InfoPath Form Auto generate Name - sharepoint

Here is the requirement:
Anonymous Users need to enter some info into InfoPath on line form.
They should not see the Save as and the file name prompted after they hit the Save.
Should I find a way to auto generate name for InfoPath / write some code for this?
I also need to create a workflow when a new form is created [send an email].
Can anyone help me on this?

Auto generate Name:
I use a datetime and remove the fomatting. It works to a second it depends on on you application. It works for most cases for us.
Here us a link to find an auto number:

As for the work flow, you could just have an "alert me" on the document libray. Simple Is always best.

You can submit a form using a data connection and rules. When you create your data connection in the designer, you will get a dialog that will give you a chance to specify the name of the file. You can use values from the fields in the form, built-in functions for date/times, math calculations, etc...
That approach is described here:

Populate data back to form in Kentico

Here's what I'd like to do but not sure how to. I have a form that's like a typical doctor/school form, where the form has 2 sections: [1] Section 1 at the top is for user (with standard fields like First Name, Last Name etc.), and [2] Section 2 at the bottom is for Admin/Office use only (with fields like Reviewed by, Approved/Not Approved etc.)
what I was able to do is to process Section 1 where I got ALL users' submission and display all their data on a webpage using a RepeaterWithCustomQuery. That's pretty basic. But in order to do what described above, I guess that I'll need to pull the submitted data and populate them back to Section 1 of the form (maybe as readonly data at this time) and then the Office/Admin staff can fill in Section 2.
I hope I made sense and hope that someone can point me to the right direction. I only use Portal Engine, no access to file system or backend.
I think I understand your issue you want to have some sort of an editor for biz form data. Similar to what you have in the admin. And the problem is that you don't have access to backend. :( Such thing is available for custom table data (there is web part), but not for biz form data. There is no ready to use web part. Here is old topic on that https://devnet.kentico.com/questions/how-to-edit-the-information-of-a-record-using-the-bizform-layout.
you want to have something like the admin page for editing form records:
/CMSModules/BizForms/Tools/BizForm_Edit_EditRecord.aspx?formID=7&formRecordID=1
but customized :(. I'd say without back end access the only options I see:
Create a new role "Biz Form Editor" (or use existing) that has rights only to edit biz
form data. So all your people who do "validation" part must have a
Kentico account with role "Biz Form Editor".
Add link above to your repeater with appropriate record id.
P.S. There are special code names for alternative forms (https://docs.kentico.com/k8/configuring-kentico/creating-alternative-forms/code-names-of-automatically-used-alternative-forms). If you create an alternative form with special name update the system will automatically load it when you edit the record.
Not sure that I understood correctly your question. But what you need is to use alternative forms. So the idea is that one form is for "registration" and the 2nd one for "validation".
So in your registration form you show only firstName, lastName etc and you don't show "validation" fields. In the validation form you show firstName, lastname etc as label and show textboxes for validation fields.

Is there any way to configure the Netsuite default Reconcile Bank Statement form

I wish to configure the Netsuite default Reconcile Bank Statement form so that when user click on Save and Print button it will print the customized Bank Reconciliation report.
However I just found out that there is no customized form available in the default form and hence I am not able to attach any code into it.
Instead of creating a whole new page that mimic and copy the default Reconcile Bank Statement form so that I can add in my code, is there any alternatives for this?
The simplest solution of course is to get user to navigate to the Saved Report > customized Bank Reconciliation report and print from there.
But I just want to see if there is any chance for the user to directly print the customized report after he/she done reconcile the bank statement
Appreciated if you guys can provide any input on this.
Thank you.

How do we make a crystal report print only specific fields based off of the user running the report?

We use a construction software, Viewpoint. We need a report to print the GL Accounts associated only with the user running the report. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I could easily and efficiently achieve this? My "last-resort alternative" is just creating separate reports for each GL that pulls only that GL's info.
It depends on how the accounts are associated to the user. If there is a link, you can simply create a user parameter that asks for the user name. Then in the record select of the report you only pull accounts that match the user name in the parameter.
So, for example your parameter is called {?userName}. In the Record Select the formula would something like {Accounts.Salesman} = {?userName}, where {Accounts.Salesman} would be the field that links the user with the account.
You can get the current user name and use it to filter the records in your report. There are 2 ways to do this :
create a parameter, hide it and automatically fill the value. You
will need a special viewer for this scenario. Let me know if this is
what would you prefer I can give you some links. If you leave the
parameter visible the user can insert any value and view any records
use an UFL . For example this one:
http://www.viksoe.dk/code/u2lwin32.htm provides a function LoginName
which will return currently logged user. There are other UFLs which
support similar functionality, check if your company is already
using something . This one is free. You need to register the UFL on
each system which will run the report . Once registered the
available functions will become available for formulas.
I personally prefer the viewer solution because it is more flexible and will cover other scenarios too. However if you need just the username UFL will be a better approach.

How to display notes in opportunity form of mscrm 2011?

I need to display account notes across all opportunities. typically a MSCRM creates a blank Notes section for each new Opportunity you create inside a account, but I need to display a running Account dialog of conversations to review in one continues notepad (means display all notes).
Can anyone tell me how I can display all notes in the opportunity form?
Is this possible without coding (or in fact, with coding!)
Thanks in advance,
SD
Well you can do this a few different ways.
1) The easiest way is to add an IFRAME and then point to the applicable Account notes container. You'd have to set the "id" attribute based on the account. Here's what your IFRAME url will look like:
/_controls/notes/notesdata.aspx?EnableInlineEdit=true&EnableInsert=true&id=%7bEF88BCAA-C3EB-E111-B142-78E7D162EE67%7d&ParentEntity=1
2) If you are only wanting to display the notes and not allow for a user to edit them (read-only), then you'll need to use fetch to query the annotations where the related id equals the account.
Just to be clear the on requirement here.
I believe you are saying: Each Account has multiple Opportunities, each Opportunity has many Notes. On the Account you want to show all the Notes for all the Opportunities.
I don't think you can achieve this with out of the box functionaility, I would suggest creating an SSRS report and iFrame'ing it in.

Drupal: How to add a form and perform functionality on it

I am new to Drupal and trying to get hand on it.
I am not able to find how to have the following functionality on my site. If anyone can help me out, it would be great for me.
I need to have a form that will take 2 fields one of which is supposed to be the login id(how to retrive login id?). I need to store this and display in tabular form also on a new page. Lastly I want to provide an edit form for this functionality using the same form but its use will be like whenever a person adds value in this form, it checks in Table1, if entry is not present it adds in table, else it updates the table.
Apart from this I need to store all the updations in a seperate table or something like that, so that I am able to see the history of all the changes
Eg:
ADD Form:
Fields:
- LoginID
- Phone number
Show Table Page(Tabular with the stored information)
Edit Form(same as above form):
Fields:
- LoginID
- Phone number
Now If I add my phone number to this it will get stored. Later when I try to modify my number it should update in initial table but also store the history of old and new entry in a separate table so that I can perform varies options on it.
I also dont know how to add/enable form fields in drupal. :(
Thanks
I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but I think the Computed Field module might be helpful. The module allows you to define custom hooks that run when a node is saved.
If you're not creating nodes and are using something like the Webform module, you should be able to write a module to process the data.
