When trying to open any page in the Pages application in the CMS, we got an error:
System error: An error occurred and your request couldn't be completed.

There are no error logs in the Kentico event log application regarding this error.
In the windows Event viewer, the only thing related to this problem was a warning. The screen shot is attached.
After deploying the project files from one environment to another the error appeared. To be more precise, after replacing the old CMS folder with the new one.

We are getting an error from PowerPoint web app when launching into view mode from SharePoint 2010.
Error message:
Title - MicroSoft PowerPoint web app
Message - Either network connectivity has been lost or the server is too busy to service your request. Check your network connection and try the request later.
This happens on some but not all PowerPoint PPT files. I can resolve the issue buy making copy of the file and deleting the original and then replacing with the copy.
I have checked the SharePoint log files and get a time out error at approximately the same time as I try and open the file.
Opening to edit in the web app is ok and opening in the desktop application is also working.
Has anyone seen this and found a solution? Thanks...
I have SharePoint 2007 with Reporting Services in SharePoint integrated mode installed in a development environment.
When I try to open a report (it doesn't matter which of the reports that are installed) from SharePoints web interface I always receives this error:

Report Server has encountered a SharePoint error. (rsSharePointError)
When I go to the SharePoint error log I get a little bit more detailed error message:

Additional error information from SQL Server is included below. "The

The image below shows a screenshot from the 'Central Administration Settings' in SharePoint for the 'Reporting Services Integration'. When I go to the url for "Report Server Web Service URL" the web browser only shows a directory list. Is that right?
The version number of Reporting Services and Sharepoint is:

Your build numbers are out-of-date - both products have SP3 available. I would install those then retest.

its able to open hr but when i try to open accounts its prompt on new page showing error message as following
an unexpected error occured and showing co relation id.

NOTE:this problem started when i started change the theme of my master page before it was working well

I'm using custom master page, this custom master page was working perfect on MOSS2007 after migrate it showing these error, if i change master page to default master its work perfect.
My site picture library was working perfect in MOSS 2007 after migration there two issue in picture library..

Open the site in sharepoint desginer and validate if your master page contains all required content place holders
I have a Site Template with few customized lists and customized pages. I create new webs when ever needed using the site template. After creating the web, I also set up a theme and unique permissions to the web using C# code itself, then I redirect the page to the newly created web URL. My code runs within a Long running operation. It works all the time fine, but in some circumstance I get an error "file not found" when the page re-directed to the newly created web.
When I had closer look, I see that the web was properly created and the permissions were set; the pages library & other lists are also found, but the master page gallery is not found. Due to that I could not browse any pages in the page library & I could not even check web theme. When I see the Logs I found the below error.

What could cause this issue? I don't get this all time only sometimes I get this issue. There were no errors thrown on code, but the web's master page gallery was not created. Have you ever faced such problem? How can I solve this?

The HRESULT you're getting is from a COM error: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x81020012): The specified name is already in use.
Make sure that the gallery you're trying to create is at the web level, not the site or webapplication level. Can you post examples of the URL when it worked vs. when it didn't?
Isn't the master page gallery usually at the site rather than web level? Subsites can use a master page defined by the parent site, so you could be confusing things by trying to define the master pages on the subsite as well.
