Shape position disturbed by Zoom settings - excel

I use a VBA code to insert an image from a folder to excel. When using excel on a other computer with other resolution or change zoom 100% to other value, when reloading the macro, the position of the image change. See vba code below, what has to change?

Fill shape data field from external data

I'm trying to link shape data field from external data like excel.
As #JohnGoldsmith suggested I used DropLinked but "I'm getting object name not found" error.
My main agenda is drop multiple shapes on drawing with shape data field "Name", then fill all the shape data field using external data in order. I also used spatial search for dropping shapes on drawing(Thanks to #Surrogate). By the way I'm using Visio Professional 2019.
It's often a good plan to separate chained members so you can identify whether (as #Paul points out) you're having a problem getting to the stencil or the master.
Following is a modified example of link shapes to data. I've ditched all of the spatial search stuff as I think that's a separate issue. If you still have trouble with that I would ask another question and narrow your sample code to not include the data linking part - ie just drop shapes and try and change their position. Bear in mind there's also Page.Layout and Selection.Layout
I think you've got the adding the DataRecordsets in the other linked question, so this example makes the following assumptions:

The above code drops six shapes onto the page and adds a Shape Data row (Prop._VisDM_Name) with the corresponding data value. If you want the name text to appear in the shape then you would normally modify the master with an inserted field in the shape's text. (If you get stuck with this part then ask another question.)
One last point is that this example loops through the DataRecordset rows dropping a shape for each one, but there is also a Page.DropManyLinkedU method that allows you to this en masse.

Replace an existing image with a new image

I've made a real estate related worksheet that includes a few cells for the property's address and a picture of a Google Maps view of the property. I want to be able to change the address in the worksheet and then click the image to have it refresh with a map of the new address. I can't figure out how to replace the image.

Note: This won't work if the original shape was an inserted picture. Insert a new shape like a rectangle, and then this will work.

How to make an Excel macro run when the file is updated?

I have a PowerApp which updates a cell in an Excel file hosted in OneDrive. The Excel file contains a macro that is supposed to run when the PowerApp changes the Excel file. However, it doesn't do that. If I update a cell manually, the macro works just fine. It's just not activated when the file is updated by PowerApps.
Is there a different function I can use that will be triggered when PowerApp changes the file?
If that is not possible, could I use a Flow to activate the macro?
Here is the current script that works with manual changes, but not the automatic PowerApps changes.

Unfortunately the server opens Excel through APIs and Excel doesn't fire macros in this way. It seems flow has the same. I would consider implement the macro function logic in PowerApps. Customize the edit form of the column which supposes to trigger the macro, depends what the macro should do. Possibly unlock a data card if the macro trys to alter a value of another column.

vba Insert jpg to specific cells by matching cell value with image name

I've looked around on a few different ways to insert .jpg by a macro and there seem to be few, but some different ways. I tried to follow this helpful guide, but are unsuccessful.
MY macro doesn't find the image location. I want the macro to look for images saved in a folder named "Pictures" in the same location the current workbook, compare it to references in column A and insert in column B if match.
I get this error message: "Unable to get the insert property of the Pictures class." Does mean my link is wrong?
As you can see (Worksheet) my references are in Column A, starting at A7, but I have merged cells(A7:A16), so the next reference is in A18, A29.. etc.

I've used a small subroutine to insert a picture into my sheet by
ActiveSheet.Pictures.Insert(URL).Select
This works fine with Excel 2003 (Windows), but does not work with Excel 2011 (Mac) any more.
Therefore I modified my subroutine
(like proposed http://www.launchexcel.com/google-maps-excel-demo/),
but the subroutine stops at

with the error message

Your urls will need to be properly formatted - I had to use quotations on my URL for the initial snippet to get it function effectively, but it may be a solution.
For Mac-Excel 2011, there is a workaround discussed by Michael McLaughlin on his blog. Evidently, it is not easy to tie images to cells in Mac-Excel 2011, if at all. Moreover, research reveals that the question of inserting images into an excel workbook has been asked many times. It also appears that it has not been readily solved through picture methods thus far in the research. Thus, a work-around may be the best solution.
The code snippet, which was very closely adapted and ported from Michael's blog, is as follows:

I would advise adapting the comment sets into your loop, and use that to set your images into place, using the shape formatting in your loop to set the formatting of the comment shapes generated by the adapted code.
