I am using Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.4. When creating one domain "www.elixir.edu.np" following error occurs:
The operation you were performing failed. You can retry the operation with or without changing its parameters. You may also want to report this problem to our support so that we could help you as soon as possible.

Other domain are created without any errors. I have tried similar domain name like: "elixir1.edu.np" | "eelixir.edu.np", these are created successfully except above mentioned one. Please any help??? Thanks in advance.
MEAOPO.PostOffice.AddPostOffice failed for name elixir.edu.np
This means that domain can't be created in MailEnable.
Check MailEnable Administrator panel, probably such domain already exists in MailEnable, but absent in Plesk.
before creating domain check whether the domain already exist on plesk, iis & dns records in windows.
please remove the records before creating.

I have 3 servers (one of them with Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2 with Windows Server 2019) and I use Azure FileSync to sync files between them.
Since a few days I have a problem, the 2012 R2 server is appearing offline in the azure portal (it shows "no activity"). I tried the Test-StorageSyncNetworkConnectivity cmdlet and it fails with the following message:

Remediation Steps
For Azure File Sync to work correctly, you will need to configure your servers to communicate with multiple Azure servic
es
Refer the following public document for details on proxy settings or firewall settings for Azure File Sync - https://aka

If you have configured a private endpoint refer the following public document for configuring private endpoint for Azure

The problem seems to be DNS related, but I tried the Test-NetConnection -ComputerName <remote-host> -Port 443 cmdlet with the correct URLs (taken from https://learn.microsoft.com/it-it/azure/storage/file-sync/file-sync-firewall-and-proxy#test-network-connectivity-to-service-endpoints) and all the endpoints seems to be working fine (the ping is failing but I think that is regular behavior. E.g.:
PS C:\Program Files\Azure\StorageSyncAgent> Test-NetConnection -ComputerName tm-kailani7.one.microsoft.com -Port 443
AVVISO: Ping to tm-kailani7.one.microsoft.com failed -- Status: TimedOut
ComputerName : tm-kailani7.one.microsoft.com
RemoteAddress : 20.38.85.153
RemotePort : 443
InterfaceAlias : Ethernet 2
SourceAddress : 192.168.0.185
PingSucceeded : False
PingReplyDetails (RTT) : 0 ms
TcpTestSucceeded : True
I also tried the FileSyncErrorsReport.ps1 but even that doesn't give me any error:
AVVISO: There are no file sync errors to report. Either the last completed sync session did not have per-item errors or
the ItemResults event log on the server wrapped due to too many per-item errors and the event log no longer contains
errors for this sync group. To learn more, see the Azure File Sync troubleshooting documentation:
https://aka.ms/AFS/FileSyncErrorReport
I think the problem lies with the fact that the AzureStorageSyncMonitor.exe process is not running and if i try to run it manually it just closes itself after a few seconds.
I've got no event ID 9301 (specified here: https://learn.microsoft.com/it-it/azure/storage/file-sync/file-sync-troubleshoot?tabs=portal1%2Cazure-portal#server-endpoint-health) and by searching in the other folder of eventvwr i could only find the event 4104 which shows me some error dated to the last time the server has reached the Azure endpoint:
Querying for new jobs failed.
HttpErrorCode: 0x80C8700C
InternalErrorCode: 0x80C80300
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
• Kindly please check the event ID 9302 in the ‘FileSync’ telemetry logs under ‘Application and Service Logs’ in the event viewer for the active sync sessions logged every 5 to 10 minutes and check whether it is making any progress as the ‘AzureStorageSyncMonitor.exe’ utility synchronizes the status of the Server endpoint to the storage sync service in the portal.
• You can also check the ‘Perfmon.msc’, i.e., performance counter which is built-in to the Azure File Sync to monitor the sync activity locally on the server.
• Finally, please check the Server’s configured IP address settings too as you are encountering the DNS resolution issue while trying to execute the ‘Test-StorageSyncNetworkConnectivity’ command. In the IP address settings, please check whether the configured DNS server IP addresses (Preferred and Secondary) are configured correct and are reachable.
Also, check the ‘localhosts’ file in the ‘C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc’ path whether it contains the correct IP address of the server, i.e., Windows Server 2012 R2 and its expected DNS hostname as various services on the server itself including the ‘AzureStorageSyncMonitor’ refer the ‘localhosts’ file for sending DNS requests to the connected/configured external services and for communicating between the internal services also.
• Finally, would suggest you to please disable negative caching on the DNS client, put the suffix with the matching host A record as the last entry in the suffix search list and use the ‘AF_UNSPEC’ for the family and let your code determine the ‘A/AAAA’ results for you.

