DocuSign Integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central - docusignapi

We have a software extension for Dynamics 365 Business Central. I want to integrate our product with DocuSign. Where should I start looking? I have been searching online for the past couple of days and I haven't found anything explaining how a C/AL developer can bring the DocuSign features into their code.
Looking forward to hearing your suggestions.
Thanks!

Developer vs. General accounts w/ DocuSign

A few weeks ago I implemented my first REST integration with the DocuSign API. Things over all went smoothly and with very little complaints. One particular hang up I experienced though was some confusion in regards to the Developer account and how it relates to the General account. I started with a developer account and used the test credentials to build my integration. Once my integration passed inspection it required me to choose another paid docusign account that the integration key would "go live" on. This is all pretty straight forward.
The curve ball came when I actually went to purchase the API account and it said, "you aren't eligible to purchase this". There isn't clear instruction on the site, so my questions are:
1.) In what order does the account creation need to go? Developer > General (Paid) > API Plan (Paid)?
2.) Does DocuSign expect the user, as the customer, to purchase the plan or should that plan be purchased through my developer account?
I tried to reach out to customer service directly, but it was pretty much a, "give us all of your money, then we'll help" situation. I have several customers who are interested in this integration, but I'm not comfortable presenting this as an option until I get a better understanding of the process. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
In general, DocuSign does require a paid account to complete the Go Live process. If you - the integration owner - will not be using DocuSign yourself, you would want to reach out to the [DocuSign Partners program][1] to receive a free Partner account that can hold your integration key instead of having to purchase one.
From there, the end users of your integration can purchase their own DocuSign accounts. You could potentially act as a reseller of DocuSign if you were so inclined.

DocuSign API - I want API for Reports

I am using DocuSign Open API'S to generate a report. Can anyone suggest which API I should use, if any?
I have tried to execute the API from DocuSign but a report API is not available.
Thanks in advance.
DocuSign does not have an API that allows you to access the web console's Reporting function.
Depending on what you're looking for, you can pull data from the Envelopes API.
DocuSign is developing a Data Feed API that will allow much more in-depth access to information. Data Feed is currently in limited, early access - I would recommend reaching out to your Account Manager or the Sales team if that is of interest to you.
Tirnuagari, these APIs are not yet public, but we hope to make them public soon. I can't promise an exact time frame, but I'll update this thread when I hear something from the team working on this. Thanks for your patience!

Docusign and Dynamics 365 integration

We have installed docusign solution in Dynamics 365 and can create documents that are signed correct.
The issue we currently have is that we don't get status updates to Docusign transactions in Dynamics 365 unless we manually click "update statuses" in Docusign.
It says it should do this automatically in the documentation but it doesn't seem to work. This is btw. only a trial at the moment untill we are sure we can use it with responses back to Dynamics 365.
Does anyone know what could be missing. If we can publish the status messages by clicking "update statuses" the "link" between Dynamics 365 and Docusign should be ok.
Hope someone can point us in the right direction here, thanks :)
I found that the DocuSign built solution for Dynamics integration just wasn't good enough, and ultimately we built a custom integration to the DocuSign API running in Workflow, and then launched an azure hosted web service to listen for the call backs and automatically update our CRM records. Also wasn't impressed with Docusign pricing, and honest would recommend finding an alternative provider.

Is there a DocuSign api or integration avaliable for Oracle iProcurement application?

We are currently running Oracle Procurement and iProcurment application.
We are on Oracle EBS release 12.1.3.
We are using Oracle workflow AME for our PO Requisition approval processing.
We also are using DocuSign for our Approver eSignature and our supplier contract eSignature. However this process is not integrated with Oracle iProcurement Work flow and this process of DocuSign happen manually buy our organization buyers separately.
We would like to integrate our PO Requistion approval processes and sending documents to our approvers and suppliers through DocuSign automatically and include them in our current Oracle PO Requistion workflow process.
1- Does DocuSign support and has API that can be used with our Oracle PO Workflow process?
2- Can this integration be developped and supported if already does not exists?
3- What kind of DocuSign API licensing we do need and on the on going base.
I do appreciate all your feed back and support on this topic.
Thanks in advance for all your assistance.
1- Does DocuSign support and has API that can be used with our Oracle PO Workflow process?
Yes, certainly. The REST API would be the first thing to check. Depending on your goals for the integration you may also be able to start with just the Retrieve or PowerForms products.
2- Can this integration be developed and supported if already does not exists?
Yes. Oracle can develop the integration, or a third-party. DocuSign Professional Services organization could also be engaged to provide it.
3- What kind of DocuSign API licensing we do need and on an on-going base.
Depends on your volumes and needs. This question is best answered by the sales team. To start with, the DocuSign Developer Center provides free information and free sandbox accounts.
To use the API you can start with the self-serve pricing. For larger volumes, please consult the sales group.

Recurring Payment Processing and Merchant Account Solutions (primarily Asia)

In your experience which are the best recurring payment solution and merchant account providers in Asia?
What would you think are the key criteria to choose a recurring billing solutions provider? (with most Asian currencies)
Based on what I found in my search so far, I noted the following.
PayPal does provide recurring payment services in Asia - but customer support is as bad as it is elsewhere with PayPal around the world and with the additional risk of getting blocked for >5% of refunds.
PCI Compliance is absolutely necessary on the part of provider.
Based on initial search found "Money Bookers" but not sure how good their service is - seem to be able to transact in 200 countries so far.
Your experiences (good experiences & warnings) in dealing with recurring billing providers and merchant accounts will be helpful to choose for my implementation.
TechCrunch recently featured SaaSy which seems to fit your criteria pretty well: http://techcrunch.com/2011/03/17/online-subscription-billing-is-still-a-hassle-saasy-aims-to-change-that/
