get redirected to default Microsoft download page and there I cannot find any VS 2012 Update 5, only VS 2013 Update 5. What is wrong?
I think this is the correct link

I'm currently using Ubuntu for developing purposes and in free time I wanted to check out Cocos2d-x. The problem is that there aren't provided any officially supported editors for Linux. Regarding the fact that Cocos2d-x has very poor documentation, I don't think I can use it without a decent editor. My question is, is there such an editor?
The only sensible code editor for Cocos2dx and Linux is Eclipse.
Here you have some configuration tutorials:

Unfortunately there is no UI Editor for Cocos2dx on Linux :(

Agile processes proponent Bob Martin often mentions in podcasts a tool that sounds like "Fitness". It is hard to search for this tool if you don't know how it is spelled. How is it spelled?