I'm trying to create a project of the labeling tool from the Azure form recognizer. I have successfully deployed the web app, but I'm unable to start a project. I get this error all every time I try:
I have tried with several app instances and changing the project name and connection name, none of those work. The only common factor and finding here as that it is related to the connection.
As I see it:
1) I can either start a new project or use one on the cloud:
First I tried to create a new project:
I filled the fields with these values:
Display Name: Test-form
Source Connection: <previuosly created connection>
Folder Path: None
Form Recognizer Service Uri: https://XXX-test.cognitiveservices.azure.com/
API Key: XXXXX
Description: None
And got the error from the question's title:
"Invalid resource name creating a connection to azure storage "
I tried several combinations of names, none of those work.
Then I tried with the option: "Open a cloud project"
Got the same error instantly, hence I deduce the issue is with the connection settings.
Now, In the connection settings I have this:
At first glance, since the values are accepted and the connection is created. I guess it is correct but it is the only point I failure I can think of.
Regarding the storage container settings, I added the required CORS configuration and I have used it to train models with the Forms Recognizer, So that part does works.
At this point at pretty much stuck, since I error message does not give me many clues on where is the error.
I was facing a similar error today
You have to add container name before "?sv..." in your SAS URI in connection settings

Could you please check and let me know what is the issue? I am not able to resolve it.

Have you added the custom web parts or add custom code?
For troubleshooting the issue, you could check things below:
Create a new list view to check if the same issue will occur.
Do an IIS reset to check if it can work.
I am trying to setup my outgoing email from Sharepoint on premises.
I need to configure smtp settings by the script given on IIS official web , but I received an error
\windows\system32\inetsrv\appcmd set config /commit:WEBROOT /section:smtp /from:webmaster#mydomain.com /deliveryMethod:network /network.port:80 /network.defaultCredentials:False /network.host:smtp.host.com /network.userName:web#mydomain.com /network.password:password
But the error I get after executing above script is
Error Message: Unknown Attribute "deliveryMethod" ..Resaon: Enum must be one of network, specified Pickup directories.
I am unable to track this error and unable to find relevant solution to the issue
Network in this case is not a command, but a parameter and is case sensitive. Set the variable to "Network" instead of "network" and retry the command.
I have a SharePoint 2013 installation on a Window 8 machine.
I am trying to create a web application and it is taking forever. The creation process never stops. I checked in application event logs and found this error:
*Machine 'SHAREPOINT2013C (SharePoint - 43000(_LM_W3SVC_1458308317_ROOT))' failed ping validation and has been unavailable since '1/22/2013 3:56:48 AM'.*
Searched the web but could not find anything that works for me.
Can anyone suggest a way to resolve the issue? Thanks a lot in advance.
Below are my findings:
In order to recognize routing targets IIS has to be able to process SPPING HTTP method
To test run this code in Powershell:
$url = "http://your-Routing-Target-Server-Name"
$myReq = [System.Net.HttpWebRequest]::Create($url)
$myReq.Method = "SPPING";
$response = $myReq.GetResponse();
$response.StatusCode
If you get the following error message:
Exception calling "GetResponse" with "0" argument(s): "The remote server returned an error: (405) Method Not Allowed."
that means that web front end is not set up to process SPPING HTTP method
To resolve the issue run the following commands on each routing target server:
Import-Module WebAdministration
add-WebConfiguration /system.webserver/handlers "IIS:\" -value #{
name = "SPPINGVerbHandler"
verb = "SPPING"
path = "*"
modules = "ProtocolSupportModule"
requireAccess = "None"
}
This will add a handler for SPPING verb to IIS configuration.
Run the test script again to make sure this works.
So this has to do with the Request Management Service that runs on the WFE servers on SharePoint 2013. The Request Management Service is of no value since you only have one server. If you disable this service on your single server farm these messages will go away and your Web Application creation performance will greatly increase.

I recently faced this issue, I created new Web Application and it was showing a popup of "It shouldn't take long", then after some time it showed a Connection failure page. I browsed to the virtual directory folder for the new web application and found that the folder was totally empty.
Then what I did to solve this problem:
1. Open IIS
2. Go to Applicatin Pools
3. Select Central Admin application pool and right click and select "Advance Settings".
4. There was a property named "Shutdown Time Limit", it was set to "90" by default. I changed it to 400 and clicked OK.
It restarted the applicaition pool automatically. Then again I created new web application from central admin and it worked for me.
I've found that these events correlate to when the specified application pools are recycled (mine are at a specific time in the morning). It's unfortunate that they're logged in the event viewer and can't really clean it up.
