After creating bridge connection with Hyper-v machine download speed decreased 95% - windows-10

I've enabled Hyper-V on my windows 10 PC and created External Connection via the Virtual Switch Manager and was bridged with my Wifi USB Adapter.
After this my download decreased from 100 Mbps to 2 Mbps. Upload is fine.
I've tried to change Microsoft Network Adapter Multiplexor Driver -> Large Send Offload Version 2 -> Disabled (both IPv4 and IPv6) but no luck.
Any ideas that I can try to restore my internet speed?
My PC is using usb wifi adapter to connect to my router as I don't have physical lan cable.

How to set a static IP for a HoloLens 2 without Wifi

I have a situation where I need to set a static IP address for a HoloLens 2 for a network that I am wired to through an Ethernet to USB-C dongle. The network is not using DHCP. The HoloLens 2 is provisioned to be an offline secure HoloLens (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/hololens/hololens-common-scenarios-offline-secure), so there is never the option of connecting to the target network wirelessly. I can only find options to set static IPs for the HoloLenses through the device portal if the network is available wirelessly. Even the Ethernet IP configuration settings are tied to specific network profiles and these profiles only show up for wireless networks.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
The USB-C Ethernet adapter settings are available in HoloLens OS Insider version currently. Please check out this reference: New Settings app
Network & Internet:
USB-C Ethernet adapters will now appear in Network & Internet.
USB-C Ethernet adapter settings are now available, including its IP address.
Start receiving Insider builds if you want to have a try.
Support for setting a static IP for an Ethernet connection is now supported in the New Settings app. This New Settings app is available in the Beta Channel of the Insider Preview program as well as the official release Windows Holographic version 21H1. If the needed release does not appear when checking for updates on the HoloLens 2, the latest release can be manually downloaded from https://aka.ms/hololens2download and installed with the Advanced Recovery Companion (ARC) tool.

Mirror network traffic over USB to Ethernet (linux\windows)?

I'm trying to mirror network traffic over USB to virtual Ethernet. I have an ARM processor and it send network traffic to my laptop over serial USB port. Now USB is like COM port. I want to capture and mirror it on virtual Ethernet (TAP). What is the straight way to do this?
Any library or package in C++/python that works for both linux & windows will help me.

Simulate unplug/replug for USB device on a USB hub on Ubuntu

I have a group virtualbox Ubuntu VM's on a Windows host with a powered 10 port USB3 hub attached to it. My VM's are set up in a way that each VM only can see one device on the hub (think android devices). How can I programmatically simulate an unplug/replug of a device on a single VM? I want to restart the USB connection to the port that the VM "owns" without affecting any other VM/port combination in the group.
Unbinding and binding in /sys/bus/pci/drivers/xhci_hcd didn't seem to work. If I plug the device directly into the machine (not through the hub), that approach works.
Any advice?

Why are external NICs not working on my server (running on Debian 7)?

I have a server running Debian 7. The eth0 interface is configured to use the on-board ethernet card. This is basically used to connect to the internet. As it happens, I had to connect this server to some PCs through a switch, obviously on a different series of IPs. for this, I installed an external NIC in the PCI slot but, strangely it didn't seen to work. The configurations were alright. I checked them more times than I can imagine. So, I disabled my eth0 interface and connected eth1 (external NIC) to the internet. If for the same settings, the on-board card worked, so should the external one. But, it didn't. When I tried to ping some servers like 8.8.8.8, it gives me Destination Host Unreachable and on termination shows, 0 packets "transmitted" and 0 packets received, which is baffling, to say the least. The PCI slot is working because I checked if the drivers were being recognised or not. The NIC itself is working (checked with another machine running Debian 6). Any help/sugesstions would be appreciated.
P.S The NIC in question is D-Link System DGE-530T Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (rev 11)
You need to check to see if the card is being listed in lspci or not. Second, is this a virtual machine?
I would also check to see if the BIOS is handling IRQ's in auto or are they specifically assigned.

Funnel all the WiFi hotspot traffic through Tor

I'm using my Fedora 16 machine as a WiFi hotspot, I want to funnel all my network traffic (from the laptop and all the other devices) through Tor, is this possible? Or are there any other solutions to achieve this goal?
