Android Studio Customization

Android Studio is my preferred IDE but I've been wanting to customize to my preferences. Two things that I haven't been able to change to my desire is the navigation bar (where there is file, edit, view, navigate,... menus) background color and the sidebar (where the project files are listed) background color in the Dracula theme. Does any Android Studio diver know how to change them?

textview icon instead of real text

In the preview window of Android Studio sometimes instead of actual text (a few lines of text) I see the TextView icon as in the picture. I tested various layout_width and layout_height settings and still can't get rid of this problem.
The text appears again only if it is very short text.
I did not have this problem with older versions of Android Studio though...

The Text in Android Studio Design Editor Preview is Pixelated

I have updated my android studio to version 3.1.3. After the update the text and other items inside design editor looks blurry and pixelated when the preview is scaled to a zoom other than 100%. In the previous versions the text was much smoother. Is this a issue of my computer display settings or any other error? Can someone tell me if there is any method to fix this issue?
