Assistance in creating a power automate flow please - sharepoint

I am trying to create a power automate flow based on a sharepoint list containing over 50 submissions for policy exception requests; this list contains, amongst other variables, a column for 'number of months' which I would like an automated email to be sent to the author and other recipients when that number of months has elapsed from the date of submission.
The column in question contains data formatted as "1 month", "3 months" or "6 months" etc so I am curious to understand if an automation flow would be able to read the data in this way.
I am struggling to create my own flow based on these requirements, so some assistance would be greatly appreciated

How Can I Automate An Email With Excel?

I'm currently trying to automate some emails since I've been tasked with sending 430 emails to costumers of the company I work with.
I am working with Odoo for my contacts list, using a Mac and its subsequent Apple products to send the emails. I tried looking at some tutorials online but got stuck at "2. Read the excel field and store in dt1 3. Use for each row to loop through each rows of dt1." I am 100% new to Excel so I don't know what this means.
I have the names and emails of the customers ready in an excel file already, however, I don't know how to add in the subject line and body. The body needs to contain this line, "Good Morning/Afternoon, NAME_OF_CUSTOMER," I need a way to also automate the fill in.

You can achieve this directly by Odoo.
Install "Email Marketing" Application in Odoo and select your contacts or import a CSV/XLS file in Newsletter Leads model.
Then you'll be able to create a campaign and massively send emails to your contacts.
You should first configure an SMTP server in Odoo via Settings -> Technical Features -> Out-bound email servers

PDF Adobe Sign Automation

So I've been researching how to solve a repetitive task I have for work.
Basically the flow is this:
I have 50-60 timesheets every pay (2x month) period, for each employee.
I currently use Adobe Sign to get the employee and their supervisor's signature. Sent to each one, with the fields dragged and dropped onto the document.
I wanted to know if there are any specific technologies out there that I could use to automate this workflow?
I thought of utilizing a list of employee emails along with their manager's and find a way to leverage it, but I can't figure out how to go about it or where to start.

Finding the best indices to merge two(or more) excel sheets on

The platform I am working on has different sources of data
collection.
Sources:
E-commerce platform,
Payment Merchants(some bank tie-up),
In-house loyalty program and
Customer Demographics
Now we're trying to solve the Merge and Purge problem. But
in order to do that we need to integrate the data into one place.
The column have different names and there is no unique id to merge the data on. We need to create custom keys like Name + DOB + some other criteria.
We want to automate the process of finding the best keys to merge the data on.
I have tried looking for research papers targeting this problem but couldn't find much. My only luck has been Paxata
Could someone just point me in the right direction as in where to start?

Data import from new reports and automatically update existing records in existing data

I seek expert advice of all of you in accomplishing my work related task.
Task : Task it to perform Analysis on reports obtained to WorkSafe Monthly and weekly and getting valuable information out.
For example :
Number of injuries on monthly basis drilled down by department and divisions.
Total days lost in year
Count of type of claims
Possible return date.
So i receive these reports and i add some modified columns to it. Like Correct employee names and their ID's just to create a relationship between Employee database in Powerpivot so that i could get their position, dept and division.
Now every month in new report there could be 2 or 3 new claims added to it, and some existing claims with updates info. like Updated return to work date, Short term disability days etc.
Currently i go through them manually and it's really time consuming and tiring. if there there was older claims weren't getting updates i could've just imported from a folder using power query and added steps to remove duplicates. However, if i remove duplicate claims using powerquery now, basically i'll be removing same claims with updated info.
Could anyone you here suggest an efficient way to do it with power query or with other approach?

If you use PowerQuery and select your source From File -> From Folder, when you choose to combine and edit you will get a table with its first column named Source.Name; which you could use to differentiate the updates.
For instance: If I start with two excel files in the same folder (theoretically, they could be different date source files for you)...
WS1.xlsx:
WS1 - Copy.xlsx:
Then I use the folder they are both in as the source...
(Navigate to your folder as appropriate.)
...and select Combine & Edit...
...and select the worksheet...
Then I get this:
...and it is clear what information came from what source file.

How to send subscriptions with only existing data

I am new at creating subscriptions. I have a report that needs to be sent via subscription to recipients in EXCEL Format. This report has 3 tables in one page which automatically will generate 3 separate sheets in Excel. Now the problem is some of these Excel sheets can be empty and some can contain data. So the requirement is to send report if data exists. I want to generate either data driven subscription or create an expression that will allow me to send only data existing report to the recipients. However I cant find an answer how to do it. Can anyone direct me, please
