Anyone has setup subscription in Microsoft Azure before? I need to choose a No technical support subscription but I am not able to find screen like below:
The options that you see in this screen are available when you perform an upgrade from an Azure free account or Azure for Students Starter account to pay-as-you-go in the Azure portal.
If you've signed up for an Azure for Students Starter account and are eligible for an Azure free account, you can upgrade to a free account. You'll get $200 of Azure credits and 12 months of free services on upgrade.
Check Upgrade your Azure free account or Azure for Students Starter account to know the detailed steps.

I am trying to create
Azure Verizon Premium CDN profiles cannot be created with a PayAsYouGo account.
I was able to create it last time on 17-Oct-2022. My account is in excellent standing with 27 subscriptions PayAsYouGo working all good in the previous 12 years
I can not create a new Subscription - Do you have any thoughts?
Azure Verizon CDN profiles cannot be created with a PayAsYouGo account.
Azure support replied to me and that was the solution
After further research the engineering team has determined that the best path to follow to try to solve the situation is you to complete an internal takeover of the unmanaged directory which seems to be the reason why the system is preventing the subscription to be created.
Basically the next steps are:
Create a new user account
Give it Global Admin role
Use new Global Admin to perform internal takeover as per documentation :
Admin takeover of an unmanaged directory - Azure AD - Microsoft Entra | Microsoft Learn

Please follow the steps above and let me know if further assistance is needed
I have two account Azure FREE MSDN account and Azure Enterprise account.
Can I combine the Azure Free and Enterprise License with one account
so that I can start using only one account and switch between subscriptions
Thank you
Due to authentication requirements and licensing we cannot do that, thats what I heard from one the MSFT team members just now.
We have a Visual Studio Team Services instance that is used by the company I work for.
The company has an Azure instance. As far as I am aware there is no connection to VSTS.
When I was added to VSTS as a Visual Studio Pro level user some months ago we had to use my Microsoft Account as we couldn't use my work identity because my MSDN subscription is linked to my Microsoft Account as we could not link it to my work identity; apparently this was because we use Office365 in the office.
We now have problems adding Basic Users to VSTS. I enter the users Microsoft Account identity and I am told "No Identities Found".
I looked at VSTS Settings where I can see "This account is backed by the Default Directory Azure Active Directory."
I can also see an "Azure Subscription ID". When I follow the Subscription ID link I end up at my Microsoft Account Azure instance.
I had other users log in to VSTS and they too are seeing my Azure Subscription ID in VSTS Settings.
Why is this happening?
How do Azure instances/accounts relate to VSTS instances/accounts
Can I break the link between Azure and VSTS
You can link your VSTS account to the azure from your azure portal:
Azure - VSTS service
Then, what we do is to add the users to the Azure active directories. As far as I know, these users must be registered in Microsoft.
Once it's done, you can add the users to the VSTS.
Hope it helps you.
The Team Services uses an Azure subscription to bill purchases and can control access with Azure AD.
You can unlink your VSTS account from Azure portal. More information, you can refer to this article: Delete or recover Visual Studio Team Services account
I am an idiot.
Turns out the company VSTS was linking to the company Azure.
I became confused when clicking the Manage button in VSTS | Azure Subscription ID.
That took me to the Sign in to Azure page and displayed my login, which takes me my Azure.
It was only when we checked the Azure Subscription ID in VSTS against my Azure Subscription ID that it became apparent I was following a red herring. The ID matched the companies Azure ID. So I can use that to add users and subsequently add them to VSTS.
We got a test subscription in Azure from our school.
Unfortunately I managed to disable my student subscription in Azure. Does anyone know how I can get it back?
From article from below link, i think you will have to contact azure support

The Azure subscription is cancelled
To reactivate a subscription, you must create a support ticket. To
create a support ticket to re-enable an Azure subscription see the

In the new Azure Portal, people who with 3-Month Free Trial subscription can create up to 10 websites.
I create a website using 3-Month Free Trial subscription already. Otherwise I have other subscriptions like Windows Azure MSDN and Pay-As-You-Go, but how can I create new website using these other subscriptions.
I mean, when I try to create new website, there's no way to select subscriptions, and the new website is always under 3-Month Free Trial subscription.
Based on your above description, I am not sure if you have a Paid Windows Azure Subscription.
So what you really need is to get a paid subscription first and that you can get directly from Windows Azure Account section at Portal. Paid subscription means you will have to pay for any other services (i.e. storage, bandwidth etc as applicable) you will use. You will have 10 free websites and will not pay anything if you just use Windows Azure Websites (ONLY) but still pay for Azure storage or anything else.
If you have multiple subscription associated with one single live account and accounts have Preview features enabled then I can see that new Management Portal does not have a way to select specific subscription to create a service. You would need to login to older portal and setup different Live ID for different subscription in "User Management" section and then use that specific Live ID to access specific subscription to create your website. (Note: The preview Portal is still in preview that's why such functionality in not available yet).
The new subscription needs to have the Preview features enabled:
"All you have to do is activate the Web Sites preview on the new subscription by going to Account (View my bill) -> Preview Features: https://account.windowsazure.com/PreviewFeatures "
