We want to migrate Users from one ADB2C to another across 2 different subscriptions. There is no option to import/export – what can I do?
There is no easy way to do this.
You have to roll your own.

I have one AD associated with one subscription and I need to create two users and need to isolate the resources created by them. Is this really possible? since I am new to Azure I am not much aware of this. It would be great if someone render their hand.
I need to create two users and need to isolate the resources created by them. Is this really possible?
Yes. To isolate them from a management and administration point-of-view, create two resource groups, and add each user to the appropriate role on one resource group.
Can we merge multiple azure subscriptions into a single one?
Also is it a good idea to have a Standard subscription for the practice purpose?
I'm looking into transitioning all our company systems to MS Azure from our current on-premises setup. We have multiple affiliates operating using their versions of the same system (i.e. a custom built application that is fundamentally the same but is tailor fit to specific business cases/industries.
Is it possible for our mother company to register for MS Azure, and the affiliates exist as separate organizations on that plan? or is each organization required to have its own Azure subscription?
Many Thanks,
Jevb
I saw many different implementations of Azure for companies. Mostly based on per-separate-subscription model, sometimes I saw working with 1 subscription and then splitting teams to Resource Groups, I think it is all up to the company, budgets and goals.
I would recommend to read first these, maybe this will give you some hints how to start and migrate :)

You can have one tenant for your whole company, and individual subscriptions for each business case. The way that Azure does billing it is nice to split your industries into separate subscriptions until you have a solid tagging strategy in place.
I would highly suggest looking into management groups within Azure as you start to implement policy and RBAC for your individual subscriptions so that you can adhere to security best practices and avoid repeating yourself.

I have a situation where my organization uses a specific project in our VSTS:
{organization-1}.visualstudio.com/{Project.Client}
Some clients have their own as well for the same project:
{organization-2}.visualstudio.com/{Project.Client}
Is it possible to keep these two projects in sync (work-items and code)? Assume that they are both using TFS.
Creating a service EndPoint from {organization-2} to {organization-1} is possible, but doesn't seem to provide much AFAICT since nothing new shows up in the Notifications menu, nor on any of the Work boards relating to the new Endpoint
I've tried creating a Service Hook from {organization-1} to an Azure Service Bus, but there doesn't seem to be any way to consume it from {organization-2} that I can see.
How can I get these two organizations to usefully talk to each other?
Work Item change notifications, Code Check Ins, etc.
No, the two accounts can’t be synchronized but you can export/import WIT and code from one account to the other.
For export/import WIT, you can use MS excel or other extensions such as VSTS sync migration.
I now have 2 Azure accounts and I need to move everything from one to the other. Is there a method to do this? The first account will end in 2 days.
