Problems installing ReSharper: JetBrains Installer.ReSharper.Bootstrap could not run - resharper

I have problems installing ReSharper.
Every time I start the installer, the following error occurs:
"JetBrains Installer.ReSharper.Bootstrap could not run.
Could not Ioad the JetLauncher Managed Core into the
application domain. Could not Ioad the assembly from
resource #777. The File or Assembly "208936 bytes Ioaded
from mscorlib, Version-4.0.0.0, Culture-neutral,
PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089" or a dependency
could not be found. Exception from HRESULT:
OxD0000003"
I am using VS 2022. My System and VS is up to date.
Things i have already tried are:
updating Anything
Windows
VS 2022
.NET CORE (version 6.0.401)
different Installation Methodes
web Installer
offline Installer
Has anyone the same problem or can someone help me?
Thank you

I did ask the Resharper community and it turns out, that even if I have Administrator rights on my machine, a policy deployed by my Company blocks the installation.

error while attempting to deploy Dockered .net core application to Azure Container Registry

Folks, this may have been asked before, i took some time trying to search for a possible root cause/solution to this but have not found anything similar enough.
Goal: I am looking to publish a Dockerized .Net Core Web App default template to an Azure Container Registry.
I have created a default application teplate for .Net Core Web App using Visual Studio 2022 targeting .Net 7.0. this is what it looked like:
i have tested running it locally on my machine which seems to be working just fine.
i then went ahead and created a publish profile targeting Azure Container Registry.
when i attempt to run the publish workflow - it seems to run into an error complaining that:
error from sender: context canceled
C:\FolderPath\.nuget\packages\microsoft.visualstudio.azure.containers.tools.targets\1.17.0\build\Container.targets(219,5): Error MSB4018: The "ContainerBuildAndLaunch" task failed unexpectedly.
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Win32.Registry, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
File name: 'Microsoft.Win32.Registry, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'
It also complains about Assembly binding logging being turned OFF. i went on to fix this issue however it had no effect on the original error about the missing file related to Microsoft.Win32.Registry.
I have tried to add Microsoft.Win32.Registry nuget package to the project explicitly. That did not solve the problem either.
I have tried to reproduce these steps on another computer workstation running different Visual Studio (Professional edition as opposed to Enterprised) and on the other computer - i am able to deploy dockerized template to Azure Container Registry just fine.
At which point i have decided i would do a full re-install of the computer system where i had a problem (it was due anyway for a while and i was putting it off). So i did a fresh Win 11 install, fresh VS install and fresh Docker Desktop install among all other things. i intentionally tried to stick to default config whenever possible.
after full reinstall - i keep hitting the same error.
i would appreciate any hint as to what might be causing the error. thank you!
Try copying the lib\net461\Microsoft.Win32.Registry.dll file from the Microsoft.Win32.Registry NuGet to C:\FolderPath\.nuget\packages\microsoft.visualstudio.azure.containers.tools.targets\1.17.0\tools\.
I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. But if copying the file unblocks you, I can update the NuGet to include it going forward.

BizTalk 2016 Could not load file or assembly Microsoft.SharePoint.Client

I'm running BizTalk 2016 Developer edition with Feature Pack 2 and CU3. I've configured a Receive location to pull from a SharePoint 2013 library but I'm seeing the following in the event log:
The adapter "Windows SharePoint Services" raised an error message. Details "Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Client, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.".
The following suggests this should have been installed to the GAC as part of the BizTalk installation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/biztalk/core/csom-sharepoint-services-adapter . I can't find the assembly on the BizTalk VM.
I've read that Windows Identity Foundation must be installed on the BizTalk Server if using SharePoint CSOM. Server manager was showing that it was installed, although the tick is in a grey box that can't be un-ticked. I ran the PS Remove-WindowsFeature Windows-Identity-Foundation and then added it again using Server Manager - it's now showing with a "full tick". Didn't fix the problem though :(
Anyone else hit this problem?
I was able to solve this by installing the SharePoint Client Components SDK from the following site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35585
Be sure to restart the host instance of the receive location after installing.

IIS 10 App Pool Keeps Stopping due to aspnetcore.dll failed to load

I have an asp.net core 2.0 hosted locally on IIS 10. For some reason DefaultAppPool keeps stopping as soon as I hit the hosted website.
And I am getting HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
In event logs I see following error;
The Module DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\aspnetcore.dll failed to
load. The data is the error.
When I check the path C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\ I do not see aspnetcore.dll exists. Should it be there? If yes, .net core installation exe shouldn't be copy it?
Here are some information below;
What I tried, and did not worked?
Troubleshooting IIS AppPool crashes
Uninstalled .net core and reinstalled.
Changed App Pool Identity to Network Service etc.
Any idea how I can fix this?
For hosting .Net Core applications in IIS, .Net CLR Version of application pool should be No Managed Code as shown in below screenshot. If you don't see "No Managed Code" option in in dropdown then you need to install .Net Core Hosting Bundle.
Ensure you have .NET Core Hosting Bundle installed as mentioned here:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/host-and-deploy/iis/?view=aspnetcore-2.1&tabs=aspnetcore2x
I also had this problem in Windows server 2012 R2
I found this answer:
ASP.NET Core/.NET Core: Runtime & Hosting Bundle (latest versions) depends on Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable
Download and install KB2919442
Run windows update, which will download and install KB2919335. Alternatively manually download and install KB2919335
Install Visual Studio 2015 C++ Redistributable
I got this issue one time. Reason was Server OS was x64 base and target run time of installer was win-x86. In the publish wizard, win-x86 is the default option for Target Run time. Theoretically x86 application should work in x64. But after deploying the win-x64 , issue resolved.

Getting assembly error when attempting to process cube in VS-2012

I'm trying to set up a BI solution, but I'm running into a problem. After I create a new cube, I right-click 'Process Cube...' and I get the following 'assembly is missing' error:
Could not load file or assembly 'SqlMgmt, Version=12.0.0.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its
dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
And then VS2012 restarts itself. Obviously I'm missing some assembly, but I'm not sure how to get it installed.
I'm using the CTP2 version of SSDT-BI with Visual Studio 2012 as recommended by Microsoft here:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42313
Thanks in advance!
I figured it out.
I just needed to install SSDT for SQL Server 2012 and SSDT for SQL Server 2014. I don't know which one fixed it, but it now appears to be fixed.

Runtime Error! - Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

I've developed an application in VS 2003 (C++). But while running in a fresh windows xp machine, getting error:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program:
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way....
What will be the reason for getting this error and how can I solve it? Please help.
This is a very generic error so it is not easy to solve from this information but I can give you a few things to try.
First check that the program runs fine on your developer machine - if not run under the debugger and trap the specific error.
If this problem only occurs on the clean machine it probably does not have the correct runtimes installed.
Your application will depend on a number of dlls that ship with visual studio, you will need to install these on the clean machine.
Your can run depends.exe from http://www.dependencywalker.com/ this will tell you what dlls cannot be found.
These dlls will be on your developer machine, you can either package the yourself in an installer or find the correct redistributable from microsoft.
Another thing to check - have you hardcoded any file locations? e.g. your application could try and open a file, resource, registry key - something that does not exist in your clean machine - if the code does not check for failure you would then probably crash at some point after the read failed to happen.
