Multiple snippets per file in Sublime 3 - sublimetext3

Is it possible to define multiple snippets in one single file with Sublime 3?
I have found the same question from 2014 but the only answer given at the time referred to two links that are now broken. Probably those two links have been merged into this one
But, essentially, I keep wondering if something apparently so simple is now possible.

Approach to write an extension based application

I want to write an extension based application, which means an application contains one or multiple program with a primary program (as core for example) and some extensions that aren't necessary but could be added to core to extend features of application. the extension host of vscode is a very good example and interesting. I tried to understand how it works several times and also searched for this approach but nothing found. I want to know how to write a program that can dynamically add and remove an small pieces of codes as extension. I don't know how this piece of codes should be, I don't know how they must be loaded/unloaded to/from program, I don't know if each of them should be a separate programs or not and such this "I don't know"s in this context.
I welcome to any idea and guides in this problem.
I usually code in cpp/Rust.

Can you move particular files from one folder to another on a local PC through Google Sheets like via VBA from Excel?

I haven't studied any programming languages as it had never been my field. Just found out that this was a convenient and efficient way to move specific files to a folder. So it's better if I can have a detailed answer if possible with where I would need to substitute data.

How to organize the playground in docassemble / best practices?

This isn't exactly the best stack overflow question because it's opinion-based, but I'm going to try to ask it in a way that will lend itself relatively to an answer with some degree of factuality (as opposed to opinion).
I know you can switch projects (https://docassemble.org/docs/playground.html#projects), which is of course very useful. What I'm thinking about in particular is that I have seen some tutorials that abstract code out of interviews in .py files -- this seems reasonably useful to me, not the least of all because of linting (tangent: is there a docassemble linter?).
Because of the way docassemble does inheritance, I think I would rather have my entire playground be one big directory with subdirectories for projects (rather than starting from scratch with new projects ... some of the .yml file, .py files, static files, etc. are probably able to be written in a way that they can be re-used across interviews and I'd love to do that in a way that's less clunky than re-importing them into a new project when I need them.
Can we organize the playground in docassemble, or are we stuck with a one-level directory?
If the playground can be organized (eg. into directories, subdirectories, etc.), are there any community-accepted or JHPyle-reccomended best-practices around that? (i.e. although I assume less formal, I'm thinking something like PEP) I know it's probably easy-enough to come up with a file naming convention with similar effect, but that's a bit hacky.
Is in possible, as an alternative, to simply directly edit the packages?
The main thing I'd like to accomplish, and the main impetus for this question, is keeping my code DRY by using helper functions / helper .yml files.
The Playground is a simplified interface for people who are new to programming. It supports "projects" but does not support subdirectories. Advanced programmers can write their code in Python packages using a text editor and can use subdirectories under the data directory if they want to.

Haskell coding via Emacs/Vim in Linux : organising files into projects

I have two questions regarding coding Haskell in Emacs/VIM in Linux :
If one wanted to organise a haskell code base into multiple projects (where files of a given project are stored in a particular folder) then can emacs and vim handle this? The reason is that I have used IDE's before where all the projects are loaded at once into the session, but am not sure how this would work for Emacs/VIM.
Another nice thing about IDEs is that I can go the definition of a function from a given project, even if that function definition is in a separate project (i.e. stored in a separate folder). Can Emacs/VIM handle this?

VIM/Emacs don't care how you organize your files. They're primarily editors, so you can use them to edit files no matter how you lay out your directory structure. Other than that, it's good to follow some standard conventions, or adapt the structure for tools you are going to use. You can have a look at Structure of a Haskell project. It is also convenient to use Cabal to build your project and to manage its dependencies.
VIM/Emacs can use Ctags index files for navigating in your project. See Tags for available options how to create these index files. The indexing tools don't expect any specific project structure, so if you need to navigate in multiple projects, you can just index a directory with multiple projects into one index file.
There's an Emacs mode called Projectile that allows some "project-like" functionality, which might be what you're looking for. I haven't really used it myself (I tend to stick to the old *nix way of just editing files), so I can't give you details, but it can't hurt to check it out.
Not sure if I understood the gist of question correctly. The following is my suggestion concerning the question of management of multiple projects in Vim, without regard to the language employed.
You could take advantage of vim sessions. With a few custom functions/keymappings in your .vimrc you'll be able to keep a separate session file for each project, either in the project directory or the one you'd dedicate for session files.

How to manage application resources?

We are developing a web application which is available in 3 languages.
There are these key-value pairs to translate everything. At this moment we use Excel (key, german, french, english) for this. But this does not work well ... if there is more than 1 person editing this file, you have no chance to automatically merge the different files.
Is there a good (and free) tool which can handle this job?

(This is a STRUTS application) But the question is how to manage these kinds of information in general (or at least in an conveinient way, which also supports multiple users editing this single file ("mergeable" filetypes))
Why not use gettext and manage separate .po files? See that blog entry.
If you can store this information in plain text then you will be able to use a version control system like subversion to help you with merging changes. Subversion is free.

EDIT: Another thought - if you really want to stay using a spreadsheet - Google Docs supports simultaneous editing of a spreadsheet. You could import your existing spreadsheet and get your multi-user merging wishes for free with very little change to how you work.

There are some "Best Practice" depending on what you actually code in (java, ms-windows c#).
I solved this (but I think there must be a better way) by using a SQL db instead of excel file, and a wrote a plug for VS (VB6,........,..., emacs) that was able to insert new keys into the db without going to round trip with version control. The keys are the developers name of what they think is a best guess for a label. (key => save, sv => "spara", no => "", en => "save").
This db can then be generated as a module, class, obj, txt, to appropriate code(platform)
and can be accessed, depending on the ide, so in c#, bt,label = corelang.save;
Someone else can then do all the language stuff, and then we just update the db and rerun the generation to the platform resources.
After years of seeing localization done, including localization at large companies like Sony. I can only say the "standard" is Excel :)
There are tons of good ideas around, and probably many better ways to do it, but in real-life excel seems to be the best/cost effective solution that doesn't require training or making complex new tools to get the job done.
Found out, that Intellij Idea (at leas in version 7 and 8) has an editor for application resources. But it is not free at all. And it does not scale for bigger resource files with more than 1.000 keys.
Another good choice would be to use Google's spreadsheets ... for those who don't know it - it is like an "online Excell web-application". It can handle concurrent access from multiple users. Yay! But sadly, it comes from Google. This makes it impossible to be used in commercial projects.
