I want to upload fillable PDFs (with form fields) to DocuSign, create and send envelope. I know DocuSign recognizes uploaded pdf form fields and transforms them to appropriate Tabs. Tabs are sized matching to size of pdf fields.
In my case DocuSign Tabs are sized incorrectly. Tab are too wide, going beyond the document width and causing one tab overlapping to another tab on side. Tab height is also not matching. See screenshot below showing fillable PDF vs how tabs look when uploaded to DouSign.
Refer tab for Name of Employer textbox. Its is too wide, overlapping to Policy number field on right and has too much height.
This is original fillable PDF
This is how it looks on DocuSign
Do you what could cause this kind of discrepancy? The fillable pdf has Adobe PDF Version 1.5. Any suggestion or hint is much appreciated.

I am using pdf-lib library to fill form fields in a PDF. I, then, flatten the PDF and sign it using my Digital signature. Now when I open a signed PDF in Adobe Reader it shows a Purple ribbon which has written on it "Please fill out the following form" and has a Highlight Fields button (see attached screenshot).
Can anyone please help me understand how to remove this message and "Highlight" button from the Purple ribbon in the PDF.
Additional Details:
I have tried iTextShare as well to flatten the PDF + some online service.
I cannot use "No changes allowed" Certification Level while signing PDFs as it gets signed by multiple users
I am using a rich text multiline textbox field in SharePoint 2016 where users can add text & images while submitting the data from a Nintex form. The data is getting saved successfully in a SharePoint List.
The issue is when users are exporting the data to an excel, only the text is getting exported of the multiline textbox field and not the image. Please suggest if we can get the image also in exported data.
An early response would be highly appreciated!
The picture you inserted in the rich text field is stored in another place. When you export the list into excel file, it will only export text in the rich text field. You could use Hyperlink and Picture column to import picture URL from list to Excel file.
I have a form developed with a Excel which I use objects - such Form Controls and ActiveX Form - to receive input data and to show the the results obtained. As routine, after generating all results I'm saving as PDF to store the document (or spreadsheet) so all information must be clearly visible.
When I executed such routine, my PDF form is generated with deformed/different formatting objects. For example: results of textbox are visible, but his borders don't. The possible way to have a corresponding view - judging by the view in the worksheet - is to increasing the zoom.
There's any other way ou any configuration method to correct that?
I have a document which contains Yes/No drop downs for sections of the page to be included within the pdf when it's saved.
However once the rows are hidden, when I save as a PDF they are still included as a blank page. Does anyone know a way around this?

I have a infopath 2010 form with a table and couple of text boxes and this form is configured to submit a email with the form in the body of the email.
The form is opened in a browser and I am able to add text and submit the form and I see the email. But the form ( with data ) in the body of the email has lost formatting and the text field on the form was set to a width of 100% and as a 'Multi line ' text and I see that the data in the text field as we see on the email body is chooped off.
I am having issues controlling the format of the form as we seen in the browser and they way it shows up on the email body.
Any help is appreciated.

I have had this problem to. The way that I got around this is by creating another view for the form and then having the exact same layout but changing all the controlls so that they are calculated fields this then seems to give you the values.
