I have one communication site in production. I want to integrate Teams with the communication site. In short, I should be able to create a teams channel which will point to that communication site. And I don't want to convert communication site into team site as it is live now.
Example : Here is the communication site I have created "MyTestSite" and created one teams channel with same name but under "files" its showing SharePoint site as "MyTestSite2". Because it is a communication site.
So basically, I want something where I can use one communication site in teams files and main SharePoint site.
Is there any way to link teams channel with communication site ?
I found this workaround from Microsoft Support.
Is there any way to link teams channel with communication site ?
No, there is no such option at the moment, and I don't think Microsoft has any such plans as these sites are for a different purpose.

You can add library tab from this site.

I have created PowerApp and used SharePoint as a data source.
I need to share that PowerApp with all users of my Organization.
I have shared that app with Everyone as suggested in Microsoft documentation.
But the app is not shared with everyone in my organization.
Can anyone help me with the same?
After adding Everyone to the app permissions have a user go to web.powerapps.com > Apps > Shared with Me and see if the App shows up there. If it is there then the issue could be with your data source because most data sources manage permissions separately from PowerApps.
If the users select "Org apps" instead of "My app" then users can see that shared app. I have shared an app with Everyone from PowerApps. Also, I need to give permission to users of the SharePoint site which contains the lists of PowerApps data
apps shared with Everyone in the organization actually show up under web.powerapps.com > Apps > Org Apps. On the mobile version of Powerapps, selecting All Apps seems to do the job

Have you get an error message for share with everyone? You will get a message like following if success
I started a modern team site in SPO and added lots of pages and link to them in the quick link.
Now the users want Mega-Menu instead of the quick link.
I tried to copy the pages to a new communication sites that has mega-menu but there is a difference in the site template that does not let me do it.
I also tried to get the rest call to create the menu with jQuery.
https://{mydomain}.sharepoint.com/{musite}/_api/contextinfo tells me:
Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource
Is there a way to query the quick link and build a mega-menu?
Any good we to transform a team site to communication site?
Thanks in advance
If your team site is a classic team site then no, you can't have a megamenu unless you make a custom one.
IF your team site is a modern team site then you inherit the megamenu from a hub site I believe.
I have a feeling you have a classic team site with modern pages in it.
This should be something simple, I have read a lot about the organization browser webpart, its a nice silverlight app that shows the hierarchy of people on the company, however I have no idea where you can edit/know the hierarchy, who is boss of who? where can I edit that?
What about if the users are coming from active directory? I suppose the first time it synchronizes there is no info at all about hierarchies.
Thanks
The org Browser pulls information from the User Profile store which in turn syncs with Active Directory.
You can also use this web part in your portal:

We're in the process of building a MOSS site and one of the 3rd party tools we're using has a requirement of AD/ADAM as the authentication provider. We would like the user's to manage their own accounts (e.g. resetting passwords, registering new users, etc) so we're going to need WebParts for administering users in an AD/ADAM/LDAP DB.
Are there any SharePoint WebParts out there already to do this?
I came across one today called AD User Editor. It states you can edit nearly any Active Directory property, and it works in multi-domain environments.
From the UI screenshot it appears to use a web part and take on the SharePoint look and feel.
Even better it's on CodePlex so any problems you can fix yourself!
I'm creating a site that will have people that work for my company using it( on the domain) and contractors who are not currently on the domain. I'm trying to figure out how to give access to the people who are not on our domain to the Sharepoint site.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
You need to set up a zone with Forms Based Authentication for the people not on the domain.
Look at this series on MSDN for guidance: Forms Authentication in SharePoint Products and Technologies
