How do I install SQL Server 2016 onto my newly configured virtual machine on Azure?
I want the developer version to practice queries etc. The VM works fine but I can't administer it.
You can get it from the microsoft website
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/ssms/download-sql-server-management-studio-ssms
this answer is a bit misleading, why don't you create a vm with SQL already installed? that way you save time + don't break licensing agreement

I have deployed an instance of Windows Server 2016 (with containers) on Azure. When I start the machine I see a message in the right-bottom that Windows hasn't been activated.
Also the settings show that Windows is not activated:
I would guess that these Azure provided images have already been activated?
You could try to resize your VM to other size.
If it does not work, I suggest you refer this official article about troubleshooting Windows activation failures on Azure VMs.

I'm trying to find the ISO image of Windows 10 Pro on MSDN but I can't find it.
Am I missing something?
After I sign in, I type Windows 10 in the search textbox and it offers me different sku's but the Pro version is nowhere to be found.
Likewise if I look under the Windows section.
Windows 10 Pro is in the Windows 10 (Multiple Editions).

What I need exactly to configure my SharePoint 2013 so I can use the business intelligence tools very well.
Well I know that link only answers are not considered good style at SO. But since the question is very broad and a complete answer is out of scope any way, here is a step-by-step guide on how to setup your SharePoint Server 2013 to use the BI features:

I have a server that is constantly being hit with login attempts from an azure IP. I'm trying to figure out who to report it too. It's hitting multiple times a minute.
