In HoloLens I'm getting an error - After multiple tries, operating system on your pc failed to start, so it needs to be repaired - hololens

We updated and shut down the HoloLens on 13th October, 2022. The next day when we started the HoloLens it was giving a dialogue box that I've attached below. When we tried to hard restart the HoloLens it was then giving some loader/progress bar containing setting load that image also I've attached below. The progress bar doesn't complete at all. It occurs very first time. We often update and shut down HoloLens whenever it asks for it but this problem didn't occur before.

<form> not posting all of a sudden

I am having a strange issue that I think might be Chrome related but wanted to post here for thoughts.
I have some users who when trying to log into my node.js application, they press enter or the log in button and it just sits and spins and never times out or anything. When looking at the Network tab when this issue occurred the POST never showed up. I then put some alerts on the button click with javascript and as long as the button was in the tag nothing showed up.
Completely deleting the users' profile (suggestion from Google) made it work...until chrome updated and then it happened again.
Using any other browser, no issues. Chrome Beta, the issue shows up. Chrome Canary, I have had 2 users testing for over a week and they have not seen the issue reappear. Incognito has the issue occur as well.
Google Support asked me to send a HAR file to them. The interesting thing was when I opened up developer tools, went to the network tab and then cleared the screen to start a recording, the issue disappeared for that moment only.
It is working for 80% of my users so I can't see how it could be a coding issue, this is also a login that I created over a year ago and have not touched since.
If anyone has any insights I would love to know what might be causing this.

Xamarian deploying to device

I have never deployed an app for texting in a real iOS device, only on an iPhone 7 plus simulator. I've watched some tutorials on how to do it and this is what I have done so far.
I have made an iOS Development Certificate. I made an App id, connected a device and entered the UDID. Then created a new device and at last I have made a Provisioning Profile with the iPhone 7 Device connected. The iOS development certificate connected and the App ID connected. After I did all of that, I continued to watch all the tutorials but there seems to be a change which I can't figure out.
As you can see, in the picture above there is a view detail button which you click then download your Provisioning Profile to your XCode, but for me there is no View Detail button. Instead it looks something like this.
So unfortunately, I don't know what to do from here. I tried going to Xcode > Window > Devices then right clicked on my device then it looks something like this.
So I click Show Provisioning Profiles, press "add" then add my Provisioning Profile. The next thing I did was go back to Xamarian went to info.plist, double clicked it and then entered my Bundle Identifier.
Then right clicked the 2 Calculator file, went down to Options and then set everything up, as you could see in the picture. Then I press run but it doesn't seem to work

I am pretty sure I have done everything right, but there seems to still be an error. The only possible bit I think may have gone wrong is when there wasn't the "view detail" button, so I did it a another way. Maybe the problem is I downloaded the Provisioning Profile on the iOS Device, but not in the Xcode mac or something?
I don't have a clue what I did wrong and have tried everything about 5 times but it still didn't work. It will be great if someone could help.
These are all the Certificate and stuff I did in the App development section.
Not enough reputation to comment, so I am going to take a shot in the dark here. My question to you is, did you download the certificate to your MacBook before or after you added your mobile device to it? Your Mac has to know of which devices you have allowed to develop on, so you need to make sure your .mobileprovision on your Mac has that UDID in it.
You can check if your .mobileprovision is added by looking in "~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles" and sorting by "Date Modified" to see if you have a fresh one updating after you downloaded it from developer.apple.com. Xcode will assign a GUID to the name so the provisioning profile will not have the name displaying on the website.
Also, the error possibly looks certificate related. Is the certificate valid and trusted in your keychain? I noticed no mention of adding the certificate to the "Keychain Access" application.

Gmail contextual gadget broken (again)

Yesterday we received a couple of customer complaints regarding our Gmail gadget. They claimed that it had gone missing from their account. This morning, several of our employees have reported the same although, this isn't happening for everyone.
We haven't made any changes to the gadget and since it loads for some, I don't think this was caused by us.
What happens:
The window of the contextual gadget does not appear in the main Gmail interface
The window of the contextual gadget does not appear when opening an email in a new window (shift + click). This differs from when this happened previously.
We've also contacted Google and they have responded that they are looking into the issue. We've also seen that the shift-click to open an email in a new window doesn't work as a work around this time.
The last time this happened our monitoring showed that about 10% of users lost their access to the gadget per-day. We seeing a similar drop off in activity this time around.

I notice there are other user reporting a similar behavior hence he
have requested an update from our Eng team and I am currently waiting

Also I notice you mentioned that the previous workaround is no longer
working. Previously the workaround provided was to press "Shift" and
then click on the email. The email will be opened in a new window and
then the gadgets should be displayed. Can you please confirm if the
above workaround is working or not?

As before this issue appears to be UI based as opposed to any problem with the Contextual Gadget API itself, we've gathered some troubleshooting information from affected test environments and are working on identifying a clear root cause and then remedying the behaviour at the moment.
There isn't any further you need to do on your end, I'll update you as I learn of any changes in the status of this behaviour.

Xpages randomly freezing

In developing Xpages applications I have noticed that the applications will intermittently and apparently randomly freeze. It happens when I am changing code and previewing quite a bit in XPiNC, which I might be able to understand. But at times it happens when I am just editing a document.
For example, I just updated a RT field in a document using CKEditor, and the app froze about 12 or 15 times. I will no longer be able to move the cursor or move scroll bars up or down. I am able to switch to a different tab (like my email) but if I try to switch back to the Xpages app, I will still see the email application.
I have checked the "IBM Technical Support" Folder for the Xpages log and the console log, with nothing there, and I have checked the Help ==> Support Trace and Log, nothing there either.
We are running Revision 20131022.1138 (Release 9.0.1) on the server, and I am running the same on my client and designer.

Opening document in client preview pane crashes Lotus Notes. Anyone seen this?

The problem I am about to describe has been going on since we upgraded from 8.5.2 to 8.5.3.
We have a simple required reading program that routes documents to be read and has a button that allows folks to indicate that they read it. On occasion, these readings are connect to our training records database to record that someone read some training material. That training database is an Oracle system and is updated by an Oracle procedure that is called (using LotusScript) when they press the button that they have read the document.
I have a development computer as well as a test computer. The test computer is usually loaded with our company standard load that has been tested on all of the various types of computers we purchase. Anyway, last year I upgraded my development computer to 8.5.3 while leaving my test computer on 8.5.2 (have since upgrade it as well).
After I upgraded my dev computer to 8.5.3, I noticed that whenever I received an error from the Notes application that there was an issue with the Oracle Procedure call, my Notes session would crash when I tried to open that email or preview it in the preview pane. I tried opening it in the web client and had no problems. I tried opening it with my test computer (running 8.5.2) and experienced no problems. We have been short handed here for some time, so the priority was not very high on solving this problem. However, now the problem has spread. Presently, whenever a new document is created and routed, it may or may not cause the person's Notes Session to crash when they try to open the document.
I don't profess to know the inner workings of Notes and what the differences between 8.5.2 and 8.5.3 could be that might cause this. Has anyone seen this?

Well, I don't know, if it is the same problem as happend in out application BUT:
We figured out, that using PNG images will crach the notes client (and the domino server). This bug happend in some versions of domino (and notes).
