I've been following the Pluralsight demo from this new course, in the section "Demo: Configure an Existing Service to use the Relay Service".
All is well until I come to the point where I expect to see the services listed in appfabric at https://MyURL.servicebus.windows.net/
Nothing shows up.
I've gone through everything a number of times, checking and rechecking my settings.
My service is hosted in IIS, it's running, the web.config has it set to listen to the above URL, I've configured Auto-start, and it refreshed when I changed the setting, so it should be listening, but yet no services show up.
I had this net.pipe error, and I've followed the fix for that so that no errors show up in the event log.
Anything else I could be missing or that I could check?
How is my hosted service "listening" and how does it "publish" its service data onto the service bus? is there something I can sniff to see how/why it is failing?
I am aware the network setup is important and I need specific ports need to be open etc. Our IT guys assure me the correct ports are open and the machine should be able to get through them.
I have also enabled auto-start on the Site and the service.
Update
I have managed to self-host the service programatically, which publishes the service into the Azure service bus feed and can call the service using the service bus endpoint across the web - this proves the network ports are all open, but I still want to have it hosted in IIS.
Here is my web.config with secure personal details removed (apologies, it's a biggie!)

Everything builds, however it breaks intellisence on all .cshtml razor pages:

However When I set the host factoryType version to 5.0.0.0 intellisence starts working.
Can anyone please Help
I just published a website that I created using orchard cms. I added sitemap.xml to the root folder but can't access it via browser.
I am guessing that I probably need to modify web.config file but I am not sure how.
EDIT:
Here is my webconfig. I don't know how to format it properly here. I am accessing sitemap.xml at woodworkingoc.com/sitemap.xml but get 404.

Under the <system.web> section of the web.config, make sure you have an entry for sitemap.xml inside the <httpHandlers> block:
<httpHandlers>
<!-- see below -->
<clear />
<add path="robots.txt" verb="GET" type="System.Web.StaticFileHandler" />
<add path="SiteMap.xml" verb="GET" type="System.Web.StaticFileHandler" />
<add path="*" verb="*" type="System.Web.HttpNotFoundHandler"/>
</httpHandlers>
Also make sure you have an entry in system.webserver/handlers that allows sitemap.xml:
<system.webServer>
<handlers accessPolicy="Script,Read">
<!-- clear all handlers, prevents executing code file extensions, prevents returning any file contents -->
<clear/>
<add name="Robots" path="robots.txt" verb="GET" modules="StaticFileModule" preCondition="integratedMode" resourceType="File" requireAccess="Read" />
<add name="SiteMap" path="SiteMap.xml" verb="GET" modules="StaticFileModule" preCondition="integratedMode" resourceType="File" requireAccess="Read" />
<!-- Return 404 for all requests via managed handler. The url routing handler will substitute the mvc request handler when routes match. -->
<add name="NotFound" path="*" verb="*" type="System.Web.HttpNotFoundHandler" preCondition="integratedMode" requireAccess="Script"/>
</handlers>
These mods allow static files like sitemap.xml to be served publicly.
I personally prefer to use Advanced Sitemap module to generate sitemaps. It also takes care about sitemap.xml file accesibillity. You can take a look at it's sources and most likely you will find an answer on your question.
To add the robots.txt the httpHandlers are not necessary, because Orchard is in Integrated mode. Set in the Orchard web.config in the handlers part to script,read:
<handlers accessPolicy="Script,Read">
and add after the <clear/> part these two lines:
<add name="Robots" path="robots.txt" verb="*" type="System.Web.StaticFileHandler" preCondition="integratedMode" resourceType="File" requireAccess="Read"/>
<add name="Sitemap" path="sitemap.xml" verb="*" type="System.Web.StaticFileHandler" preCondition="integratedMode" resourceType="File" requireAccess="Read"/>
I'm using Orchard 1.7.2
If somebody's looking this question to figure out how to setup robots.txt only (without a sitemap.xml) then you could use a simple Orchard Robots Module. It gives an easy way to set robots.txt contents without editing web.config or whatsoever.
I am using SQL Azure as my logging repository using enterprise library 5.
I am running a full integration test from my own computer using all deployment connection strings and db connection strings of azure and try to write log to the DB.
This works fine !
But when acctually deploying in the staging enviorment and trying to write to the log , no exception is thrown but no log is written either.
Here is my app.config relevant sections :

Yes , as commented , following are the dlls that must be in your service directory in-order for the logging block to operate :
Microsoft.Practices.Unity.dll
Microsoft.Practices.ServiceLocation.dll
Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Logging.Database.dll
Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Logging.dll
Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Common.dll
I have a few Devexpress aspx controls on a website that look fine on our development server. When I publish the exact same files to the live server, everything works, but none of the controls have any styling.
I have checked the site, in the IE dev tools, and it seems to have a link to only 1 DXR.axd while the dev server has a link to 3. Each one is different.
Don't really know where to begin checking as everything seems identical on both servers, including web.config, see below:

Deploy the "ASPxThemes" assembly (DevExpress.Web.ASPxThemes.vXX.Y.dll) within the server GAC or WebSite Bin folder.
This assembly stores required DevExpress ASP.NET Themes resources.
After installing Orchard by using Webmatrix at the root my other applications stop. What could be the reason and how I can make other applications in a working condition.
Thanks to all.
Edit: Showing
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Mvc, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Are you sure they actually are IIS web applications? I have a site where Orchard is at the root and another unrelated application runs in a folder, without a problem.
Another thing to check is web.config. Because Orchard is above and has a pretty restrictive config, you may have to restore some settings in the sub-dirs.
Answering own question and marked it
as answer
I feel uneasy. Anyway after--
Adding on the top of and close the location tag at the end of solved my problem.
