I have developed a module to fetch bank statements for my customers.
I'm attaching a pfx certificate to my post request with the help of the N/https/clientCertificate module.
On some accounts, there is barely no issue and on others, the script fails to post the request and return SSS_INVALID_HOST_CERT
What can make it sometimes to work and sometimes not?

Getting I/O error on POST request for "https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/***** when trying to create an envelope in DocuSign's demo endpoint. I was able to retrieve JWT token successfully but getting I/O error when trying to create an envelope from application running in Docker. Could someone please provide a solution here?

Clearly, if this only doesn't work on Docker, this is a networking issue. The docker instance has to be able to make POST/PUT/GET/DEL requests to port 443 of DocuSign endpoints. I would try to open it up completely first (no restrictions) to confirm and then try to put the specific rules in the firewall to allow these calls.

We are developing a chatbot to handle internal and external processes for a local authority. We are trying to display contact information for a particular service from our api endpoint. The HTTP request is successful and delivers, in part, exactly what we want but there's still some unnecessary noise we can't exclude.
We specifically just want the text out of the response ("Response").
Logically, it was thought all we need to do is drill down into ${dialog.api_response.content.Response} but that fails the HTTP request and ${x.content} returns successful but includes Tags, response and the fields within 1.
Is there something simple we've missed using composer to access what we're after or do we need to change the way our endpoint is responding 2? Unfortunately the MS documentation for FrwrkComp is lacking to say the very least.
n.b. The response is currently set up as a (syntactically) SSML response, this is just a test case using an existing resource.

Turns out it was the first thing I tried just syntactically correct. For the case of the code given it was as simple as:
${dialog.api_response.content[0].Response}
I want to save the data column from this url to an array in python. I tried it with, for instance, pandas.save_table:

but I get HTTPError: HTTP Error 400: Bad Request and I think this is not the right way to do that.
Can someone help me with that?
If you try to open the link in your question (in a browser using incognito mode or something similar i.e. delete your cookies) you'll see that you need login into the website to access the page. This is why the you're getting a 400 Bad Request error as a response from the server.
From the FAQ section of the website that you're trying to access:

The website uses OAuth to handle logins to the url that you create will need these access tokens. You can use a library like python-oauth2 to help you with this (there are others so you can read around and decide which you'd like to use). Creating and understanding how to make http requests is beyond the scope of this answer. I'd suggest you have a look around on the internet for some explanations and try again, if you have get stuck please ask another question. Otherwise it'll probably be easier to save the file from your browser...But I'll leave this answer here for the next person who runs into the same problem.

I'm having trouble calling DSAPI methods via SOAP ( C# Integration ). I keep getting 405 Method not allowed errors. So far I've tried calling the RequestTemplate and CreateEnvelopeFromTemplates methods, both of which fail. I was able to successfully retrieve the DSAPIServiceSoapClient object and also successfully login via the login method of the credential API. If you need more information, i'm ready to provide them. Thank you.
You're succeeding with the login, which is good.
My guess is that the other calls are not well formed. Perhaps they're missing the right base url (which you receive from the login call).
Are you switching to the different base url for your subsequent calls? (Different server name?)
I suggest that you try the API logging feature and see what it reports. It enables you to see a log of your API requests. See the Request Logging article for the classic DocuSign experience, or the new DocuSign UI.
i just needed to add the in the X-DocuSign-Authentication http header whenever i try to get a DSAPIClient object.
I am very new to Salesforce and it's API.
I am having a sandbox org and with it I have url, username, password, security token and last but not the least partner.wsdl
My aim was to connect and retrieve/create data.
Technologies at hand was nodejs
So here is how I started.
I searched over the internet and came to know that I need to create a client, SOAP client in order to login, create the connection and use that connection to create and access the Leads data.So I followed this sample where the wsdl was being consumed.
So I was able to connect
I was very happy on this success and then suddenly I wasn't able to identify/find a way where I can get the sObject.I looked hard for this but no luck. So posted a question on SO
Meanwhile I also looked for other node module and found jsforce
I used jsforce starting guide and created a client that was connecting to salesforce however without using the wsdl file.
Again I was happy, even more happy because I was having the sObject with me.
Now, what is the fundamental difference if I login using the local wsdl file and without wsdl file in the language of salesforce. Which one is the correct way of logging in?

I'm the author of jsforce you mentioned.
In that lib we use REST API mostly and SOAP APIs are only used in some specific calls like login or metadata. Even in such calls we don't use WSDLs because there's no good lib to generate client modules from WSDL in JavaScript/Node.js area. Instead we wrote modules for each APIs which generate SOAP XML strings and parse the response XML.
It is enough because these API message schema are static and fiesible in the specific version, unlike SOAP API Enterprise WSDL differs in organizations. So we can hard code the client module directly w/o generate it from WSDL.
