Sharepoint 2010. All webparts are missing for visitor user - sharepoint

On my site all webparts is missing for visitor user.
I added visitor user for my site but when i trying to access my site with this user all custom and default sharepoint webparths are missing!
In html there is no code for webparts so this is not "visible" problem.
What i am doing wrong?

This could be due to security on the webparts. That the new user is not a member of a group that is required to view the web parts.

Show an Page from Another Tenant SharePoint Online in Teams. I want to use custom iFrame. Is it possible by authenticating the user

I am currently working on an SPFX Teams webpart and show custom SharePoint online document library views in Teams. I have created an iframe in webpart and able to show this.
However when the app is deployed in other domain Tenent the iframe does not loads. The users from other domain tenant as added as guest users in SharePoint. Is there a way to authenticate them. iT is a Modern SharePoint site so cannot edit Master Page.
Could you please check that you have granted permissions to the guest users in your tenant? Check this documenataion for further information.

Security Query for the Users ina SharePoint Site

I am updating a SharePoint 2007 solution to SharePoint 2013. The solution creates a list of permissions for each site in a site collection. In SharePoint 2007 I used SOAP to query the ROLE object and got back the Groups and Users security objects for a site. In SharePoint 2013 ROLE and SOAP is deprecated. I am trying to use the REST API to recreate the solution. I am able to get the groups object for each site, but I am unable to find the way to get the Users security object for the sites. I can get Site Users for the site collection and get the Users in a SharePoint Group, but I find no way to get the Users Security Object for a site. Has anyone been able to accomplish get the Users for a site?
Sample REST api to check user permission for site.
You need encode the URL from(suppose your use default NTLM authentication)
/_api/web/getusereffectivepermissions(#user)?#user='i:0#.w|contoso\userb'
TO
/_api/web/getusereffectivepermissions(#user)?#user='i%3A0%23.w%7Ccontoso%5Cuserb'
About the return value, check below thread.

Adding a Custom Webpart to a Site Template in Sharepoint 2010

I tried to add a custom created webpart to a customized team site which I then saved as a template. The webpart in question worked fine with the original site. However, when I created a new site based on this template(within the same server that the webpart in question was deployed to) the area which was supposed to contain the webpart was blank. Is there anything I'm missing or is it not possible to deploy a custom webpart into a custom site template?
Just guessing here because I haven't tried it but when you add a webpart to the page you are essentially customizing that page for that specific site. The webpart location is stored in the content database just for that individual page.
When you save a site as a template you are just saving the structure so when you provision a new site the customized page isn't there.

Cannot save layout page in Moss

I am trying to update a layout page in Sharepoint Designer but when I click Save I receive an Access Denied error. I can see that the layout page is created by the system account. I am in the site owners group so I think I should be able to make modifications to the page.
Any help?
The page could be checked out by the System Account or never had a published version, also, site owners have limited permissions in the site collection (where the page layouts reside)

Adding a custom tab and page MOSS MySites that everyone can see

On MOSS mysites I want to be able to create a new tab that every mysite user can view, it should show a web part page.
How can I do this?
Create a site collection as a parent to all the MySites. Or to put it the other way, make the MySites a subsite to a site collection that has the site that you want all the MySites to see.
In your Shared Services Provider (Central Admin/Shared Services Admin), look under User Profiles and My Sites. You can select Personalization Site Links and point to an existing site that contains the web part page you want to display.
You can also filter the display using the Audiences functionality so that it only displays to a select group of users.
