Missing title bar after adding Default-568h#2x.png for iPhone 5 support - xamarin.ios

I created a new solution with Monotouch 6.0.2 of type MonoTouch/Universal/Master-Detail. I wrote no single line of my own code. When I start the app, all looks great.
Then I add an image of 640x1136 pixel to support the iPhone 5 named Default-568h#2x.png to the solution (type content). When I start the solution again (after a rebuild), the title bar is gone and there is no toolbar at the bottom of the screen. No navigation is possible. Please look at the attached image (left side ok, right side no really).
What's wrong here?
Thanks,
Jan

how to change the button size on title bar on xwayland?

I'm working on a yocto platform with Qt5 + xwayland backend, there is a issue that the buttons on title bar like close/maximum are too small to click, I changed QT_WAYLAND_FORCE_DPI but it only affects the client area but not title bar. and I changed scale in weston.ini but it doesn't work. can anybody give some tips? thanks in advance.

Currently I returned to this project and find the way to solve the issue, the title bar is decorated by qt, so just modify the files in wayland/src/plugins/decorations/bradient.

How to display a webview in full screen (autofit)

I am developing a webview app.
I need that the webview covers all the content (all the space available!) but I can't get to this...
I've tried several ways but stil don't understand how to tell the webview to autofit depending on the screen.
Here is my situation now:
And this if I rotate the device
I guess this means that I'm not working in the right way, eh ? Can anybody lead me to this right?
thank you
Add this 4 constraint like this for your webView.

xamarin.ios (monotouch) How to have a help UIImageView appear ABOVE the current view

I am hoping someone can help with this issue that I am having using xamarin.ios. I am trying to present a UIImageView on top of the current view once a button is touched. To illustrate what I mean, see the two screenshots from an app that does exactly what I want. The first shows the 'i' button next to Printers label on the navigationbar, that when touched the second screen as shown in the second screenshot appears.
Any help much appreciated.
I think what you want is a "popover".
Xamarin has a recipe for popovers on: http://docs.xamarin.com/recipes/ios/standard_controls/popovers/display_a_loading_message

Strange LWUIT Dialog behaviour while using Dialog.showPacked() with BorderLayout.CENTRE positioning

I am using LWUIT for series 40 for making my J2ME app and I have noticed a strange behavior of the LWUIT-Dialog while using the showPacked() method, the dialog being positioned with BorderLayout.CENTER.
This happens especially in touch phones.
I have attached an image in order to describe my situation.
Initially the dialog appears as shown in the first part of the image.However,it expands in the next few seconds to become like the one shown in the second part of the image.
Future calls to display the dialog using showPacked appears like the third one.I am clueless as to why this is happening.I want my dialog to appear like the one shown in the first half of the image all the time.Where have I gone wrong?
Note : The content of the Dialog is a an animated label.
I have no idea what the guys did there but I'm guessing they reflow the UI too aggressively. Try setting Dialog.setAutoAdjustDialogSize(false) and see if it solves your problem.
You can remove the title and background et al. with the code below, it makes only your animated GIF show with the dimmed dialog background :
setTitle(" ");
setUIID("Null");
setDialogUIID("Null");
getStyle().setBgTransparency(0);
getSelectedStyle().setBgTransparency(0);
getUnselectedStyle().setBgTransparency(0);
getPressedStyle().setBgTransparency(0);
getDialogStyle().setBgTransparency(0);

Browser Window Gone in Latest Xcode?

Has the browser window been removed from the latest version of Xcode? I've seen this window in an iOS class I watched online and again in a book I have. I can't find anything in the View menu to turn it on.
I'm running Lion and the latest version of Xcode. I created a new project with Core Data turned on and then built it. I then clicked on .xcdatamodeld file and I get a graphic window with the default table in it.
Do you mean the project browser on the left? You enable that using the 'view' buttons on the right side of the toolbar.
The toolbar might be hidden though, so go to the view menu and select "Show toolbar" if needed.
Then select the fourth button from the right on the toolbar, it is the first button in the set of view buttons. This shows the Navigator View on the left of your screen, which has 7 selectors on the top. The leftmost will give you the project browser (project navigator), the one next to it is the symbol navigator.
I hate to be answering my own question again. I like to keep my answer rate at 100%. Since I didn't get a response here, I tried the Apple developer forums. It turn out the Xcode 4.* changed the interface and this series of windows no longer exist. The same functions can be found in other locations.
