I am new to nestjs. Having experience with Node+Expressjs.
I have created a project using nestjs cli. But when I import it into vscode, code-completion is not working. But the tutorial on YouTube it is working.
Can anyone please help me, how to get code completion for nestjs in vscode.
It compiles as similar to Nodejs
First Add project in vs code
Then go to terminal
then set your package.json file
then npm start or npm run start according to your path set.

I am working on a Vue js application but am having difficulty getting it to run/debug within IntelliJ. I am currently running it from the command line but I'm interested in getting it to debug in IntelliJ. Not many tutorials out here on getting this set up to work. Is there anyone that has experience in setting up this framework and IDE?
Steps are rather straightforward and described in blogpost:
First, install the JetBrains IDE Support Chrome extension. This will bind the browser debugger environment with IntelliJ in real-time.
start the server with npm serve (can be done from a gutter in package.json):
create a new JavaScript debug configuration, specify the URL your app is running on (usually http://localhost:8080) in it, put the breakpoints right in the source code, and start the debug session.

You can add "Run Configuration" for any project to run in Intellij. For this, you must have a run script in package.json.

Choose NPM and give like this. Once done, you are all ready for clicking the RUN button available in the toolbar to run the project
I am fairly new to React and am trying to run an example to get started with understanding how Twilio interfaces with React/Node. I am currently using the repo https://github.com/twilio/twilio-video.js, and am trying to run the test > framework > twilio-video-react, but when I npm install then npm start, the server starts, but throws the error:
Failed to compile
./src/App.js
Module not found: Can't resolve 'twilio-video'
I did `npm install twilio-video`, but still throwing error. What am I missing here? Can anyone else get this example started? I want a base example with Twilio Video working with React so I can learn from there, any other resources would help, thanks!

Okay, got an example up and running with a little fudging.

But there were a few old libraries that were causing errors.

I'm running VS Code 1.0. I've already successfully added intellisense for a number of frameworks, i.e., Express, Restify, and even Gulp.
Now I'm trying to enable it for Mocha.
The minimum setup I'm doing is:
Create a folder.
npm init
npm install mocha
typings install mocha --ambient
Open Code in said folder.
Create a new file and try to type "describe".
Also, this guy got it working.
You just have to ad jsconfig.json file to the root of your project. It can even be empty.

I am trying to set up this repository locally https://github.com/lrdiv/ember-soundcloud and i have come across to this issue with broccoli-emblem-compiler. See the image in attached
From my understanding the broccoli-emblem-compiler is not able to compile my emblem templates and i don't know how i can figure it out.
These are all the steps i have done to install and set up the project with Ember-Cli
ember new soundcloud
ember install:addon ember-cli-coffeescript
ember install:npm broccoli-emblem-compiler
I have deleted the app folder and replace with the project https://github.com/lrdiv/ember-soundcloud that i have cloned
then i have installed the other node modules required
ember install:npm broccoli-static-compiler
ember install:npm broccoli-merge-trees
ember install:npm install body-parser
and at the end i run
ember server , and in my terminal i get that error i have attached.
What can i do now to sort this out? What's really the problem?
I did many things to try to fix this. One was replacing the project broccoli-emblem-compiler with this line in the project settings:
"broccoli-emblem-compiler": "git+https://github.com/cascalheira/broccoli-emblem-compiler.git"
At some time the error went away, I think it was when I used this repository. It is mentioned in the other issues.
I ran into problems with broccoli-emblem-compiler, but just had success with ember-cli-emblem-hbs-printer -

I was able to solve this by specifying a version of emblem.js in my package.json file.
Specifically, I added the following line:
"emblem": "0.3.14"
I'm playing around with the Cordova hooks capabilities and I'm trying to test using a node application as a hook. In this article: http://devgirl.org/2013/11/12/three-hooks-your-cordovaphonegap-project-needs/ it references running node applications, so I know it's possible.
I've created a simple node application that I'm using to test the before prepare and after prepare process:
#! /usr/bin/env node
console.log("this is a node module");
When I run my prepare, I get the following error:
C:\Users\jwargo\dev\lunchmenu>cordova prepare
The system cannot find the path specified.
Hook failed with error code 1: C:\Users\jwargo\dev\lunchmenu\hooks\before_prepare\test.js
I can't find any information anywhere about what an error code of 1 means here.
I've tested the node code and it runs fine with "node test.js" and when I execute test.js from the command line Windows simply launches my default editor.
So, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or what I need to do to be able to execute a node application as a hook with the Cordova CLI?
Figured it out with some help from the Cordova dev team. The space in my shebang was causing the problem. I removed it and the problem went away.
